The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. We appreciated the kettle and tea/instant coffee in the room, and the washing machine was convenient. Even though there is no dryer in the room (you have to go to the basement), there is a very effective heated drying rack in the bathroom that dries anything you need overnight.

The mobile key system is not my favorite. Every time we came back, I had to open my email with the mobile key link and click through to open the building and room doors. My teens, who did not have access to their email while traveling internationally, therefore could not enter the building on their own. And if your phone battery dies while you're out, you won't be able to get into the building.

I travel with my husband and two kids (5 and 8) to multiple countries every year and pride myself in researching the best hotels and apartments to find the absolute best choices for our stay. The kids are both confidently proclaiming that Germany is their favorite country now BECAUSE of KOOS. We feel so comfortable and at home there. The staff is so welcoming and friendly and it’s so great waking up to a breakfast buffet every morning. It’s our second time staying there and it definitely won’t be our last.

If I HAD to choose something it would be that our room had two bathrooms and two washers which is AMAZING! But there was no place to dry out clothes. There was a drying line in one of the showers but it wasn’t close to enough. I’m sure if we asked they may have had drying racks so there’s a possibility it was just our fault for not asking.

We stayed at KOOS Hotel from May 25- May 28, 2025. The location of this hotel is exceptional. It's very close to the center of Munich and there's a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. Also, having our own washing machine inside the room was really great since we travelled with 2 kids. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. The cleaning staff who we met at the hallway was also very nice and helpful.I already recommended this hotel to my friends who are planning to travel to Munich!

Location very convenient. Close to Edeka supermarket, public transportation and Marienplatz. Bathroom had washing machine which was wonderful. Kitchen section small but had everything we needed. Front desk staff very helpful, especially Jolanta. Convenient underground parking nearby. Very comfortable bed.

The compact room was for three people but the table was barely large enough for two to eat and too small for more than a laptop computer. No business work space at all. One chair for three people...rather odd. Hotel itself very nice but our rate was very high although booked well in advance. Pity there was no dryer in the complex (contrary to expectation) so we travelled on with wet clothes. Although we requested a quiet room ours was noisy facing the street. However we were happy to be able to open a large window and get fresh air.

Fantastic Location and Comfortable Stay in Munich This hotel was a great base for exploring Munich! It’s located very close to all the main attractions — just a short walk to Marienplatz and near many of the city’s most famous museums. The area is lively but safe, with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants around. The staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to help with directions or suggestions. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable — perfect for resting after a long day of sightseeing. Would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Munich!

I had a wonderful stay at KOOS Hotel & Apartments – City Aparthotel. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent – right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and main attractions. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a nice variety to choose from. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

The location is fantastic. It is near the Hbf but not on top of it. It is also right near two different U/tram stations. The breakfast was great! There were lots of options, including gluten-free and an omelet station. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Our room (the two-room apartment) was nicely sized, and the beds were comfy enough.

Two complaints, somewhat similar: 1. The check-in process is 100% online, even if you're standing in front of the counter. This is odd to me. It was fine as we're both technically literate and speak the language, but others were not. It was a challenge. 2. They do not provide physical keys to your room; only through the web app on your phone. Your room may be in another connected building, where you must also use the app. The experience of both of these...at an expensive hotel, is a bit of out of place IMO.

Convenient location for the purpose of our stay.

Kitchen not well equipped for a serviced apartment. (no sharp knives for cutting, no scissors for opening food packages) Could do with bedside tables with drawers rather than stools. No place to hang towels in the bathroom. No grab bars in the shower area. Expected a washer/drier not just a washing machine. No iron/ironing board in the apartment. Did not know we had to go to another building to dry & iron clothes. This is definitely a negative point for a serviced apartment. Rain shower and hand shower not very practical, especially for a short person.

Breakfast was nice and was refreshed a lot, the staff was nice and friendly. They give you an app where you can open the main entrance of the building, your room, and much more. The bed was comfy, and the room is just what you need for a few days' stay.

To be honest, the only thing I did not like was how I could hear everything from our room, inside the hotel or out. If someone is walking in the halls, you will hear it. If someone is talking in the next room or in the hall, I a normal tone, not shouting you will hear it. And... more stuff from next door as well. The building is on a very main road. Every night, you can hear sirens cars honking, and of course, that's normal, but it's so loud. Combined with next door noises, some nights we wouldn't sleep that well. When we were there, there was also construction happening in the building, which made the elevator waiting time unreasonable, thankfully our room was on the first floor and we do not have any mobility issues and just took the stairs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at KOOS Hotel Munich, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome by Nadia and Sara at the front desk set the tone for my stay. They were incredibly friendly and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms that offer stunning views. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Daniel in the restaurant. Their recommendations for local dishes were spot on, and the food was absolutely delicious! I also appreciated the attentiveness of Astrid during breakfast, ensuring that everything was perfect. Overall, I cannot recommend KOOS Hotel Munich highly enough. The combination of beautiful accommodations, fantastic service, and a prime location makes it a perfect choice for anyone visiting Munich.
