It was a beautiful, modern, spotlessly clean hotel. Our room on the 6th floor was lovely. The bed was big and comfortable and lovely white sheets. The bathroom was modern and shower good. The air conditioning was good and there was everything you needed. It was a really good location for the TV tower and walks to the museum’s and The Brandenburg gate. Right by the Alwxanderplatz train station which gets you all over Berlin cheaply and easily and out to the airport in half an hour. We even went to the horse races at Hoppegarten on the train one day. Great spot to enjoy Berlin.
If you’re on the 6th Floor, as lovely as it is, it means the one lift will take a while in the mornings to get to you. But it’s a minor thing.

Absolutely wonderful stay! I had an amazing experience at this hotel in Berlin. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and I have to mention the gentleman who hosts the breakfast area — his warmth and charisma truly made my mornings feel special. Considering how well-located and comfortable the hotel is, the price is more than fair. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Berlin!

It was an elegant, clean, convenient and comfortable hotel. Check in and check out were easy.
The electric kettle didn’t work. The staff were quite friendly but a little more reserved than on our last visit to this hotel, some years ago.

Our interactions with the front desk staff was limited but good. However, the service staff was very caring, helpful and fun to interact with. Especially the service professional Tom (not Shure about the last name but it might have been Brauer.) He was very eager to help, give advice about the city and serv. If you are into it ask him to fix you "dirty Martini", you wont be disappointed, at least me and my brother was not! The rooms was very good size with a big screen tv (one of the biggest I have seen in a hotel room.)
The breakfast was too expensive (29€) since there are so many other alternatives around. Pricing could be reconsider! The elevator sometimes took a little bit more time than it should. The bedroom was very good size but the shower area and the closet was a little to small. So was the towels (I do not know if this is a European thing or not), they were a little to small to feel comfortable. The shower controls was trick to figure out and did not semes to have hot water on night at midnight.

Everything. Just superb. We booked this hotel last minute (for a good price) as the hotel we originally booked for our stay was truly a travellers worst nightmare. The staff were warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful (shout out to the bar man who provided me with milk for my morning tea). The room was immaculate, modern and had everything we needed. The TV was huge and had access to Netflix which was great for the evenings. The location was excellent with lots of places to eat nearby (highly recommend Schlogels!). Overall, this hotel and its staff really turned around a bad experience (from the other hotel) for us. Thank you so much! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
Nothing.

The hotel location was SPECTACULAR. We experienced a special and comfortable place, that couldn't have been better situated. There were 3 of us in the room and the temporary bed for the third did the job. There was plenty of room for 3 adults. This was our first trip to Berlin and we felt that we were at the apex of everything! We are not big breakfast eaters, so we didn't do the breakfast in the hotel, but there were plenty of options nearby. Loved it. So easy to get everywhere by tram and bus.
We appreciated having a mini fridge. It was stocked with items to buy, which we didn't partake in. We had to move bottles out to fit our personal food and drink in. It wasn't a hardship. My husband always appreciates a microwave (which the room didn't have) for a midnight snack. That would have been a nice addition.

The location was perfect. We could explore the Berlin sites with ease from the hotel. We were right beside the Hackers St Bahnhof. Breakfast was delicious. The facilities in the room were good, though the room was on the small side.
The room was a bit on the small side. The bed was jammed up against the wall, although there was room to pull it away from the wall, which we did. There is room to put a small bedside table either side of the bed, which would have been nice. It's fine if you are in a hostel to expect people to crawl in and out of a bed, but not in a hotel!

The hotel itself is so beautiful. It is in a very central location which is perfect for finding your way around Berlin. There is water and sweets offered for free at reception. The downstairs bar and restaurant is very nice. The staff were very kind.
Although the room was very nice, so clean and had everything we needed, it was very small. The roof was slanted on one side which meant we could not get into the bed on one side of the room. The shower is beautiful but also slanted, someone very tall would not be able to stand in it. Beautiful room but not good value for money with the size of it.

The location was perfect. It is close to museums, boat tours, lots of interesting shops and cafes. It is very close to transportation with easy access to the main train station and the underground. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They give you a glass of Prosecco on arrival. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff consistently missed refilling the complementary tea and coffee in the room (my room only had a kettle with instant coffee). The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the stay. It provides a large array of both hot and cold items. All very fresh and replenished quickly. You have to make your own coffee but it is a minor inconvenience because you can pick from a large selection of coffees and they were delicious. There is a restaurant and bar on the main floor and a very comfortable lounge. I was there during the Christmas Markets and there were at least 2 within walking distance.
The single room was quite small and I was frustrated not having coffee in the room as I got ready for my day.

The hotel is located at the center of Berlin - so everything we wanted to see was nearby. They provided parking which was much appreciated - and easy to utilize. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was expansive and very good. For someone coming to Berlin for a first time this was an excellent place to stay. I have already recommended this hotel to a good friend who plans to visit Berlin for the first time this coming September.
No complaints - just a suggestion - The hotel provides complimentary coffee in the room which you can make for yourself. However, the shelf holding the coffee maker must be pulled out - all the way - for it to work. There is a small sign at the base of the pullout section which informs you of the need to fully extend the shelf and then the coffee machine will function. My suggestion is that they place the sign above the shelf so it will be noticed immediately - as we did not see it until a staff member came up and pointed it out - and then of course it worked perfectly : )
