Room spacious, clean and tidy.
We were able to check in early as room was ready. We appreciated this BUT had to pay 20 euro (i think) for the privilege. Why the cost? Room is ready. We didn't use any extra powere etc, as we checked out 6am. Perhaps they can reimburse me for the unused time on check out day!!¡

This hotel has several great advantages. First there are the knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff people at the stripped down check in desk (interestingly efficient) and in the restaurant. Being located across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, it allows one to connect up with Munich's whole marvellous transportation system. I've only had large rooms here. They are light filled and comfortable. The very good restaurant serves a discreet, satisfying breakfast. It is then open all day--an enormous boon to people who are in Munich to enjoy opera.
To call housekeeping dysfunctional is being charitable. My wife and I signed on for the ecological option of room cleaning every other day (with clean towels every day). In a stay of ten days our room was cleaned only twice. We wanted the use of the room in the afternoon. We tried to communicate this wish to the chamber men when we went out in the morning but they seemed to lack sufficient German to understand. We went days without soap in spite of asking for it , we had to buy our own.. We often had to ask for clean towels at the front desk. The occasional cleanups were thorough when they occurred but something was missing , some grace notes perhaps , a woman's nurturing hand (this last idea was my wife's, it is not meant to be mail chauvinist).

Great Stay – Ideal Location and Lovely Extras! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at [Hotel Name] during my trip to Munich. The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the central train station, making it super convenient to explore the whole city. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided — there was complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water in the room, which was a great touch. They also offered a "sleep set" with an eye mask, earplugs, and a lavender drink to help you relax and enjoy a restful night — I found that really considerate. The sauna was a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day, and in the lobby, guests could enjoy refreshing water with lemon and orange slices, seasonal fruit, and even some Haribo gummies — such a fun detail! The staff were friendly and professional, and the atmosphere felt welcoming throughout my stay. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich.

On our trips, we prefer to stay in one of a kind boutique hotels and not the global chain hotels. Flemmings was a great choice for us right next to the Munich HBF and Marienplatz . Check in was quick and efficient, we were able to secure an early check in and were lucky to get a corner room which was spacious and clean with lots of windows. The glass shower in the middle of the room was a surprise !!!! It provided both of us with excellent entertainment while we showered !!!!! Staff at the hotel are friendly, big smiles and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel has excellent food and great breakfast. The breakfast buffet is extensive with great omelettes and eggs which are prepared well.

Location, location, LOCATION. In between Le Meridien, Sofitel and Hbf can't ask for better. Hbf under major renovation atm so there is some hassle and disruption but still working well. Lufthansa bus to airport EUR12 one way from Hbf Arnulfstr. 12 - far cheaper than train and anyone regardless of airline can jump on board. Hotel is very comfortable, great restaurant/BF selection and just a nice place to sit. Bed was very comfy, great hot water, good aircon. Staff was very kind and helpful to weary travellers. Great budget option in pricey Munich.
Nothing. I was very happy there.

This was my second stay at a Flemings Hotel (first one at Wuppertal) and I am glad to find the same quality and hospitality. Comfortable bads, a good shower and toiletry. Breakfast was very good. Reception team was great, a special mention for Ömer who was very quick at problem solving and for Meryem who had a very warm attitude at serving us in the breakfast room.
The only thing we criticise is there is not telephone in the room. We wondered if any emergency situation occurs how we could reach to the reception. For example if a guest has a heart attack while in the room the other one wants to call reception to receive quick transfer to the nearest hospital by an ambulance and cannot leave her/him alone in the room. We mentioned this to the reception on our check out day and have been told we must e-mail to the hotel. This might not be convenient in an emergency condition.

I booked a Superior room as it was the only one available due to a very busy time of the year (Bauma trade exhibition). The room was huge with plenty of space. The bathroom was big, however it was an integral part of the bedroom as the glass shower was facing the bed, with no option for privacy if desired. I was traveling on my own so that did not bother me. The shower was great, with good water pressure and very spacious. Breakfast was the highlight for me!! Ample choice of both savory and sweet, as well as eggs cooked on request with good coffee. I only stayed one night, but was a very pleasant stay. Also very close to the main train station and tube station for easy connection to any part of Munich.
It was a bit noisy in the morning as there were construction work being done in the area behind the hotel, but perfectly quiet through the night, so overall not an issue. Also the lights in the room were very soft and not very bright (apart from the ones in the bathroom which were adequate)

I am a returning guest. A room with disable facility was allocated but requested to have it changed. The 2nd room was very specious with the exact configuration I had during my first visit in Oct 2023. The hotel is very quiet and bed was very comfortable. My colleague & I had a pre-dinner drink at the hotel restaurant. The staff was very helpful in assisting us finding out the wine etc. He was also very friendly & polite too. The hotel is directly opposite to Munich Central Station-a very convenient location and a 15-20mins walk to the old town.
I can't think of any.

Unbeatable location right there opposite the train central station. It’s a short tram ride or 20 min walk to a historical city centre. There are shops and restaurants around. Decent Italian cafe inside the hotel, good for a drink or coffee. We tried pizza (decent) and pasta (disappointing). The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable.
The morning shift staff at Italian cafe inside the hotel is unfriendly, bare English, never greeted or smiled. One waitress- Svetlana is particularly weird, strolling as if she was giving a favour being there. The evening shift staff is pleasantly the opposite - friendly, smiley, accommodating. The room needs sleepers.

The hotel is very near to the main train station as well as to public transport and shops and restaurants. It’s walking distance to the Old town. The hotel itself is modern, clean and has wonderful staff, always willing to help. The room was very comfortable, clean and had a fridge, safety box, water and soaps, and good towels. TV channels are mainly German but who wants to watch TV when there’s so much to do in Munich. Windows keep out the noise, so you can sleep well. There seemed to have been business-people as well as tourists. I used the sauna which was nice and clean, mixed F/M. I didn’t have the breakfast so can’t say anything about this. Checking in and out was easy.
