Close to city center. Nice staff.

We stayed for just one night. The property charges a deposit (equivalent to the room rate) which is refunded after the stay is completed. Since I've been using Booking, I haven't seen such practices. You need to plan your expenses in advance because of this

The location is incredible. Rooms were clean and there is a fire door outside many of the doors, which helps keep noise down from the hallway. The heater worked so well that we actually had to open the window sometimes. It was overall exactly as expected and no major complaints.

The towels are quite small, but we made do. The stairwell is shaped a bit funky and some of the steps aren't the same height as others, so we had to get used to that! The bathroom could have used a little more cleaning as there was a touch of mold, but I didn't even notice it right away so it wasn't awful.

The hotel's super central location! Every known place of interest in Paris including the Tour Eiffeil was only 30 minutes by car.

The hotel is an old building or made up of many old buildings therefore its a maize to navigate plus the main staircase was very steep with uneven stair heights and very narrow stairs too.... which are a real danger to older senior citizens like myself.

From the moment we walked in, the desk attendant welcomed us and was immediately helpful with our bags and helping us to find a place for lunch. The rooms were clean and comfortable and everything was provided. All staff spoke excellent English. The breakfast was filling and tasty with a wonderful coffee machine. The hotel itself was in such a convenient location, right outside the metro station, near Notre Dame, and a very short walk to one of the Paris 2024 Fan Zones.

I couldn't figure out how to get the TV remote to change channels!

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, close to the metro, tourist attractions, Hôtel de Ville, and the Marais district, with easy access from the airports. Although the room is small, it is sufficient for a couple of days for a single traveler. There is free coffee and tea available at the reception, as well as complimentary options in the room. The cleanliness was satisfactory. Overall, it offers good value for money.

There is no elevator but for me it was not an issue.

Location is amazing - 100 steps from Hotel de Ville metro station. Easy walk to Notre Dame. 10 minute walk to Chatelet metro and lots of transfer trains. Rue du Temple is a pedestrian zone. It's busy and bustling but not noisy. Lots of cafes and great shopping nearby.

Be warned - lots of stairs. 56 stairs up to second floor, no elevator.

Ways to pay are unclear as it appears like the payment is taken from our card before the trip (even if the booking claims that the payment will happen at the hotel). A bit confusing but the lady at the reception desk was super friendly to accommodate with the situation. Not super cosy rooms and a bit noisy form the outside but as we stayed only a night, it was absolutely fine.

We had a wonderful experience at Dwin Hotel. The hotel is in a perfect spot in the 4th quarter, really close to public transportation and great spots such as restaurants and vintage stores. You can walk to wherever you want. The room size was exactly what we've needed as a couple. Although there is no elevator, the team helped us take the bags to our room, so we were fine. It's not the cleanest hotel or the fanciest you can find, but it's fit to the price we've paid and we will be back for sure. If you are not searching for a fancy experience, and you want to find a really nice parisian hotel with good price and decent location, this hotel is for you. Recommend.

The hotel can be improved with cleaning. The towels were bad, and rooms needed a renovation, but we didn't really mind about it. It didn't affect us.

This property was in a great location right in the middle of bars, shops and restaurants. Great option if you’re looking for something budget friendly and in a great location. Definitely the area to stay when visiting Paris.

The property is a little dated but reasonably clean and comfortable.

Location, the staff were so friendly. Marud I think it was his name. He was very helpful. Accommodating and friendly. You lucky to have a staff like him working for the property.

The area is nice just come certain people standing in the corner. Not nice. Avoid contact with them
