The hotel was big enough for 4 persons. It was nice and clean, our bed was comfortable too . My kids enjoyed our stay even it was only 2 days. They like it so much. The location was perfect coz it was near on the center, restaurants, parking. Our breakfast was worth it, it was so good and delicious. The staffs were kind and hospitable, i really appreciated the staff that they spoken english better, fortunately.. we enjoyed our stay on this hotel☺️ and weve like it so much .

The only thing that we didnt like it much was the comfort room,coz the shower was separated from the toiler. It was a little uncomfortable.

We had a wonderful room for 2 adults and 2 teens. There was a large king bed and upstairs there were 3 single beds. There was lots of storage space, a huge shower and sink area and separate toilet. Everything appeared very new. The airconditioning was very welcome out of the hot city. We were close to the train station for arrival and departure and the tram line was a few 100 m away which brought us down to the old town and the sea in approx 3 stops.

There was nothing I could say negative - it was a great hotel and location.

The air con in the room is fantastic that’s the main thing and the rooftop bar is a nice visit in the evenings

The lift is very small so if more than 2 people want to be in there I got quite claustrophobic when others wanted to use it, but I was on the 6th floor so of course my partner and I didn’t want to walk up and down the stairs every time. In our room particularly, there wasn’t much room in the bathroom to get to the sink, you had to sort of edge past the toilet to get there, occasionally brushing your leg on a toilet isn’t nice, and there was no hand soap in the room when we entered so we purchased our own from a shop.

Location was perfect for me, staff friendly, breakfast very fresh and diverse, I loved the 2 restaurants : the ground floor was really nice and pleasant for lunch and the roof top had a beautiful view and cool vibes, perfect for an evening drink and diner, there was no need to go anywhere else !

The bedroom I had was comfortable but a bit sad - zero decoration - and would also need some refreshment (usure visible de certains éléments, fauteuil, taches sur la moquette). With such pleasant common areas and a visible effort on the breakfast, it would be worth putting some more effort on the bedrooms so that the experience is at par.

It was quite calm and clean. The location is just perfect. The reception is 24/7 with most of the staff friendly and helpful. The lobby was calm and nice place in the evenings.

Breakfast, as recommended by Booking, was the main reason (along with location) for me to book this hotel. This was a bit of dissapointment though -- breakfast was not about diversity, it was literally same every day. I found two little flies in the juice and on the cake, and also found an egg shell in the coddled egg. The cleaning service was professional, but we never got soap replenished. I advise checking the size of the room before booking -- we got a room for three persons, but it was a tiny room in fact.

I like the staff they were overall nice in helping me with my luggage after the initial disappointment of my flight cancellation and then getting a very small room first day. But they provided me a good room during the last days of my stay

I really think they should have iron in all the rooms . This time they only had two and not in good condition one was burnt and other two small . Also 20 euros security for that kind of iron is not appreciated at all. It served my purpose though and they gave me for 2-3 days stay .

Basic, clean room, comfortable beds, good air-conditioning, fantastic location near fruit& flower markets, lots of cafés & restaurants, and close to the libertè tram stop.

Very minor but the shower had no door or lip so the water from the shower spread everywhere over the bathroom, we ended up having to use towels to try to stop it and have the shower pressure on low which was annoying.

The apartment has a lift so we didn't need to lug suitcases up flights of stairs. There was onsite parking, although you need to drive down the footpath to access it and, like most European parking, it's tight and takes lots of manoeuvering if you have a large SUV. The property is within walking distance of the beach and main tourist areas. There's a rooftop bar with interesting views of the surrounding area.

It was a little bit complicated to reach the parking near the hotel as you have to drive on a sidewalk where pedestrians walk, so that confuses a little, but the personnel was very helpfull with this matter and showed the way. Breakfast was very good - big choice (fresh orange juice, omlette, bacon, cheese, pancakes, fresh vegetables, sausages, yogurts, croissants, etc.).

Shower in the batroom didn’t have any threshold or a curtain, so the floor of the bathroom was flooded after each use of the shower.

Breakfast was good - a decent selection. Bed was comfy, but not very long. Shower room was nice in marble. Staff were friendly. Location good - close to the main station & about 15-20min walk to the sea.

Bed was a bit short (although I am tall). Shame the roof terrace wasn't open over winter. Hotel and room was clean, other than the previous guest had left a couple of bogies on the wall, which obviously hadn't been spotted, but mostly the fault of the disgusting prior guest.
