We love staying here every time we come to Singapore. Very close to MRT and close to our favourite eating places in Chinatown and lots of other eating and shopping choices very close by. Lovely rooms and nice pool. All the staff members are always very helpful. We also love being able to have a shower in the pool area before we fly out on a late night flight after having to leave the room at check out time.

The only thing we don't like is the bathroom situation. It would be better if the bathroom was a closed in room.

The place is well designed and maintained staff are absolutely great. A special thank you to Duen who was very helpful during my stay. As my flight was many hours after check out the hotel stored my baggage and also gave me access to shower facilities to freshen up before my long flight. Something I appreciate very much

It was quiet, good sound proofing between rooms. Nice location which was easy to get to from the MRT. There was a kettle and iron in the room.

Too much lighting in the room at night which we were unable to block. There was a permanent night light under the sink. The phone flashed red. If I wasn't suffering from jet lag the lights may of not been so annoying? The room hadn't been swept properly before or during stay. We didn't like the self check in as it lost the personal touch.

Too chaotic at breakfast. Specifically the children running around and in between the tables. It’s not a playground. Gym facilities lack disinfectants. Could have better machines for legs.

Great place to stay and very close to Clarke Quay and the MRT. The beds are so comfortable!! Staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodated an early check in. We will be back

Elevator maintenance during day time.

Clean and comfortable rooms. While the rooms are small, they are well set out, with space to put your luggage. The bed was comfortable and there was a decent range of tv channels. The shower was fantastic, with a big rainfall shower head and good water pressure. The bidet was good too. The staff were incredibly friendly and the location was very convenient, just near Chinatown and the MRT. The pool was nice, with plenty of shade in the afternoon to relax and escape the heat.

As others have noted, there isn't a lot of privacy when using the bathroom, as the toilet and shower are separated from the bedroom by just a glass door. This isn't too big a deal for a couple, but might be something to consider for other travel groups. The toilet also occasionally had a bad smell, but it was only ever very temporary.

Big comfy beds, plug sockets were universal so no requirement for travel adapters and even had USB sockets. Lots of towels provided. We turned up super early before check in but they stored our bags, let us use the pool and showers and even let us have the room a few hours early. Good sized pool for a city centre hotel, and a sun trap for 4 hours! Relaxed feel and an air conditioned gym area. Quiet at night and black out curtains. Within walking distance of most places including the China town metro which had links straight to the gardens.

We didn’t include breakfast in our stay and I’m glad we didn’t. $42 EACH, per day! It looked good, but we walked 15 mins to Common Man Roasters which did an incredible breakfast and coffee for $35 for two of us. Would definitely recommend. There’s not many other good breakfast spots local to the hotel otherwise.
