Location was perfect, liked the contemporary design and our room was good, nice corner room with great views. Coffee machine and fridge were great and the welcome fizz and cupcakes in the room were a nice touch.

The room was quite cold, we had to keep turning the heat on to warm it up, then it became cold again quickly. There was no mirror in the bedroom so it was very difficult to dry and style my hair and put make up on as the only mirror in the bathroom didn’t have a plug nearby and the lighting wasn’t great in the bathroom for make up.

Good staff on check in. Well equipped gym. comfortable room. Location suited us, we walked to the hotel from St Pancras station

We had a problem with Booking.com we wanted and think we booked a Executive King Room with 2 King Beds however when I printed the confirmation it had Superior Room with Super King Bed. I called booking.com within 1 hour of making the booking but it was a case of 'computer says no' we can not change the room. (the price of the rooms were the same). The Hotel staff on check in were very good and changed the room with no problem when we explained what happened

NYX Hotel London Holborn is ideally located in the heart of the city, just steps from the Holborn Underground station on the Central Line. It’s within easy walking distance of iconic landmarks like the British Museum and Covent Garden, plus a wide range of shops, restaurants, pubs, and nearby supermarkets such as Sainsbury's. The surrounding neighborhood feels safe and welcoming. The hotel offers impressive amenities including a well-maintained pool, steam room, and sauna—all included in the stay. There’s also a spa available at an additional cost. Breakfast was plentiful and satisfying, with a variety of both hot and cold options. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay in central London with thoughtful service.

Our initial room faced a busy street and was quite noisy, but the staff were accommodating and promptly moved us to a quieter room the next morning. The room rate was on the higher side, though not unexpected given the hotel's central London’s location and current exchange rates. With the US dollar weaker than in recent years, the overall value felt a bit stretched.

The location was outstanding and near the metro and British Museum. The water in the lobby was a great amenity. It felt like an American hotel in London, which was nice in terms of space and service. It felt very safe and was convenient in many ways.

The air conditioning didn't work on our first night and while it was mostly fixed, it never fully seemed to cool off our room. When the room was cleaned, the window was left open, which didn't help the room cool off during the hot day. We had asked after sweating it out the first night to change rooms and were told we would, but then a room was not available. The AC was fixed to be better, but still not as good as expected.

The Staff was ultra friendly and helpful in every way. Francis and Leah were exceptional, they made our stay. It was my wife’s 50th Birthday and couldn’t be any better from start to finish. The bar staff were great and the maintenance man were spot on. The Hotel was trendy and Very Clean.

The Shower to took ages to get hot, the maintenance man told us how to get it hotter quicker and to was better from that point onwards. could of had a toilet brush in our room as we don’t expect people to clean those short of things, if you get what I mean.

Location is wonderful, close to Soho, Covent Garden and much more. I like the hotel's special design as well. The indoor pool is very relaxing and the saunas are great too. Confortable beds. Good cleaning and housekeeping service.

I paid a lot of money for two Superior rooms. One of them was great, but the other had a tiny bathroom, that you could barely fit in to (and I am a very small person). I don't think that this small bathroom is appropriate for this room type, which clearly costs more than a regular room. Also in this same room, the AC wasn't heating and I was very cold coming from outside and coming out of the shower. I complained about it and the staff kept trying to fix it, with no luck. I was promised that we would get a different room on the same floor, but due to very poor communication between staff members, that never happend during our 5-night stay.

My stay was excellent by all means, the hotel is in an amazing location, spotlessly clean, great facilities, excellent staff especially Aswin at the front desk he really made my stay so comfortable with his hospitality and cooperation, also the lobby bar and rooftop bar serve great mocktails that is a must try with the vibrant atmosphere The pool made NYX an extra amazing place, also the housekeeping is doing a great job 👏 every day the room is cleaned, towels changed, coffee and water refilled. If you are looking for an excellent stay book at NYX without a doubt Subway is just 5 minutes walk and also the bus station is around the corner, the area is always alive and it is very safe for solo travelers I will definitely be back soon

I was surprised to find this place to be immaculately clean, fresh and modern. It blew me away just how clean a chain hotel can be. The staff are caring and compassionate, they made the stay wonderful. The place has a modern vibe and has something for everyone. The room was superb, with more space than most in London. But the location is amazing, situated on the edge of the West End it boasts a whole array of shops, cafes, restaurants and fast food all within a few yards from the door. I recommend walking into the city on a Saturday morning and taking advantage of the space, sunlight and an opportunity to see the capital before the crowds descend. I will definitely be back.

I booked this place to take advantage of the pool and gym but neither was offered or explained were or how to access it. There was never a right time to ask staff. It can be a bit of a wait for check in, if lots arrive at once.

We stayed in the double king room. The rooms were large and the shower was great! The AC worked great too and could open the windows to allow fresh air if you needed to. The Nespresso machine kept us all alive because we wore ourselves out everyday sightseeing. It was nice to come back to a comfortable bed. I will say the King size beds felt more like the US queen size but nevertheless they were great. The decor is modern and quirky. The location was convenient and safe as well. A quick block away from the Underground station that took us everywhere! We loved our stay and I would definitely rebook Should we find ourselves in London again.

Our styling tools melted even using the UD to UK adapter/ converter. I would recommend purchasing one from the Uk if you need it.

Beautifully decorated, modern very hip and trendy for my daughter’s birthday celebration. Thierry who checked us in was super helpful, friendly and welcoming and asked how our evening had been as he knew we were attending the theatre etc. loved the little touches, the welcome drinks, popcorn in the foyer and the balloons cake and card for my daughters birthday. Went above and beyond!

The view onto the the back of the hotel, it was quite loud with people coming and going from the back. However, this did not deter from the impression of the hotel at all.
