Rooms are clean and stylish, beds are comfy, and the air conditioning was a godsend after a long day in the melting heat of southern France. Property is located in the centre of Nice, with all sorts of shops one could need close by, also located near the beach and the train station. Hôtel staff were extremely kind and welcoming, always there to help out no matter the issue. Our stay overall was extremely pleasant; towards the end of our visit, our flight home had been cancelled due to an air traffic control strike. We informed the hotel staff of this news, to which they assisted us greatly and managed to accomadate for extra days of stay until our next flight, despite being in high demand and almost fully booked. I would think of no other place in Nice than to stay at Hôtel Parisien.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel in Nice. The staff were polite and hospitable, always ready to help with any questions or needs. The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station, which makes getting around the city and beyond very easy. At the same time, it’s situated in a quiet district, so we could enjoy a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after busy days of exploring.

The only small downside was that our room felt a little bit cold and dark for us, but I believe it might depend on the floor and the season. Overall, it was a good experience, and the service and location made up for this minor inconvenience.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They remembered us (and our room number) when we came and went, and someone was at the desk 24/7. Our A/C had a problem and someone fixed it right away, and was very nice about it. Though we didn't eat breakfast there, the man at the desk gave my son a croissant as he was cleaning up breakfast and we were checking out, which was sweet of him. It was easy to find and in a great location for our travels.

The room was wicked tiny (but we were expected it from when we booked it). Not a surprise, just the only negative I can think of.

The hotel has a nice appearance from the outside and a good lobby. The staff at the front desk were always very welcoming and helpful. The employees in charge of cleaning were also great. The room I was in had only one bed and was a bit small. It did, however, have a decent amount of clothes storage, a safe for valuables, lots of modern plugs for charging devices, and above all, great air conditioning. It was hot while I was in Nice, and being able to cool off well in the room after a long day out and about was so important. The location was great for me. There are some good restaurants nearby and a 10 minute walk to the Nice Ville train station. It is also about the same distance to great shopping. The walk to the promenade is about 15-20 minutes. The value of Hotel Parisien is really good. Given the location and comfort level.

The only drawbacks to this hotel are the small size of the room, and the fact that it doesn't have an elevator.

Room was well located (1st floor), quiet, beds comfortable, very clean, and easy-to-use shower; it is attractively decorated, as is the rest of the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a delight to stay there - near trams, restaurants, pharmacies, and a supermarket 1 minute away, plus a bakery! Their breakfast was excellent. The hotel is close to the trams, and within walking distance from the Centre, if so wished - viz 3 tram stops to the beach! I am looking forward to visiting again. Thank you for making our holiday so very enjoyable.

Really friendly staff, great location not far from the train station, and it appears the property has been completely renovated. Really clean, super comfy bed, great hot water, and refurbished bathroom, and a nice small workspace. It exceeded my expectations. Neighborhood is also great for access to the train station and there are several food markets not far.

Would be great if they could fit a refrigerator in some how, in summer especially it's nice to have cold drinks in the room.

I chose this hotel with my wife to spend a week on the Côte d'Azur, wanting to choose a safe place where we wouldn't have any surprises like deposit requests or additional fees. The hosts were extremely attentive and with a smile on their faces every time we went to them with a request for restaurant recommendations, places to visit or simply needed something. We warmly recommend them and we will definitely come back. The hotel is located in a quiet area and has very good connections to the tram network (2 min) and Nice Central Station (5-10 min). Enjoy your stay!

Everything it was more than ok!

Perfectly located behind station Nice Ville with just a 5 min walk from the station going through the tunnel underneath. Great authentic look beautifully illuminated at night. The room was not big but had been refurbished in a great way. And very, very friendly and helpful staff.

Mind you, it isn’t perfect. The bed was rather hard, adding a top layer would be a good idea. It also was a bit noisy in the evening at times. A really authentic inner city hotel experience.

I was very lucky to choose Hotel Parisien as my home for 5 days of holidays in Nice. The hotel location is very convenient. Walking distance - 3 min to the train station - 5 min to the local market, parks, caffee, supermarkets - 15 min to Gallery Laffayet - 20 min to the seashore promenade The hotel is an exceptional clean, cosy atmosphere, and best service. The room is nicely decorated. Hot shower. The comphiest bed and pillows. Crispy clean linens and towels. The freedge, kettle, coffee/sugar in the room provided. Big thanks to Mr. Salim, Mr. Adel, Mr. Movladi for their hospitality. Many thanks for the housekeeping department to keep my room always fresh and tidy. I will definitely choose the same hotel and room 25 with the balcony for my next trip to Nice.

Hotel is near Nice train station, good for exploring aorroundings. Close to the center and promenade is 20 min walk. Staff is very friendly and welcoming especially at the reception. We had coffee and tea meaker in the room. Heating was on. Room was smaller but large for french standards 😉 Clean and sunny room.

Hot water in the shower needs 10 min to be ready for shower! Bed is a bit short for taller people from the Balkans but comfortable for 3 stars!
