Very close to the train station and city center, helpful and staffed personal. The breakfast tasty and lots of variety of foods. The hotel has possibility to park the car

Very noisy place specially during the night - as soon as you open the window to get fresh air, there is no possibility to sleep or relax. A lot of people making noise during the whole night. As the hotel is near the station, there was lot of beggars on the street (also 5M upfront the hotel entrance).

The location of this hotel is outstanding. The hotel is less than 100m from centel station and only 10 minutes walk from the heart of Munic. Trams, trains and buses go past so frquently there isn't a problem if you miss a connection, another comes along a few minutes later. Despite frequent traffic and extensive building occurring close by there is no outside noise into the rooms. The staff were particularly helpful.

Carpets in the hallways need cleaning and the rooms are a little small, particularly for people travelling for long periods of time. We are away for 8 weeks and we struggled to accommodate all of our luggage in the room. The A/C wasn't particularly effective.

Location is so central, extremely convenient. Arrival was late around 1am, small glitch with authorising my card prior to arrival meaning funds were "held", plus had to pay the 2 nights cost at same time, but funds were released in the morning so all good. I was pleasantly surprised with breakfast selection. It's small but fresh. Lovely mushrooms on the first day. Boiled eggs. Nice coffee, Natural Yoghurt, mueslis, some fruit and little pastries too. Breakfast guy was very sweet and I even got a takeaway bag for a couple pastries for my hubby who didn't make it down to breakfast. There's also complimentary water in the room which is a nice touch and great to see glass, not plastic. I'd recommend staying here.

Room is quite small (e.g no place to put down a yoga mat or towel to do any stretching /exercise). For 2 night stay it was fine. Did think that price was expensive however I do understand demand and Adele was performing in Munich, so value for money felt less cos no additional amenities for that "value add feel". Overall good stay though.

We chose to stay at Leonardo because of its proximity to the main train station and its walking distance to major historic sites. Our room was cozy yet functional, and, importantly, it was quiet as it was separated from the staircase and elevators. We appreciated the bottled water provided daily, and breakfast offered nutritious options. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication; the use of the iPad was not clearly explained, and the cleaning staff did not speak English, which led to logistical misunderstandings.

I had a fantastic stay at the Leonardo Hotel München City Centre! The room was surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The hotel's location is one of its strongest points—it's just a short walk from Marienplatz. It is surrounded by several train stations, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, offering great service throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. From the comfy bed to the clean and modern bathroom, everything was just right. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich. It's ideally located, provides excellent service, and offers a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

First, while the room was comfortable and well-equipped, I think adding a bottle of sparkling water in the room would be a nice touch. It’s a small detail, but many guests, including myself, enjoy having a refreshing drink like sparkling water available upon arrival. Additionally, the coffee machine in the room could be upgraded. While the coffee options were okay, a better-quality machine or a more premium selection of coffee could make a big difference, especially for guests who enjoy a good cup of coffee to start their day.

Very good in all aspects: clean, comfortable, quiet, friendly staff, safe. The location was good because we wanted to be near the train station for travel reasons. I would stay here again.

I would not recommend this area if you are staying for longer than one night or are travelling with a dog. The area attracts a lot of questionable people, there are lots of smashed beer bottles in the area, and no green spaces or trees for dogs which we found quite difficult with our dog. This is

Good hotel near the station. All amenities for 1-2 nights when going somewhere from Munich by train or returning. We had a quiet room because the windows were facing the backyard. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, for the price offered, it's a really good hotel, I initially thought that the quality would be lower near the station.

You have to take into account the proximity of the station, and of course there is not the most lively crowd there. Therefore, there are no cozy, comfortable pubs nearby. You have to go to the old town.

This is very near the train station. Just a short walk across. We arrived very early via train but were able to check in straight away. Thank you! Some hotels will stick to check in time even if they have ready room. There is a lift. The room was of adequate size. Not big but has all the comforts a traveler needs. There was no heating but with good comforters it was warm enough. There was a fridge and espresso machine. The tv had European and English channels. The room and bathroom were clean. We did not take the breakfast but enjoyed the room.

Good location, very clean, managed to get a twin room ( this wasn't guaranteed ), just as well as I was travelling with my adult son.! Comfortable beds, great shower, quiet hotel, coffee machine and fridge a nice touch. check-out 12pm handy for later flight.

The air conditioning didn't work very well. The man on reception when we arrived could definitely have been a bit friendlier, not a single smile but we weren't too bothered about this as we didn't have to interact with him again. The rest of the staff were fine.

Everything was perfect. Staff at the reception and of house keeping, all of whom were really kind and professional. The modern facility, especially the shower booth and sink, where I did not feel any stress about drainage. Well-cleaned room. The street where the hotel is located seemed safer than I expected. Wardrobe with enough shelfs. Thankfully I did not meet bedbugs.

Everything was perfect for me but it would be better for both of my budget and the world (from SDGs view point) if the hotel would offer a plan without breakfast because I do not take it.
