Great location, historical center, connected via subway, tram and bus. Overall clean, fun vibe, friendly staff. Espresso machine available in the room, all required bathroom amenities, good mattress. Even though the room was overlooking the plaza, the rooms were very well soundproofed.

Old towels (the big ones), inconsistent room service (for example, they weren't providing all the time the coffee capsules for the espresso machine), very tiny room (if you want something bigger, make sure you don't book the standard one). Although there is quite a large wardrobe in the room, there are no shelves, only hangers. This makes it hard to manage your luggage, especially if you are staying there for more than 2-3 days (we stayed for a week)

⸻ The room was very clean, tidy, and tastefully decorated – just like in the photos. The overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The meals at the hotel were delicious and varied, with attention to detail and a feeling of freshness. Most of all, we want to highlight Alfonso at the front desk, who was absolutely amazing! Friendly, professional, helpful, and always smiling – he was, in our eyes, the best ambassador Portugal could ask for. Thanks to him, our vacation started on the perfect note.

The hotel is located in a very central spot – perfect for those who want to be close to restaurants, public transport, shops, and everything the city has to offer. If you’re looking for more peace and intimacy, you might want to stay a bit farther from this area.

The room was a nice size and very neat and clean with a small refrigerator and safe. The staff was very responsive to requests. I would like to give a big shout out to the two young men on duty on 6/2/25 when we checked in around 7 pm. They were so friendly and helpful during our stay -- very customer focused! It was great to have a restaurant at the hotel, and the food was very good. We never made a reservation for dinner, but if you know you are going to eat there, I would do so. The location was great for sightseeing and tour meet-ups. Our room was overlooking Figuerira Square, so there is a lot going on outside, including trolleys, buses, etc. I was concerned about the noise. But we closed the wooden window covers at night and did not find the noise to be an issue. However I do sleep with earplugs. This could be a problem if you are very sensitive to noise. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The lighting in the room could be a lot better. When the window covers are in place at night, it was harder to see, especially when packing. During the day, lighting was not a problem.

From arrival, the service was excellent. The front desk was extremely helpful, brought our luggage to the room when it was ready so it was waiting for us when we were able to check in. We had a beautiful room with a Juliet balcony and a view of Castelo Sao Jorge. They also upgraded us to free breakfast. The hotel was spotless and perfectly located within walking distance of Lisbon's amazing nightlife, restaurants and attractions. This was our second time staying here and we love it so much we will be approaching them to coordinate a room block for our Portugal wedding!

The bathroom for our room was poorly designed. There was a bathtub but we had to shower inside the bathtub which was inconvenient. Additionally there was no shower curtain or a door to divide the bathtub and the rest of the bathroom (toilet, sink) so every time we took a shower, the water will splash everywhere and the bathroom floor will be covered with water. We tried to minimize the leaking as much as possible but it was impossible since the bathtub was placed weirdly in the middle of the bathroom. I would've preferred a normal shower room without a bathtub.

What a warm welcome! We stayed for a 3 day break & this property & its staff exceeded expectations! It was safe (needing a room key to activate the lift) The hotel is in a perfect position, just a few minute walk into the centre of Lisbon. The staff were great and the hotel itself is modern & exceptionally clean. A really warm feeling throughout. Thank you!!

More hot water needed at breakfast to make tea & also a condiment area would have been a bonus in order not to keep bothering the staff. Just a couple of tweaks. Otherwise couldn't fault it. We will definitely be back!

The staff at the front desk were supper friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant and my room was a good size, confy bed, nice sized fluffy towels, good airconditioning.

The lifts broke down during my stay which meant having to walk down the stairs from my room at one point but they got the lifts working again by the time I got back from dinner. Only thing I would have liked more is if the hotel restaurant served Portuguese food in the evening instead of Italian. As this was my first visit to Lisbon I really wanted to eat "local" food so I ended up going out for dinner.

The only complaint I have, that will soon be addressed, is no lounge area with comfortable chairs and sofas to sit while you wait for your room. I arrived at 11am and since check-in isn't till 3 p.m., I had no place to sit other than very uncomfortable chairs in the restaurant. I had a tour at 2:30pm and had to leave so I did not get into my room till 7pm. There were many other guests waiting as well. Andri, the Front Office Manager, was terrific. Room lovely, very clean and good view of the square. Location is a "10" and staff friendliness. I was there for 3 nights.and he gave me a late check out as my train for Porto did not leave till 1:15pm. Really great breakfast buffet with friendly staff.

Beautiful inside and out - great location, it was so central - literally couldn’t have been better! Great facilities in the room and the cleaners did a fabulous job every day - it was spotless!

Kettle, coffee etc provided but when I asked for some milk it was going to cost €8 to bring me some which felt a bit excessive…also missing teaspoons randomly!

Location was superb as it's easily walkable (within 10-15 mins) for most touristic locations and restaurants and supermarket. It's also very convenient to walk to the Lisbon Rossio train station if you want to go to Sintra. We booked the family room and it was surprisingly two separate rooms with a connecting door which was the best. The rooms were clean and equipped with the basic amenities you need. It was lovely they provided you free water everyday. Staff were all very helpful too.

I guess it's the slightly higher price compared to the rest of the hotels in Lisbon but it's worth the money. The restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel however wasn't up to par when you a whole variety of choices of restaurants nearby.
