Location was the best. Walking distance to metro, city center and some sights.

No wash clothes. Wish I knew before I arrived. Europe does not provide wash clothes. No way to call from room to front desk. Phone in room does not have any information.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained and on a great location - very close to Marques de Pombal and Avenida de Liberdade. The staff are very kind, helpful and professional.

There could be more lights in the room and I didn't like the bathroom door - it is made of glass and doesn't give too much privacy. But apart from these points - the room is very clean and nice.

Wonderful hotel experience. Our room was clean and comfortable with free water as a nice touch. The rooms were quiet and we couldn’t hear the road or other guests in other rooms. Front desk very securely stored our bags on the final day. We had a free airport transfer on arrival which was speedy. The radio playing in the room and bathroom was a nice touch. Staff were very friendly and always available to help.

The tv was difficult to get working even after asking for help. We felt some more info about services on offer would have been helpful when we arrived e.g. lift only works when you swipe your room card, but these weren’t major issues. We ordered food to the room one night and felt it was a bit overpriced for what we got, but the quality was reasonable as we’d got back late and hadn’t had time to eat, so was worth it for the convenience.

Staff was very professional and accommodating, I had to switch rooms since I needed a walk in shower not a bathtub to step in to shower, and even though I did not check the bathroom right away , I still received a new room 60 minutes after checking in. The location is perfect, very central yet quite at night

The AC had trouble keeping up with the demands around the building due to the high temperatures, but just like the smaller room size, those are just things anybody will experience frequently while traveling in Europe.

It was a very good stay at Turim Marques Hotel in Lisboa. Location of the hotel was great - just very close to the metro station. Rooms were nice and clean, we had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice.

I would appreciate not single-used shower gel and shampoo but rather refillable.

Great Location and Friendly Staff We had a pleasant stay at Turim Marquês in Lisbon from January 22-25. The hotel’s location is excellent—very central, making it easy to explore shops and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly when we needed to make changes or address the issue of our initial room being uncomfortably hot. Their prompt assistance was much appreciated. The breakfast selection was enjoyable, with a good variety of options, and the drinks were well-prepared. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable stay in Lisbon!

The service was very courteous and prompt. Location is an easy walk from Marques de Pombal Metro Station. The room was very comfortable and the continental breakfast was good.

If it’s your first time in Lisbon as a tourist, you are dependent on public transportation for the main attractions.

Location to restaurants shops local transport metro and Christmas festivities and fairs. Large rooms with walk-in showers. We've stayed many times at this hotel for the location. Buffet breakfast was satisfactory. There's a kettle in the room and daily complimentary bottle of water.

Unfortunately this visit the WiFi connection was very poor as we were given a superior twin on the top floor (7th). Needed technical interference 48 hours later, so little disappointed having to use my phone's hotspot. As usual, they still haven't added memory foam toppers to the beds, so it was still too hard for us.

Breakfast- Not enough seats for people resulted to long waiting in line (5-15 minutes each time). Simple breakfast- not for 4 stars hotel definitely. No fried eggs at all, and bananas only 1 day out of 5! -While at the shower the water has stopped for 20 minutes during the afternoon for maintenance.

This is a lovely hotel with a good size room. It is very close to Marquess de Pombal which is great to get the hop on and hop off buses.

The lighting is quite poor in the room and the mattress and pillows all need replacing. They have no padding so if you suffer from back problems you won’t get a good night sleep. The property also has limited eating and it takes about 22 minutes to walk to where all the action is which is ok as it is downhill but a bit hard going back up
