All ok, it is real 5***** hotel. We were on HB option, however if you choose B&B there is a lot of restaurants in the walking distance. Clean and nice for pleasent stay. I would recommend it!

There is no beach apart of sea tarrace with sunbeds and that is ok however I did not swim in the sea due to some garabage floating near by that were left unattended during the day.Last day my wife experienced unkidness from Mr. MANAGER from restaurant when she looked for cutlery herself, other thing is that they are not so fast with tables.

I want to say that I liked it. We lived on the 5th floor, in a room with a sea view. The view was very picturesque at different times of the day. A comfortable balcony where you can sit in armchairs and drink tea at the table. There was a clothes dryer and ironing facilities in the room, which was very convenient. Pleased with the presence of a kettle and mugs. A slightly unusual bathroom in which the shower and toilet are separated from the washbasin by a door. There is no door to the washbasin, but it turned out to be quite convenient. Convenient beach in the form of a wooden platform on stilts. On the beach there are sun loungers with umbrellas and beach towels. The water is very clean. Breakfast is quite varied, in the local traditions. I like fresh fruit

From what I didn't like. WiFi was quite slow in the room which was a big surprise for a 5 star hotel. The cleaning schedule for the rooms is not entirely clear. A couple of times we were left without cleaning. I was very annoyed by the noise from the neighboring nightclub at night until 5 o'clock. And in recent days it has been added during the day. The air conditioner in the room worked strangely. The operating modes on the remote control did not always match the real ones. One of the shelves in the room was hit by woodworms and the staff's fight against them was not very successful.

Conveniently located hotel at walking distance from the town where you will find lots of eating and shopping options. Our C-block room had a magnificent sea view, was spacius and clean with a good working airco. Very well equipped gym, lovely warm infinity pools and access to the sea. Very friendly staff which were always helpful. Excellent breakfast and dining options at the hotel, so no need to go into town if you like to take it easy.

Cleanliness of the outside floor areas, e.g. near dining areas good be of a higher standard, more actively cleaned. Airco in lobby and bar area was insufficient. Umbrellas closest to the seafront where made of basket weaving material, which for some people may not provide sufficient protection against the sun.

we had a double room with a sea view and it was beautiful. it was a very clean hotel and the cleaners came to our room everyday...changed towels...changed sheets..stocked up tea and coffee. they were a very professional team. we had food and drinks sometimes in the lobby and it was excellent..it was a quick service with excellent food. we went to the restaurant every morning for breakfast.. i always got and omelette which was made for you. the variety of food at breakfast was excellent..probably the best i have had in Turkiye. The location of this hotel is fantastic ...situated just at the end of the marina so a nice walk to centrum. there is also a bus at the end of the road from the hotel if you don't want to walk.

1 thing... our bed was 2 beds pushed together and not 1 double bed.. we kept falling in the middle..

The staff were so polite and helpful and not grumpy It was super clean Breakfast choices were everything you could think of The facilities were great - infinity pool, bars and food choices, sea deck and the piano bar each night and cocktails were a real treat.

Maybe the walk to the main resort as it was being built and was not tidy currently but will be great when completed. The drinks were pricey but in keeping with other restaurants and they did do happy hour where half price which made them more reasonable

The views are absolutely amazing here. The private balcony overlooking the Aegean was the highlight of the stay. The food is buffet and very good. The pool is nice and lots of places to lay out. The Turkish Spa was lovely and very affordable.

The rooms themselves are a bit dated and had some issues. Our balcony glass was cracked. The faucet on the bathroom sink was very worn and rough, and the bathroom itself is very small and not a lot of places to put toiletries. Also, the seafood restaurant played loud music late into the evening Friday and Saturday nights and the cigarette smoke made it up 6 floors into our room so we couldn't keep the sliding windows open to the balcony.

Location is good, a short 10 min walk to the city centre sea front. I paid for a sea view but there wasn't much to see as it was January when everything is closed off & looks old, rushy, etc I had a good balcony. The room was big. It had everything I needed for my stay since I was there only for dental work. My daughter joined me for 2 nights so I paid extra for her, and she used the sauna, pool & gym.

The bed dips in the middle due to use so they are not so comfortable though it's 2 beds joined. The place needs maintenance and updating I think.

The hotel was clean and rooms comfortable and spacious with great views with a sea view room. Air conditioning was very good. The hotel had very good facilities with an excellent outdoor swimming pool and another semi indoor pool and a large deck for swimming in the sea. A great poolside bar with very good food for lunch or snacks was great to have. Basic spa facilities were included with option for paying for other massage treatments etc. The breakfast was very good and the variety and quality of dishes and deserts at dinner was excellent. There is also a very good seafood restaurant available to book at extra cost. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Ipek, guest relations manager who was very friendly and always checking with us that we were comfortable or needed anything.

Some of the staff were not friendly or helpful at all especially the staff at the Charides Sea food restaurant who we would describe as quite rude and unprofessional which was disappointing because the food was very good. It was our impression that very few staff spoke or understood English which made it difficult to communicate when asking for advice or services.

The staff was not friendly! And they have rules that you can not bring any left over food into the hotel that we bought from outside restaurants. Also they will not recommend any other restaurants outside of the hotel. I have never been to a hotel, when I ask what restaurant do you recommend and the answer is “I cannot recommend any restaurant!”

Everything. We love the view from our room shut up, the incredible food, the indoor and outdoor pools, especially the infinity edge. We appreciated the ease and kindness of the staff with the valet parking and check in process. the housekeeping staff was excellent and offered us more comfortable pillows and the addition of a sheet under the cover let for our bed. We had good lighting in the room and add more than adequate electric outlets. we love the sound of the sea at night from our balcony. Be aware that both pools do not have a shallow area for children and short people. the depth of the water is about 1.4 m. There is a lovely whirlpool area by the indoor pool, which also goes to the outdoors.

I am short so getting in and out of the sea down the steps was a precarious situation for me. I wish there was a handrail by the steps.
