This Hotel is a Gem in Munich, being so close to the old section. The room was airy, clean and so comfortable with no noise being heard. Great shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast, always an important point with me, was excellent with a wide variety of choices of hot and cold offerings. And, the coffee was served hot and kept so as it was individually served in a carafe at each table. No having to deal with coffee machines!! The staff was personable and helpful with any questions we had. We loved the fact that a staff member gave us a tourist map of the city and pointed out where our hotel was and points of interest. The staff's efforts made our stay in Munich a delight!!

Excellent Service .. hotel arranged for room cleaning early and we were able to check in at 1300Hrs .. GREAT SERVICE! Staff at reception were very helpful with our queries for directions to places. Breakfast buffet is excellent We were also allowed extended checkout until 1300Hrs .. Overall ... a great hotel .. STRONGLY RECOMMEND .. very near to all the places of interest in the city ..

Herr Dominik Schindel, the receptionist at the time we met upon our arrival, has been very friendly, patient, informative and accommodating - all-round nice person to meet, especially for the first time staying at the hotel. The parking garage was an experience, because the vehicle is going down in a lift. We were very fortunate, that we were offered a space. Breakfast was fine. Upon request, they provided me with gluten-free bread! The location is fantastic! Walking to the Hofbräuhaus - the most favourite tavern in the world (!) - is only 5 minutes "around the corner", and probably 8-10 minutes from Marienplatz. The location is definitely a great selling point, indeed.

The interior seems a little mis-matched, but still very inviting. There is no bin in the toilets unlike in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel was perfect – very central and close to everything. The breakfast was delicious, and the place was clean and charming. I really enjoyed my stay!

The parking situation was quite challenging. The garage was very narrow, and using the car elevator felt a bit claustrophobic. Parking definitely requires skill and patience. In our room, the toilet and the bathroom were in separate spaces, but there was no sink in the toilet. The extra bed provided for the child was very firm and uncomfortable.

My mom went on our annual mom and daughter trip. Hotel Concorde was amazing! The hotel staff were super friendly and our rooms were made VERY well. My mom mentioned that the towels were very clean and that is a plus because we have stayed at hotels where the towels didn't feel clean. The beds were comfortable and it was enough space for the both of us. Everything was clean from the front entrance to the hallway. The breakfast was THE BEST! They were attentive and the food every morning was delicious. They had the usual meat and eggs and many bread and pastry options as well as cheese and cold-cuts. The person working at the front desk (I think it was Frank) even remembered my name and it is those little things that count. It was also close to Hofbrahaus, train stations, and walking distance to everything Munich. My mom was comfortable walking back to the hotel on her own when I was away for the Taylor Swift concert. We would recommend this place to everyone!

We loved everything about it! We can't think of anything that they could do better. No complaints from us.

Pretty easy to get to via the Train--ended up taking the S8 from Munich Airport (MUC)--about 40-50 minutes or so but gets you pretty close. It's a short walk from there--pretty quiet street and you can walk to Marienplatz in 5-10 minutes (Hofbräuhaus is literally just around the corner). You might need a bigger room if you're travelling as a pair (I got a Standard Twin) Being stuck with English wasn't a problem at all--the hotel staff were all incredibly friendly/very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again (probably in a larger room though!)

From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted by the friendliness and welcoming front desk staff. The hotel was able to accommodate an early check-in for us which was great given we had traveled through the night from the US. We had the largest suite in the hotel which was perfect for me and my two teenage daughters who were in for a long weekend. We had ample space and amenities in the suite to move around without being on top of each other. The location of the hotel was perfect. It’s on a quiet street but very close to where the action is in Marienplatz (shopping, food, markets, you name it). But also near two train stations Isartor and Marienplatz which can get you all around Munich and then some.

There is nothing to not like about this property. If you find something not to like then you are just looking to find something and maybe need something better to do with your time :).

Perfect location. Very quiet but very central right behind hofbrauhaus. Metro station very close. Room was a little small but very modern and functional with plenty of space for our bags ,cupboards, kettle, fridge with mini bar and aircon (but we didn't need in Oct).I loved having a bath. Breakfast was pretty good. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend staying here. Standout was all staff were extremely friendly and very helpful

The location of the hotel is right in Munich. Easy to walk to all of the main locations while in the city. It's a very short walk from the Hofbrahaus if that is what your primary stay in Munich is for (i.e. Oktoberfest). There were 6 of us so the convenience to get to the city by foot to be able to do things was quite nice.

Our particular room was pretty hot. We travelled there in July so that is usually their hot and humid season. Our room A/C was not working properly so we had to open the windows all the way. The kids rooms seemed to be working pretty well for them. The other thing was that our kids rooms were 2 floors up from ours so that made it a little challenging. Fortunately, we had teenage and young adult kids to be able to handle it though.

Hotel was absolutely spotless. Daily breakfast was outstanding. Perfect location in a safe neighborhood is within walking distance to attractions, restaurants and transportation.

No window covering on bathroom window. Residents in neighboring buildings could see in. Covered it with a towel; not a big deal. Construction in courtyard outside our room's window was disturbing. Room location required carrying suitcases up and down a couple of short flights of stairs.
