Breakfast was excellent -- hot eggs, sausage, pastries, muesli/granola/yogurt, fruit, buffet style. Location is walkable from airport, but it was a solid 25 min walk and not that easy to navigate, especially in dark. Luckily I only had a backpack and did not have a lot of luggage. Use gps with walking directions and follow those directions religiously. If you've got mobility issues and/or a lot of luggage I would consider just getting a taxi or calling for a shuttle. The closer options like Radisson Blu were 2x the price so it was worth figuring out the walk. Front desk is staffed 24/7.

They ordered a shuttle for me (10 swiss francs) but it never showed and I had to scramble for a taxi and pay 20 francs for an absurdly short drive. Had I just started walking when I asked for the shuttle I would have gotten there in the same amount of time, but for free and without the stress.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be very good overall. The premises are very clean, and the staff are friendly and extremely supportive.

There were two significant issues that impacted my experience: The beds were extremely uncomfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. The hotel can be very noisy if you prefer to sleep with the window open. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel remains a solid choice if you're willing to overlook these issues..

It mostly nails the essentials, but when it comes to evening libations, prepare for a little adventure. The bar staff are like friendly but rare creatures - wonderful to interact with, if you can catch them! Here’s the twist: the bar, while boasting charming bartenders, often turns into a mini-odyssey come nightfall. You might find yourself embarking on a quest just to place an order. The core issue seems to be a mismanaged ballet of staffing in the evenings. It’s a task that rightfully falls on the shoulders of management, who should ideally orchestrate a smoother flow of service. No guest wants to play a waiting game that stretches so long they could nap between orders.

I stayed at this hotel only one night before my flight home. I’d previously paid far more for four nights in Zurich. If I ever return, I’d likely stay at this hotel, taking the train that runs directly to Zurich HB as this hotel is a much better value! Not only is there a bus stop directly across the street that’s a five minute ride to the airport (buses every few minutes), there are also direct trains between Kloten and Zurich HB, taking about 20 minutes. Very cheap tickets compared to the hundreds more I paid to be in Zurich. This hotel is great, a clean room with coffee maker, lots of space, excellent sound blocking windows, good shower with immediate hot water, and one of the best beds I had in Switzerland. Halls were very quiet! And there’s a Migros just five minutes walking that was calm and well stocked, probably the best one I visited in Switzerland. Overall, a great situation and stay - I definitely recommend!

Poor sound isolation.

I was surprised how nice this property was for a night before I took an early flight. The hotel is super clean and the halls and rooms smell fresh. The staff was very helpful and organized my shuttle for an early morning flight connection. I walked to the hotel from the airport because I had been in a long flight and wanted to stretch my legs. It is very doable and pleasant walk. It takes about 17 minutes.

The airport shuttle in the morning cost CH 10.00. It is not included in your bill. So make sure you have some money with you. You can pay with card but that takes longer.

Location.....We could even walk up to the hotel from Zurich Airport railway station ...just keep moving along the pavement of parking 6 .Super clean and well maintained property Front desk/ reception area manned by extremely cheerful and helpful staff.I believe the restaurant portion at the ground floor is under renovation though the bar and some services were available.Very well maintained clean lobby. Airport transfers are possible via bus, although we manage with Uber at reasonable cost. There are few very nice eateries around with lots of choices and market/mall nearby.Kelton railway station is at walking distance.

- Very clean room, comfy beds (but didn't quite like the pillows, which felt like air inflatable) - My room looks exactly like the publicised pictures - In room coffee machine is always the best thing for an early morning - Appreciated the free apples and lemon scented water at the lobby upon arrival - Receptionist kindly provided toothbrush, comb and extra coffee cream which I requested - I didn't opt for breakfast this time but had it in the past which was within normal expectation - Restaurants, supermarkets nearby - Cafes and bakery nearby, which opens on Sundays

- Check-in was a long wait (felt like more than 10 min) simply because there was a very chatty guest at the counter, unfortunately the Receptionist didn't realize that she had to attend to a waiting guest travelling with a young toddler. Her colleague eventually realized and came out from the back office for completing my check-in.

Fairly close to the airport, it was easily accessed via a ride app. There is a method for getting there by bus, but the convenience of direct transfer of luggage was worthwhile. They seem to have a pretty high standard for a hotel near the airport. Everything about it was very nice. The room was clean and very comfortable. The blackout shades were excellent. I didn't really feel like I was at an airport hotel. It was a very friendly and prompt greeting at the front desk. I had checked in previously on their app and that made the process very fast. Their instructions on the app for how to get to the hotel were excellent. In the bathroom, the water pressure, water temperature, and all the toiletries were very nice. The shower had a fixed and a flexible head. There was a small restaurant which we didn't utilize. However, they had a number of items, including drinks, available at the front desk. We were quite happy to find nonalcoholic beer. The elevator was a good size, clean and moved quickly. It requires key card access which increases safety. We were impressed and would gladly stay at this brand Leonardo again.

“I was very impressed. The room was clean and fully equipped with amenities. I traveled to Zurich for a flight transfer and stayed for one night with my wife. In the morning, I planned to visit downtown Zurich briefly before my next flight. While I was trying to buy a bus ticket, I happened to meet one of your hotel staff who had just finished her shift. She kindly advised me to buy a 24-hour pass, which was much more economical. She even accompanied us to the airport to purchase the ticket and took care of us like family. We also chatted about Thailand, my home country. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for her name as we were in a hurry to buy the ticket. I would like to sincerely thank her once again for her wonderful assistance. I was truly impressed.”
