Venue is so central. The staff are exceptional especially the Concierge staff, and the staff at the Radio Bar

Breakfast is now in the Italian restaurant downstairs. No atmosphere, food poorly prepared, no atmosphere. It used to be served at the rooftop Bar which made the experience amazing. Bad decision to change this. It made me question whether I would stay there again.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff is very good and professional.

The breakfast is very inconsistent. 1 time good, 3 times very bad. The breakfast room staff is totally incompetent.

The hotel was in a fantastic location. We got the train to Liverpool Street then a taxi to the hotel, which didn’t take long. The rooms were well equipped with hair dryer/ straighteners/ toiletries etc. Bed was comfortable. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, which was in the Italian restaurant next door. We also had dinner in the STK restaurant, which was very good too. The hotel smelt lovely!

The roof top bar was closed for refurbishment but I didn’t know this at the point of booking. It probably said somewhere but I hadn’t noticed. It wasn’t really a problem as there was lots going on nearby anyway.

Under refurbishment and wasn’t told beforehand - not by booking.com - not by the international reservations when speaking to them and not by the actual hotel reception when we spoke to them twice before booking. And then again we were contacted by reservations after booking and they failed to mention it also. The roof top bar / restaurant closed - wasn’t informed beforehand and it was one of the reasons we booked.

Everything way exceptional, however, there is one person who really went above and beyond who works in the concierge, a tall bearded guy, I’m sorry I forgot his name, but he absolutely made sure our stay was flawless and helped us make reservations in the top spots in London. I am grateful for his hospitality and professionalism.

The interior was very cool and had the wow factor! The room was also fabulous, with a comfortable bed, great bathroom and the sound proofing was excellent. Staff were always welcoming and happy to help with anything.

It was such a shame the rooftop bar was closed for refurb. The only slight hitch was that there was a smell of cigarette smoke through the aircon.

Having stayed at a lot of 5 star hotels in London I often find the staff a bit rude and unhelpful but the staff here were less better-than-you whilst being helpful. I appreciate that a lot. Being around staff who seem to hate their job or are unhappy to help is a huge turn off for me when rebooking. The balcony in rooms is a great feature especially for a business trip, I could work in the sun. Would rebook based on that

Cleanliness could have been better in the room. Stains in the bathroom are always unwelcome and also my mini bar had not been renewed- half chocolate bars and half opened drinks from the last guest were still in my room- that gives a bad first impression

Ambience, staff very clean and comfortable with great views. Did not think it was worth £400 a night, other 5 star hotels we’ve used around the world are a lot less with breakfast dinner and bottomless drinks included etc.

Being charged for having our room cleaned, which is a first for us anywhere in the world, impractical safe , tv very difficult to navigate and a lack of options.

We had a wonderful stay at ME London, and I especially want to thank the amazing Diana for making it truly unforgettable. Her warmth, professionalism, and personal attention added a special touch to every moment. The entire staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, offering warm, personal service that made me feel truly cared for. The hotel is stunning, stylish, and perfectly located—but it's the people like Diana and the whole team who turn a great experience into an exceptional one. Thank you for everything!

The property was very modern and very accommodating. The rooftop is gorgeous but make sure you book it before hand so you get to experience it properly and so that you are sat outside, as it gets busy. The gym is great just like a little at home gym. I booked it as a little gate away for me and my partner to celebrate his birthday and the staff were exceptional. I wanted to mention Emilia, who went above and beyond for me lovely lady, count yourself lucky if you get her as she’s an amazing woman. The location is perfect and the place is twice as good as the photos they have. If you’re staying in London don’t hesitate to book this place. You won’t regret it!
