Modern facilities , with all the comforts that we needed as a family. Very clean, tidy and spacious. We really missed nothing. Maria on the reception was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. They have also a fitness room on the basement , which was equally clean and had everything for a simple workout. They have their own private parking very near the hotel , which is a big plus.

We only stayed one night before heading to the airport and it’s such a shame we didn’t stay longer. The one bedroom apartment is so spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the staff is beyond friendly. Thank you so much! Location is perfect, there is private parking just a minute away and you can walk to the city center in around 11 minutes. There are lots of amazing cafes nearby. We had the best coffee in one of them during our entire time in Crete. Beds are comfortable and the aircon is strong but also very silent. Baby cots are available. Next time, we would stay longer.

Very nice serviced apartments which were well apppointed with everyone you needed for a short stay. There were complimentary toiletries, laundry & dishwasher capsules and coffee which were replenished during my stay. Nice small touches that make a difference. Staff were very friendly, there's a huge communal roof terrace and a nice, if small pool on the ground floor which I'd have used more if I'd visited at a warmer time.

There's a large apartment block currently being built opposite the development which could be a little noisy during the day but that's temporary obviously.

From the warm welcome we received at reception to the amazing penthouse suite our stay was wonderful. We were 4 people travelling together and we loved the layout of the suite as it gave us plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and we were pleasantly surprised that coffee and sugar was supplied. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Bathrooms were gorgeous with very nice shampoos/lotions supplied. Lovely balconies with peekaboo water views but the rooftop deck was panoramic! Pool area was nestled in behind building and was such a great way to end our days.

Everything in this apartment is thoughtfully designed to make your stay in Heraklion as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Among its strong points: 1. The staff is always available, attentive, and friendly, ready to help with any needs. 2. The spacious apartment, tastefully decorated with attention to detail. 3. The tranquil location, just a pleasant walk away from the center. 4. A well-equipped fitness studio. 5. A terrace where you can enjoy a coffee with an excellent sea view. This establishment truly deserves a 10/10.

Everything was good

The location is ideal. The parking in Heraklion is a puzzle but the hotel has a private parking space. Also, it is about 10-15 minutes walking to the center. So you are close to the center for walking around but also close to the highway where you explore the rest of Heraklion. The room and the hotel is of high quality. Good mattresses and excellent facilities with smart energy systems. The water has the right pressure and it is warm even at midnight.

We loved everything about this place. The decor is modern and classy, the outdoor pool is perfect for relaxation after sightseeing, and it's within walking distance to Heraklion town, there are also plenty of options for food or coffee around it as well. But the thing we liked the most was the warmth of the staff.

There is some construction going on in front of the property, which becomes annoying when you are trying to relax in front of the pool, but that’s not the hotel faults.

Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Room was spacious and provided enough room and facilities for a longer stay. Pool area was clean with chairs, towels, shade and a drink all provided. Staff extremely helpful with recommendations and transport. Roof top was a lovely space to take your drink up there and see the whole area and the sunset.

Although there is a build I ng sites across the road they don't start till about 9 ish and were finished by mid afternoon, it did not effect us at all.

This is a very nice modern and clean apartment. Good size and with a very comfortable bed. It was clear upon booking that no breakfast was included, but with the little kitchen and coffee machine this was no problem. There are a lot of amazing cafes and restaurants in the area. I have two tiny points of criticism: the furniture is not ideal for shorter people. I needed a stool to reach the coat hangers or most of the kitchen equipment. However (second criticism), there was no chair to be found. Maybe add a chair :) But these are just small points.

I probably should have read the small print, but in May, these facilities closed at 17:00: the pool area, the rooftop (so no sunset views), and luggage storage as this is when reception closes.

The apartment is as described, even better than the photos. Check-in with Alexandra was quick and easy. The little details such as coffee, bottle of water and a wine were greatly appreciated. The neighborhood is about a 10- to 15- minute walk into downtown. Coffee shops, markets and restaurants are within a few blocks. We didn't have time to use the pool, but it was clean and inviting. This property --and the staff who run it-- are fantastic. Highly recommend!
