All the staff interaction, room, breakfast it was good. The location is great, at least for what we were planning to do.

We paid in advance for the room, however, during the first night, my (debit) card was charged for a sum that still remains blocked for probably a month. Not a problem when using a credit card, however I've blocked the card so no subsequent payments were possible. If this was a case where a deposit is necessary I would have liked to know in advance and I'd also have liked to know the amount and for sure I would have liked for it to be released as soon as possible, but this time the staff actually said that this is normal so I also found normal to block the card. Good luck making random transactions.

Location is great - close to U+S bahn station. The city center (e.g. Alexander Platz) can be reached with any of u-bahn, s-bahn or bus just in 15 minutes. Berlin Wall and East Side Galery is seen from the hotel window. Breakfast is good - cheese, sausages, butter, bread, cereals, pancakes (not every day though) with honey and jam, yogurt, fruits, boiled eggs (not every day), some warm dishes like backed potato and omelet... Coffee machine and juice machine.

No central heating - only the air conditioning system that can be used for heating. Room is quite small for two persons. No minibar/refrigerator.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! We had requested a room with a river view, and they kindly provided it for us. The staff were absolutely wonderful — very kind, helpful, and always smiling. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed for three days, and every day they made small changes to the breakfast options, which was a nice touch. One of our favorite parts was the waffle maker — we could make fresh waffles ourselves, and we loved it! The location was also perfect for us. It’s close to the Uber Arena, the biggest venue for concerts and events, which was ideal since we were attending a concert. There are several restaurants nearby, and there’s even a mall right behind the hotel with two supermarkets, which was very convenient. Another plus is the bus station (Bus 300), just two minutes from the hotel. It takes you directly to the city center in about 20 minutes. We really loved our room and enjoyed our stay overall. I just have two small suggestions: It would be great if guests had access to YouTube and Netflix on the room TV. Also, A larger shower head would be nice, as it could improve the water pressure. I really liked the hotel's location , it was easy to get around the area, and there were several restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options.

What I didn’t like was the service upon arrival at the hotel. I arrived before the official check-in time, and instead of being clearly informed that I could only check in at the designated time, I was told to come back in an hour and that my room might be ready by then. I wish they had been more straightforward about it. It would have saved me a lot of waiting and from having to repeatedly ask if the room was available. On top of that, I couldn’t even enjoy the city while I waited because it was raining heavily in Berlin that day.

I really had a great stay. I had the king room; it was spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! The toiletries were aplenty - sometimes you don’t find conditioner even in 4-star hotels, but this one had everything! The hairdryer was also a good one. I also appreciated how quiet it was. Location is great, right in front of the East side gallery and walking distance from Friedrichschain and Kreuzberg. Checkout until 12 was also a plus. I’d 100% stay again when I go back to Berlin.

Too bad that the room didn’t have a little fridge. The breakfast wasn’t great in terms of healthy options (gluten free/dairy free) but it was pretty good for a 3-star hotel. Lighting in the room could be improved - the main lights were a bit too strong. Water pressure in the shower could be better. But these are minor improvements—all in all it was a great experience

The hotel is located in a very nice area near the Uber Platz, a lot of restaurants nearby, and even a Christmas market. It is close to both S-Bahn station Warschauer Straße and Ostbahnhof station, so it was easy to get there from the airport. By the way, at the Ostbahnhof station there is a grocery shop that is open even on Sundays, which is convenient. The hotel staff was friendly. The room where we stayed was very small but comfortable with a nice view to the river and the sunset. The bed was very comfy and it was quiet in the room, no any noise. In the bathroom, there were enough shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, liquid soap, and body lotion. We also used a hair dryer, and a kettle. Several tea and coffee bags were also provided. The best thing about the breakfast was that it was available for a long time starting from 6 am, which was very convenient since we had to leave early on our last day of stay. It was served beautifully and had a lot of high protein dishes including eggs, sausages, meatballs, as well as fruits and vegetables, and sweets. We didn't find a single thing to complain about. The hotel exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast was beyond expectations, I think everyone will find something to their liking. The hotel offers comfortable accommodation with spacious beds, clean and stylish rooms, and some with lovely views of the River Spree. The breakfast selection is diverse and of a high standard. For those seeking value for money, this hotel is an excellent choice, situated at the junction of Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg. It is also conveniently located just minutes from Ostbahnhof, with easy access to the airport via train (approximately 35 minutes). There are also lots of great restaurants nearby. It's been ages since we've stayed in a hotel with such a comfy double bed.

Breakfast was fine, as it is in a Western European chain hotel, but the quality of the food served at breakfast could have been a little less 'industrial'. The strength lies in the quality of the products and their localness. There were roasted tomatoes, but fresh tomatoes - in the middle of summer - were not available at all (we had breakfast 4 times). The only fresh vegetables were lettuce and cucumber. There were powdered scrambled eggs, and we only managed to eat hard-boiled eggs once (they ran out once and were gone for two days). Plastic wrapped cottage cheese etc. Maybe it's worth introducing a bit of ecology into this collective feeding.

Staff were really friendly. The hotel was in a great location with the bus taking you to the nearest train station (2 mins on the bus or a 10 min walk) and the centre a 2 minute walk away. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe in the area. There is a supermarket for water, snacks etc less than a 5 min walk from the hotel. The room was really clean and spacious. The pillows were very soft and the mattress very hard. These were literally my only 2 issues about the room and that is a personal preference rather than it being an issue about the hotel itself. The breakfast was good. There was an abundance of food with an array of hot and cold food.

Nothing. I would stay here again if I return to Berlin.
