Domes Noruz redefined pet-friendly luxury from the moment we arrived - three staff members were literally waiting to greet Daisy with her own welcome drink, luxury bed, toys, and branded bandana while I received champagne and a private resort tour. The complete beach access with no restrictions, ground-level suite with private outdoor space, and genuine staff excitement (not just tolerance) for Daisy made this feel like a true luxury experience for both of us. From QR code beach ordering to helping organize trips & excursions, every detail worked seamlessly for travelers.

The restaurant was missing some hearty options for food - it was extremely clean. The pet fee was unusually high but with what was provided it was great.

The first thing that hits you is the design. Reminded me of the film “Dune”! Private whilst being accessible. The swimming pools are both great and all meals are taken right on the beach. Location was very good. Lots around it within a short walk. The food and drink were excellent also. Menus regularly changed so always something new to try. My daughter assured me that the virgin Mojito’s she had were “the 2nd best she’d ever had”! The staff were all exceptional. However, the 2 Georges at breakfast and dinner, Constantin, Constantina, Agyro and the young lady usually in the Raw Bar were particularly engaging and helpful. Very informative and friendly. Thank you to them especially. The rooms were spacious with a good layout. We paid a small amount more to upgrade to h/b and with a small pool on our terrace. Definitely worth it! I thought every department worked well and the communication between them quick and effective. Guest relations and housekeeping were exceptional also. The whole vibe is a relaxed and chilled vibe. This is supported by the lovely live music several nights a week!

Absolutely nothing!

This is a wonderful hotel and it is the staff who make it so! It is a very personal experience, staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect. They are always smiling. We loved our duplex room, it is like a little house and the ladies who look after it do a wonderful job. Lots of goodies are provided and bottles of water daily. The beds and pillows are really comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful, absolutely everything is available, the fresh fruit is so refreshing and the omlettes. The pools are gorgeous to swim in and the service on the beach really makes the holiday. We were half board, which worked well. If we went in to Chania for dinner we would use it for lunch. Would advise booking dinner in the evening at the hotel and also book restaurants in Chania, the hotel provide a list. There is a shuttle taxi that you pay for at 7.00 pm every evening or ask staff to book a taxi at other times. The entertainment at dinner on a couple of evenings was very enjoyable. We would definitely go back and also look at other hotels in the chain. It is a very luxurious, relaxing holiday. We didn't use the spa as we were enjoying the beach so much. Highly recommend this hotel and Chania is beautiful during the day and evening.

The loud music on one night at an event held at the bar but think a lot of other people did enjoy it and we were warned of it so would go in to Chania next time.

Really close to sandy beach, warm sea, great room, great breakfast, staff were excellent, turn down service, choice of pillows, complimentary daily bottles of water and welcome/goodbye gifts, gym excellent and quiet/underused, nice spa, great availability of beach towels, powerful walk in shower, food and drinks of high standard, close enough to town, plenty of restaurants in close proximity to hotel, nearby bus stop to town

Noisy event one evening right outside room, sea view was onto the pool and the way the rooms are set up means to enjoy the view you have to have the whole front of the room open to everyone in the pool so that wasn’t really worth it

Our experience at the hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. Everything is just as you see on the pictures and even more beautiful. As this is very important to me the quality of bed and variety of pilows were amazing. Breakfast was a special highlight, with a rich selection of fresh ingredients that catered to every taste. We particularly enjoyed the variety and quality of the food, which was of a very high standard.Resaturant is also petfect place for dinner. Attention to detail was evident throughout, adding to the sense of luxury and comfort. The service was impeccable, with every staff member going above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking the perfect place on Crete. I will definitely be returning!

We had such an amazing experience at Domus Noruz—it was one of the best parts of our honeymoon. From the moment we arrived, we felt super comfortable and well taken care of. The staff is absolutely incredible, always kind and helpful, and genuinely made us feel at home. A special thanks to Christina, who was wonderful and gave us some really nice local tips that made our stay even better. The room was beautiful, super clean, and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is stunning, with great amenities and a calm, relaxing vibe throughout. Everything was just spot-on. It was one of those places where everything comes together perfectly—the people, the space, the service. We’d definitely come back and can easily recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and easygoing experience in Chania.

The property is exquisite, serene and the staff exceptional. The pools are unbelievable, and the beach is absolutely perfect and sandy. The beds are very comfortable, including the pool and beach beds as well.

The rooms are awkward with bathroom sink/island in the middle of the room. Way too many knickknacks in the room that take up counterspace and unnecessary cube/chair that gets in the way. There is also a curve in the loft bedroom, which one can hit their head on easily. Be mindful of that if you are sleeping in the loft. Not great for adults-maybe ok for younger kids but property is 16+.

staff were excellent, nothing was any prob to them. Very modern and clean and sat perfectly on the beach.

too far from town and immediate area it was located in wasn't the best. Not many bars or restaurants and back streets weren't that clean and tidy either. Rooms were very small and bathroom was tiny. Gym wasn't the best felt like you were in a black dungeon with poor AC. Prices for food and drinks (even water and pop) were stupidly expensive also.

Breakfast was tops quality of selection and food Choices, excellent. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The choice of having a quiet area to just rest and The chair option services are attractive features.

The rooms are spacious but mediocre furnishings The biggest issue we had was the bathroom in the room, the shower stall is poorly designed, the flimsy curtain is cheap looking , messy and spilled Water everywhere, why not have a glass doors ?

Pool is gorgeous and great for to swim laps or to lounge. There is also a quiet pool available. The breakfast and coffee are excellent. There is an outdoor gym with 2 bikes and weights and TRX. Yoga and pilates are offered for a small fee. It's mostly for beginners but I enjoyed the classes. The entire property is gorgeous and the staff incredible. We were very comfortable in our room and there was a spot for everything even though at first the room seemed small. The bed is very comfortable and the air conditioning is excellent. The beach was very relaxing. Great food for every meal. The Chania downtown area is very close and highly recommended to shop and go for dinner. Lots to see.
