The range of facilities for the price is excellent - small gym, spa (treatments - there is no wellness area), large buffet breakfast, communal chill areas... The size of the room was good but the particular (welcome) surprise was the large bathtub. Normally standard rooms have showers so this was a nice surprise. The spa treatments we had (book before staying by directly emailing the spa) were absolutely brilliant. Again, very well priced but also the staff were extremely knowledgable. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Our room overlooked a main road. As we were the first floor, we couldnt leave the curtains open otherwise everyone at the bus stop could watch us. The location is good for quickly getting to the airport (15mins in a taxi) whilst still being ok to take transport into town. However, if you´re looking to pop in and out of your hotel frequently during the day you are better off paying higher prices to stay in the centre. The surrounding area isnt particularly interesting so repeated walks from there would get boring quickly (we just stayed one night).

The hotel offered a massive bed with a firm mattress, which was comfortable. The bedsheets were of good quality, but there were quite a few of them, which was a bit excessive. The breakfast food was nice, and the blackout curtains were a nice touch. The checkout was generous, and they allowed me to leave at 12:00 PM.

- The air conditioning wasn’t working, making the room stuffy. - There was mold in the bathroom. - The spa wasn’t in use on Monday, and when I emailed the reception staff about renting a hot tub, they didn’t provide the prices until I was almost out. The reception staff themselves were unaware of the pricing. - The coffee tasted burnt and watery. - There was no minibar in the room. - The body lotion in the bathroom was almost empty in a very dirty and well-used bottle. - There were no charging points by the bed. One socket was occupied by the lamp.

The property was clean and very close to the main city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the massage at the spa was also great. Overall this is a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Our room was on the 6th floor and had a sloped roof, this meant the windows pointed upwards. Given we only had one room key, therefore the AC did not stay on whilst we were out, we had to keep the blinds closed for our entire stay to ensure the room didn’t get hot.

The hotel was good ,quite central. We were in a suite and had good views, and the place was clean . They provided us with an iron and adapter plug when requested.

I think staff need to understand that when u have guests staying for 2 nights 3 days they will drink tea at least a min of 5 times. They had provided 2 tea bags, and when asked for more, the guy at reception said there were none available, which seemed odd. We just went and bought them but left a poor taste when the experience was great.. Just going to let this go.

The Hotel is modern & a true 4 star Hotel.We stayed in room 615 & loved it,spacious clean,excellent bathroom & massive wide double bed.They give you bottle of water daily and because my wife had her birthday they gave us cake & premium sparkling Spumante for free,that was a nice surprise Breakfast is really good plenty to choose from all fresh. Location very good 2 metro nearby and bus route infront of the hotel & round the corner. There is even Aldi supermarket 130 meters away from the hotel.

Didn’t spend much time in the hotel, as we were out exploring. Nearest train station is about a 10 minute walk away-but the line takes you straight into the city centre. We had a suite and it was a lovely size, bed was very comfortable and despite the hotel sitting between a police station, hospital and a busy road we both had great sleeps. If you get a chance, definitely stop by the spa. Guests get 15% off and it is well worth it.

The staff were exceptional. Fransisco and Rita were outstanding as well as the young lady in the dining room. Fransisco helped guide me to tour what i could as the weather was so bad and it worked. Rita showed me to where i could shop and thst went a long way. They were all so friendly and very helpful and patient and open minded. The location is also great and quiet. Close enough to downtown but not too close to be noisy. I liked that there was a gym. How thoughtful to put the massage boards in the rooms. I found that exceptional. The food was also fresh every morning. I specifically loved the fresh fruits. Also they had bicycles and umbrellas on loan to guests. Very convenient.

I had wannted a bigger bed but when booking it was not easy to book for one person as i selected a room for one person but could nit select the two beds, it seemed one person was automatically allocated a single bed. I wanted a big bed although it was just for me.

I give the hotel 9 stars in advance because in fact it doesn't deserve it. The hotel has a wonderful staff. Everyone at the front desk is very helpful and friendly.

The bed is disgusting. The bed has huge sintapon pillows on it. After first night we had backache and headache. The impression that cheaper and worse pillows just can not be found. We asked for a small pillow - and they brought them to us. They had old stains that didn't seem to wash off...

We love the extra massage pillow; it really helps, especially if you've been walking around the city all day. The wool blankets are also comfortable; we liked them! The location is pretty much in the middle of everything.

The smell from the sink drain every morning is nauseating. We usually leave the room to get away from it, and by the afternoon or evening, it's gone. Breakfast can be packed, therefore, for 3 out of 4 nights we stayed there, we ate exactly at 7 am. We also requested a bathtub, but unfortunately, we couldn't close the drain, so we were unable to take a bath, it might have been better to provide us with a shower instead.

Big rooms, not a bad location (pretty quiet, not too close to the busy touristy city center) and very spacious room.

We looked specifically for a hotel with a parking option, but 20 euros per night seemed a lot, seen as parking on the street was free at this point. We opted for parking on the street, but unloading the luggage was a hassle - we could park in front of the hotel for 20 minutes, but immediately needed to move for a bus who needed to park there. It made the arrival more stressful than necessary. There was also a weird smell in the room when we arrived, but other than that the room was clean en spacious.
