Nice location, cleaness, etc

Perfect place for few days stay in Nice. Located in very nice part of town and surrounded by variety of shops and bars. You can reach Old Town by taking tram for 3 stops, or you can have a nice walk to there. Nice-Ville train station to go to another places like Monte Carlo or Cannes is just few minutes by walk. Rooms are clean and spacious, host is helpful, bathroom is shared but always very clean. We was feeling like home, and would come again for sure. Great value for money and big recommendation.

Great location, easily walkable to the train station. The room is silent and dark for a good night's sleep. The host was willing to accommodate our needs, thx!

Just bear in mind, it's a room in a shared apartment with a shared bathroom and cooking is not allowed. Nothing super luxurious. All of it is ok!

Super easy to coordinate for checking-in, Danylo was super responsive and flexible

The location is very convenient and the room faces a quiet backyard. Communication with the very nice host was very easy and friendly. The bed was quite comfy, too :-)

Mr. Danylo warmly welcomed us and gave detailed guide for the accommodation, city transport and supermarkets nearby. There is also a booklet of recommend places in Nice of buying goods, nice restaurant and clubs. The room is bright and comfortable. The bed is quite large and soft, we have good sleeps. The bathroom is shared by two rooms but it's very clean and well equipped (also with an hair drier and an iron). In kitchen, we can use the microwave and the refrigerator and have everything needed for tea and coffee. The location is good, it takes 7 min walk to nearest station Nice-Ville and 15 min bus to the Castel Plage.

Friendly host and comfortable room.

The host was very accommodating and made our stay very comfortable, even as our plans had changed. Everything in Coeur de Nice was walkable and Old Town was 10 min drive from the accommodation. Also, being close to the train station was great as we travelled along the coast via train.

The walls are thin which is just the way French buildings are, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, I was glad I brought mine as you could hear neighbours.

Despite the fact that our plane was delayed and we were late for check-in hours, Danilo still waited to meet us in person to help with our suitcases and show us everything in the apartment. Communication was very friendly and welcoming. I was also surprised by the level of cleanliness in the apartment. The location is very convenient, close to the main street. The windows overlook the courtyard, so only seagulls can disturb your sleep :) It was even a little pity that we were only there for two days. Highly recommend

it was very home-y, not just because the host, Danylo has his own room and stays there sometimes as well, but because the rooms themselves are comfy and the bathroom is cleaned every day. even though the flat is small, it has everything. it is located a few minutes away from the train station, very central. we had a great stay there.

as it is central, it can be a bit noisy but we slept well.
