From start to finish, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing! Check-in was a breeze thanks to the super convenient digital key system. We were in our room within minutes. Speaking of the room, absolute peace and quiet, always warm water, and a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Housekeeping was flawless. Every single day our room was sparkling clean with fresh, soft towels waiting for us. The attention to detail was incredible. And then there’s the bar… wow! Not only was it a great place to unwind, but Giannis crafts cocktails that could easily be the best in all of Berlin. Friendly service, perfect drinks, and a great vibe. What more could you ask for? We left feeling completely satisfied and can’t wait to come back. This place is a gem!

The room was not very big but it’s super cozy and modern, beds are comfortable, the duvet was perfect for the cold weather, natural light was very good. Noise isolation is very good, did not hear anything from inside the hotel or outside. Facilities are modern, plenty of electrical plugs, and the heating system is easy to use. They also have a water heater and coffee machine. Water pressure is very good. No toiletries are offered but there is a DM store nearby in case you forget yours. The staff is polite and helpful, we had everything we needed during our stay. It’s very close to S-Bahn station Hackescher Markt which connects easily to the center of the city, Alexanderplatz, Potsdam and more interest areas around and there’s also direct connection from and to Berlin Brandenburg airport at this station with train S9 (as of time of this review). There are also plenty of shopping stores around and plenty of diverse coffee shops and restaurants!

There was no fridge in the room. Sometimes people need to take medicine that needs to stay in the fridge or want to keep a cold meal in case they sleep in a bit late and miss breakfast so a little fridge or a common fridge on the hallway with depositing options for every room would be very useful. A lot of dust was left under the bed. Breakfast of 18 eur/person is a bit expensive.

Unfortunately the rooftop bar wasn't open during our stay and we wish it were, but it is only open from Thurs to Sundays. The bed was really huge and super comfortable. The suite was spacious and well equipped. We got a superior suite room with a kitchenette. Our only issue was the lack of plug sockets around our bed. I had to charge my phone in the other room while in the bed when my partner used the only plug socket in our bedroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location is the best part. I've been to Berlin 3 times and this is by far the best location I've ever been in. Right next to a central train station and so many great restaurants and shops. You're spoiled for choice and it's got such great vibes. I'd recommend the hotel for many reasons but especially that.

Near Hackescher Markt and Oranienburger Str. stations, and also within good walking distance of a lot of places in Berlin, as well as shops and restaurants. The room was cleaned every day, and nothing was misplaced. They opened the window which helped keep the room cool. Online check in and check out was also very useful, outlining what had been paid and if there were any outstanding charges.

They took away my towels on my last night, I had to go and ask reception to put some in my room for my shower on the morning I checked out.

This stay definitely met my expectations. It's a smaller room, but I believe it has all it needs-- everything was spread out in the room effectively: big enough bathroom with bathtub + shower, a neat lounge area just between the bed and the bathroom, space to put coats by the door, the bed was big and comfortable, the desk area next to bed was enough, and it seems like the rooms are soundproof-- I believe the hotel was booked up during my stay, and I didn't hear a thing in any rooms adjacent to me. Furthermore, this hotel's location is unbeatable, right at the center of Berlin; you have one the main transit stations (Hackescher Markt, in which you can hop on the S9 to get directly to the airport) right behind, as well as Alexanderplatz; then, many food options, big shops and the like around it. So many things within walking distance. I also felt very safe staying at the hotel. The staff was always helpful and attentive no matter the time. I'll probably go with them again on my next visit to Berlin.

All in general was great, but the only two things that would have made the stay even better would be: I wish the rooms were a bit brighter, and I wish they had a mini fridge somewhere in the room to keep things cold.

Clean, new, very central location, staff was very kind, room was ready before time, view from thewindow, good termic isolation.

This suite room is clrarly for 2 people maximum, and being 3 was hard to manage. With the sofa open as a bed, the space is too small and there were only 2 chairs to seat and eat next to the kitchen table bar. Even there is a good stove, the kitchen was not properly equiped for simple cooking with good cutting knife and soap for dishes, nor any basic products like salt, oil... the total experience was that the chic design overshadow the functionality. Also, unlike usual in hotels, there is only single door to the side to side room instead of double door, what damaged a bit the acoustic isolatiin and the sense of privecy.

The location around the corner from the Hackescher Markt S-Bahn station was fantastic. We walked everywhere, but it is only one station from Alexanderplatz. There were also many trams right outside the front door. The area itself had plenty of eating and drinking options, and felt very ‘local’ as opposed to Alexanderplatz, and some of the really touristy areas. The hotel is modern and cozy, with a great bar downstairs. It was on the small side, but I have seen much smaller!!! The use of space was good, and it was plenty for us. Staff were helpful, with 24 hour reception. Perfect for Berlin.

Location was amazing, by far the best feature of the hotel was how central it was. The whole feel of the hotel was very modern and relaxed, the lighting made it cosy and the staff were always very helpful. We opted for the larger room with cooking facilities and the room was very spacious- more like an apartment and definitely worth the extra cost. The shower was very powerful, the beds were comfy and the facilities were great. We were very surprised at the quality of the hotel for the money we paid. Other European capital cities charge a lot more for lower quality accomodation. Would highly recommend for a stay in Berlin

Sometimes you don't want to recommend a great place so that when you want to go back there again, it's still affordable and not fully booked :) A great hotel, I stayed alone for business. The location is great, there are several great restaurants nearby! The metro and all the cool locations of the city are not far away. Very friendly guys at the reception (hi and special thanks to you). I should also mention my love for rooftops. The view from the roof of this hotel is simply amazing. In the morning you can get up for breakfast, and in the evening sit with a glass, feeling the vibrations and love of the big city! The room itself is very cozy, although small.

The only negative for me is one pillow. It is super important for me to sleep comfortably, to have a good mattress and normal pillows, and not a bag stuffed with foam rubber that jumps out from under my head as rest is very important there. Here was a great pillow - but only one, as a result it was impossible to sleep as comfortably as I would like (I need 2 pillows always to grab). But I think in this case it is not such a big minus.
