The breakfast is very tasty, the wonderful location and kind staff. It’s a great value for money.

The toilet had hairs in the shower, they need to improve the cleaning in the room. They are very strict about the check in time.

The location is great. It's just a short walk from Kadewe mall and from the Ubahn. There are also lots of nice brunch places and other restaurants close by. It was also pretty quiet, and everything was clean

My room wasn't aired well, so it had a bad smell when I walked in, which was off-putting, but it went away quickly when I opened the windows. The bathroom is quite small, and it was weird to have the toilet roll behind you instead of on the side. But these are minor things. Although I liked the location, some may consider it a bit far from central Berlin (~20 mins by Ubahn) and ~45 mins walk.

Breakfast was good enough,and the kitchen staffs were good and helpful.And there is a little bit old receptionist,he was a very kind man.I had to go to the Tropixal Island and he explain to me everything about how to get there.So grateful to him🙏🏻

At the time of check in and when showing the id proof,I gave my passport but even though my passport was in the receptionist’s hand she asked me to tell my nationality.The passport showed Netherlands.She saw it but still asked me.I felt a bit weird.Does skin colour matter?

Staff were super friendly and really helpful. Breakfast was also great, especially as I am gluten intolerant, great range of options on offer

From the first view around, when I came into the lobby of this hotel, I almost fell in love with it. The guy in the reception was very polite, helpful. Besides there is wonderful cappuccino with a lot of milk foam at breakfast :) Few steps from metro station "Augsburger Strasse", nice neighborhood, wonderful design, supermarket, restaurants on your way, not far away from the shopping area. Nice view from the window, comfortable bed, tea and coffee maker, fridge, hair dryer - everything you need!

I was so happy with everything in the Scandic, that was ready to change to it from my favorite hotel chain, but small accident at the breakfast made me change my mind. It's not allowed to come there with your own cup for coffee, which was never a problem in other hotels. Totally understand.

The was enough space for three people in the room. Bathroom great size. The breakfast is out of the world. Subway staying right there; bus around the corner. Within 10 minutes of walking in the middle of the action. Hotel itself is on a rather quiet road. Not all Scandic have AC but the one in Berlin Kurfürstendamm does.

This is a really hard question because it was all perfect. The soft boiled eggs became hard boiled by the time I had breakfast

Great position, just off the U3 metro line and within walking distance from the U2. I appreciated the cleaning "on demand" policy, although I would have preferred a daily refill of coffe and tea. For my taste the bed was very comfy - I do like firm mattresses.

I found the daily breakfast charge too high (21 euro) so I did not use it. I would have appreciated slightly bigger towels and an actual working extractor fan in the bathroom, but this is a minor point. I cannot comment on the price-value aspect because I arrived the night of the Euro 2024 final so all prices in Berlin were unusually high.

I spent a long time choosing a hotel, especially looking for good, varied breakfasts. I do not eat gluten and dairy products and this hotel had a separate counter every day with different types of bread, muffins, crackers and vegan yogurts, milk, lactose-free butter. A huge selection of vegetables and fruits, and most importantly very tasty smoked fish and freshly squeezed juice. At the same time, there were very comfortable beds and it was always clean. The place is simply amazing for visiting the Zoo (10 minutes) plus shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which truly caters to families. From the delicious breakfast with a variety of pancake toppings to the cozy double beds and thoughtfully designed kids' corner, everything was perfect for a short and comfortable two-night stay in Berlin. A special mention goes to the amazing staff! When our son decided to lock his toy cars inside the room safe, the team went above and beyond to resolve the situation promptly, all while maintaining their cheerful and helpful attitude. We truly appreciated their support and friendly smiles! The location is also incredibly convenient—right next to a subway station—which made getting around the city a breeze. We’ll definitely consider staying here again when we visit our friends in Berlin. Highly recommended for families!

The location was excellent, a quiet street, yet just a short walk to the metro station and Wittenbergplatz, where there are many restaurants, shops, and lively activity. There is also a larger metro station that connects to the main centers. The zoo is also within walking distance. The breakfast selection was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a standard room with one child, and the room was a bit small for three people. The bathroom was very small. Although the large bed was very comfortable, the extra bed creaked terribly every time the child moved on it. The breakfast area was small. During peak hours, it was very cramped to move around in the restaurant to choose food, but there were enough tables, and overall, the breakfast area was cozy.
