Location was perfect, liked the contemporary design and our room was good, nice corner room with great views. Coffee machine and fridge were great and the welcome fizz and cupcakes in the room were a nice touch.

The room was quite cold, we had to keep turning the heat on to warm it up, then it became cold again quickly. There was no mirror in the bedroom so it was very difficult to dry and style my hair and put make up on as the only mirror in the bathroom didn’t have a plug nearby and the lighting wasn’t great in the bathroom for make up.

Good staff on check in. Well equipped gym. comfortable room. Location suited us, we walked to the hotel from St Pancras station

We had a problem with Booking.com we wanted and think we booked a Executive King Room with 2 King Beds however when I printed the confirmation it had Superior Room with Super King Bed. I called booking.com within 1 hour of making the booking but it was a case of 'computer says no' we can not change the room. (the price of the rooms were the same). The Hotel staff on check in were very good and changed the room with no problem when we explained what happened

The Staff was ultra friendly and helpful in every way. Francis and Leah were exceptional, they made our stay. It was my wife’s 50th Birthday and couldn’t be any better from start to finish. The bar staff were great and the maintenance man were spot on. The Hotel was trendy and Very Clean.

The Shower to took ages to get hot, the maintenance man told us how to get it hotter quicker and to was better from that point onwards. could of had a toilet brush in our room as we don’t expect people to clean those short of things, if you get what I mean.

Location is wonderful, close to Soho, Covent Garden and much more. I like the hotel's special design as well. The indoor pool is very relaxing and the saunas are great too. Confortable beds. Good cleaning and housekeeping service.

I paid a lot of money for two Superior rooms. One of them was great, but the other had a tiny bathroom, that you could barely fit in to (and I am a very small person). I don't think that this small bathroom is appropriate for this room type, which clearly costs more than a regular room. Also in this same room, the AC wasn't heating and I was very cold coming from outside and coming out of the shower. I complained about it and the staff kept trying to fix it, with no luck. I was promised that we would get a different room on the same floor, but due to very poor communication between staff members, that never happend during our 5-night stay.

I was surprised to find this place to be immaculately clean, fresh and modern. It blew me away just how clean a chain hotel can be. The staff are caring and compassionate, they made the stay wonderful. The place has a modern vibe and has something for everyone. The room was superb, with more space than most in London. But the location is amazing, situated on the edge of the West End it boasts a whole array of shops, cafes, restaurants and fast food all within a few yards from the door. I recommend walking into the city on a Saturday morning and taking advantage of the space, sunlight and an opportunity to see the capital before the crowds descend. I will definitely be back.

I booked this place to take advantage of the pool and gym but neither was offered or explained were or how to access it. There was never a right time to ask staff. It can be a bit of a wait for check in, if lots arrive at once.

I was very impressed and grateful for the birthday greeting that the hotel staff made for me. There was a lovely birthday message in our room with a birthday card and beautifully presented birthday cupcakes. There were even some lovely balloons left in the room for us! The breakfast was delicious with a variety of food options. The location was perfect for our stay for my birthday celebrations. The spa facility was excellent and we were able to make full use of the facilities.

The bathroom was too small. We would've liked another bottle of complimentary water. There was only one bottle for the two of us but this is only a minor comment.

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! NYX hotel, my partner and I love to stay here for an each others birthday as everything about this hotel is excellent! We were so lucky to book this room for under £150 as of recent the prices have been £300+ which is a bit much we thought. The staff were lovely and very accommodating for my Husbands birthday and helped to make it extra special! The room was comfy and beautifully decorated as well as the tv features were amazing, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We usually have nothing to complain about however this time the air conditioning/heating in the room was awful! It didn’t consistently stay warm and was quite difficult to navigate we had to sleep in our pyjamas and robe to stay warm.

We spent a week here and will happily return when we're in town! The location was sublime, as were the spa facilities (steam room, sauna, pool), and the rooftop bar had great views. The bed was comfortable and big, the shower had good pressure, and the soundproof windows kept out the city sounds when we wanted. Staff were extremely helpful when we had minor issues with our room, ensuring they were fixed quickly. The bar's extensive selection made for many tempting evenings. Oh and the breakfast was incredible, great selection - fresh fruits and salads, cooked and cured meats, beans, potatos, breads galore - and the omelette chefs were all geniuses!

The bathroom was a little pokey, requiring some light door choreography to get in - bigger bodies and those with access requirements will find this a difficult space to navigate. Some lifts were out of order during our stay, and the functional lifts made suspect sounds and janky movements - illiciting mild fear from us and others guests. The main restaurant food was overpriced and underwhelming. Upon leaving we discovered mould on the back of the curtains.

Very conveniently located and staff are very welcoming. We ate in the bar twice and it was excellent too. Breakfast is good. Great base for visiting all the sites museums and theatres in the middle of London.

Our room on the first floor was small and dark and the en suite tiny. The sink had a bad cracked in it. View from window not good facing the goods access. Awoke to emptying of recycling. Also noise from the internal door of corridor as well as the rumble of the under ground. Some lights in corridor not working meaning couldn't see card reader to open corridor door. Expect more considering price of the rooms which are on the high side.

Loved the location and the decor of the hotel. It was quite hot when we were there so having air conditioning in the room was a massive plus!

Our room was very small for a 4 night stay. We struggled to hang up all of our clothes and find space for our stuff. Also trying to get served in the bar was difficult. The staff were not very attentive and we had been out for a long day walking around London so we were hungry. We waited for 10-15 minutes after someone gave us menus and after that, we weren’t approached again for water or to take our order. The staff were chatting at the bar and on their phone. We ended up leaving and going back to our room to order food in.
