To be fair, we're a family of four and did not want to book separate rooms. Ended up staying in the Sky Suite and the room was large, high ceilings and a great view. Not sure if the regular rooms are the same. Enjoyed the Sky lounge where breakfast and tea is served. Enjoyed free pass to the lookout deck on floor 39. Nice bathroom and good water pressure except on one morning. Hot water at tap and shower is available and do not have to wait too long. Easy access to train and underground. Decent eating joints around the area.

The toilet does not have enough towel bars to hang towels. Bathroom light under the sink goes on and off automatically when you enter and in the morning, the light is bright coming through the shower window. Shower window should have a curtain or way to close the window as the light can be quite bright in the early morning. USB charging slots would be nice. Internet connected TV so users with streaming accounts can use their own accounts. No complimentary water daily in rooms. Better separation between the bedroom and the sitting area. For eg. if we turn on lights or TV in either area, the openness does not afford privacy of sound and light. Sink should have a plug so that small items can be washed in room - underwear, socks, etc.

Location is right next to Alexanderplatz one of the main stations. Very central point to the main attraction sites. Also well connected with Underground and Trams. Very comfortable room and beds, and on a high floor you can see the important landmark sites of Berlin. The breakfast spread is very generous and offers a good start to the day. Plenty of snacks and drinks also available in the lobby to buy and take to the room if you return late.

Only one restaurant and focussed mainly for serving breakfast. Under-staffed at lunch and dinner time. Consequently the serving staff tries not to notice you if you go there in the evening and it may take some time before you can even get a drink. The lifts get overwhelmed every morning around 8 AM for a couple of hours. The rooftop charges 6 Euros even for hotel guests and there is not even a bar or restaurant there but a small kiosk!

The location can't be beaten, smack-bang in the middle of Berlin on Alexanderplatz! The budget rooms are quite small but very clean, cozy enough and functional. Spa/ Sauna area is very nice too, as is the rooftop with views over Berlin.

Sauna should be free for hotel guests, and rooftop access as well (or reduced at least).

I had a super time in Berlin and the parkinn was an excellent place to stay. It's so central for shops and public transport. The hotel was very busy but the room was quiet nonetheless. I paid for breakfast which was probably overpriced but it was convenient, tasty and filling and kept me going until the evening. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. As I was leaving, the lady at guest services was telling me how the building was an old GDR building and the rooms were built when everyone was allowed 9m squared per person. It would have been good to learn the history of the building. Maybe it should be displayed somewhere for guests to read if they are interested.

The hotel is in a great location and just a 2 minute walk from the train station. Some great views of Berlin from the room. A lot of public transport close by, and easy to use. The hop on, hop off Berlin Bus has a stop right outside the hotel, which was great. Rooms very clean.

Breakfast was crazy busy, with hotel guest and I presume conference guests, had to wait a while for a table. There was coffee machine in the room but only 2 coffee pods, and during our 3 night stay they were never topped up. The rooms are pretty open with no door dividing the shower/toilet from the bed, just a small curtain. Roof top bar a bit disappointing.

Ultracenter, incredibly convenient transport spot, a million shops and interesting places nearby, plus this is the tallest building in Berlin, and you will definitely like the view from the window. Self check-in, eight high-speed elevators for a thousand rooms, excellent soundproofing, the room has everything except a refrigerator (some rooms have one). There is a coffee machine, and you can ask for a kettle at the reception. The windows do not open for safety reasons, but there are no problems with ventilation. An unique hotel in beautiful Berlin!

I didn't like the lack of a fridge - my God, it costs 50 euros, why isn't there one? And fix the shower hose in room 3004, it was a bit difficult to shower. But overall, I repeat, a great hotel for normal money in the very center of Berlin. There is no other like it in the capital of Germany. :)

ROOM: Liked it, would have preferred view of tower but I guess you had to pay more, still liked where i was, on floor 27 Think though that there should be bottled water and fridge in room. Could not sort temperature but was ok opening window. Asked about safe, they came up straight away and showed me how to sort it. So im sure if i asked about a/c they would have sent someone,. Shower was lovely and powerful, Location: Super, near museums, start of bus tours, definitely would recommend staying in this area. Breakfast: Loved the scrambled eggs and pancakes, cold meats etc. The one thing not sure if its in Germany or every other country, but the milk not as nice as Ireland. 3rd morning was very busy so sign was up to go upstairs, liked that cos it was quieter but still had everything. Rooftop, i do believe when you are staying there, that should be free, Paid €6 each to go up there, wouldve gone more times only for this. Was there for the sunset, it was beautiful.

Not having water cooler or fridge in room or water available in room. Stayed in many basic hotels and water was provided for drinking. Though i guess it was for sale downstairs, so i guess that was the reason why!. Also the milk,

Excellent location to visit on foot most interesting sides in Berlin. Parking was relatively cheap (24€/24H) with unlimited entries and exits, so you can use the car throughout your stay for trips throughout the city of Berlin. Be aware not to enter the Q-Park, but instead the one which has the logo of Europcar. From this parking you can enter directly the hotel reception area. We had a great view on the 24th floor overlooking Alexanderplatz and the TV tower right in front of it. Lifts were fast and

There was no AC, which should be available and to be expected anyway for a 4 star hotel. Not a big thing but bodylotion is another thing usually available, which was unfortunately not here.

Just on the Alexanderplatz center. Easy access to U-Bahn, S-Bahn etc public transportation. Close by to many attractions. There are lots of fast-food chains and restaurants nearby. Comfortable stay. Perfect breakfast, many options to eat. Really good range of food supplied.

Half liter of water and coffee capsuls were supplied in the first day. However, they are not supplied after then. Once I saw the housekeeping and asked for them. I got them after asking. They should not be served upon request. They should be supplied every day as standard. I stayed on the 14th floor but to facing not TV tower, I wish they gave me a room from TV tower side. I would prefer to have one king bed instead of two singles combined.

Amazing views and perfect location right at Alexanderplatz with super quick access to all modes of public transport. Comfy beds and plenty of space in the room. I had a city view double and asked to upgrade to panorama view (corner room with windows on both external walls) and the extra $50 per night was worth it! I had such a great (and safe) view of fireworks on New Year's Eve, but note that you need to request a room facing west, looking towards the TV tower. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I'd stay here again!

The bathroom was weird, as others have stated. It's really just a separate section of the hotel room, partitioned off by frosted glass walls. The shower head was in a really weird place (on the long side of the tub instead of at the short end) and it was also high off the ground and awkward getting into. The door to the hotel room automatically slams shut because of the tightly wound spring on the top, which I suspect is a fire/safety feature, but the constant slamming noise coming from the hallway was a bit annoying. The TV offered very few channels and none in any other languages (or at least the option of subtitles) and though it was a smart TV, there were no Netflix or other streaming service options. I was actually surprised at this.
