the holiday was a success, I especially want to thank the fairy of home comfort, Helena. she brought a lot of work, care, attention, hospitality. the manager was in touch all the time and answered all questions. water and coffee capsules were provided. linen and towels were changed at your first request.

It takes about 30 minutes to get to the sea, including the city bus, the location is not very suitable for a beach holiday. The room is very tiny. I regret not booking a larger one in this hotel. A small kitchen would have significantly improved the convenience. our mattresses were too hard for us.

Everything was great, very clean, location was great, and Facilities were exactly as mentioned. We had parking spots. All was great. The cleaning Lady is very caring and she is doing her job perfectly.

The only thing was that in the room of 4 people there is not enough place to put the clean dishes for drying, and it spills water on the wood. But, it is not so much trouble.... in rest, everything was great.

The room is very modern and smells amazing! Very comfortable beds. Extremely kind and helpful hosts.

We stayed in a different room with the same host at the beginning of our trip and found the other room more comfortable (it was slightly larger and had a kitchenette with a sink). If you are making a booking, I would advise choosing Room B1 instead of B2.

Apartment is very close to the center. There is a market at 1 minute walking open until 1AM. Very clean apartment, has everything you need. A.C worked well, comfortable beds. Towels were changed everyday, there was a hairdryer. Very good booking. Easy self checkin, the guest was great, there were good parking spots.

No posibility to cook something, and a little bit hard to wash the vessels because of the small washpot.

We liked the self check-in because we arrived very late at night at Heraklion Airport. Only 5km from the Airport by car and we easily reached the studios. We had previously reserved also the parking slot (there are three) that Is a top service because the area Is very residential and full of Cars. Lovely Bakery 30 meter far from home i.e. for breakfast and a shop open till late at night that sells everything.

We liked everything

The apartment (we had B1) was excellent. 1st floor, clean, spacious. The air-conditioning worked to heat the rooms. There are a couple of excellent restaurants very close and the coffee shop at the end of the road is a bonus.

Being picky - lack of power sockets and the bathroom is very small. It is a fair walk to reach the town.

Great clean room with air conditioning (it only works when you have the card key inserted and all windows and doors closed. There is an Illy coffee pods (2) provided and 2 bottles of water upon arrival. 2 spoons and 2 knives in drawer, but no forks. A take out menu was also in the drawer. Nearby on the corner is a great patisserie and coffee provider and there is a corner market we did not use. It is a 25 minute walk to the Archaeological museum and nearby old quarter with shops, eateries and waterfront with Venetian walls/fortress. We chose to take the car we rented (you need to request reserved parking for a vehicle) to a public parking garage the 2nd day rather than walk to sites in town. The internet was very good too. Maid service is provided by hanging a tag on the outside door when needed for your room. Also, the TV was good and had English speaking channels.

We did receive emails regarding check in and where the key to our room would be and an acknowledgement on the parking spot - however there were no instructions for departure - so we left the key in the door when we left. We didn't hear another word or acknowledgement afterwards. We hope everything was okay.

We stayed for one night, and the apartment suited our needs perfectly. Also really liked the neighbourhood, with lots of local restaurants and coffee places around. The free parking spot for small cars also worked out well.

We checked in late and the code we got for the front door didnt open the door, we did get in by asking another guest to open the door for us but apparently you have to push the front door pretty hard to open it (which didn’t work out for us somehow)

Everything was excellent, apart from the parking space and slippers missing in the room. The room was clean, modern and comfy. Additionally, the room had fast Wi-Fi and was located conveniently near a bakery, coffee shops and restaurants where you could grab something to drink or eat.

The parking space was not that long, hence our car's rear bumper was sticking our in the road, which can be dangerous if you're renting a car and need to take extra care of it. Also, slippers were not available in the room. I think it would be a nice touch to have them.

Very clean and comfortable stay with a lovely room that had air conditioning, a mini fridge, kettle and all linen and towels provided. Large supermarket and restaurant/cafes a short walk from the property. Contactless check in with great communication from the host through the booking.com app. Would recommend staying here.

Nothing bad about the property but the location isn’t walkable to the port or bus depot so it was €8-10 for a taxi each way.
