This was my second stay at the Oasis Hotel. I chose this hotel as my first experience was absolutely perfect!! I can honestly say this time around and i stayed a little longer and everything was exactly the same..perfect! 😃😃 The staff who clean the rooms are amazing! They are very friendly and do an amazing job of keeping the rooms clean and tidy, plus stocking you with clean sheets, towels ,shower essentials etc daily. They Hotel always smells and looks very clean. My children loved to come and play in the pool, which is also kept very clean. The office staff are very helpful and friendly, and will help make your stay as relaxed as possible. I had a late night arrival and the room was prepared and an email sent with instructions on how to get to my room. The hotel provides breakfast, which you can enjoy in a lovely quiet dining room, or you can either sit out and enjoy on the patio area. The lady that serves breakfast does an amazing job, of making sure you have everything you need. I want to say a very big thank you to all the staff who made my stay ,once again, a very enjoyable one. You are all amazing! Thank you! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect stay in Chania. I really don't understand why it is only rated 2 star..it was perfect for me, and will always be my first choice. I look forward to seeing you all again soon!

There is nothing..no fault with the hotel. If you don't have a car, there is a bus service, but the last bus to drop off at the hotel leaves Chania at 8:30pm. There is another bus service that passes close by, but a good 10 -15 min walk to the hotel.

breakfast was good the pool was not bad either and the room was very good it was lceaned daily which was amazing and for its price it felt more like a 3 star hotel than a 2 star one overall experience 8/10

i didnt like that the last buss that reached the hotel was 9:30pm but that isnt a problem of the hotel it was more of a bus problem so not many problems the pool also didnth ave many choices for food which forced me to order from outside 2 times but overall it wasnt bad

Very lovely place!! Travelled with my boyfriend and we loved it. The room was great and had a small fridge, bathroom, balcony and a cloth drying rack and a great view of the city, and AC and a TV. My boyfriend loved the pool and the location is close enough to Chania if you want food delivered. We'd love to stay again next year, great value for money and much better than renting a flat in Chania. Very quiet at night too, we slept great.

Pool bar food is not worth it, the frozen pizza upset my boyfriend's stomach. The restaurant is closed during the cook's days off and its 30 euro per person, better to order something on Wolt.

Everything was perfect! The breakfast was wonderful! A fresh variety of toast, cereal, eggs yogurt, and cake, along with coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The pool was very clean and ideal for young kids as well as adults, and my children loved it! My room was absolutely stunning, it was very spacious, cleaned every day with towels and toiletries changed. All the staff were very polite and welcoming, to be honest, I don't understand why this hotel was only rated a 2-star, it has a 5* star rating from me! Fantastic place to stay!

Absolutely Nothing! Everything was perfect! The only problem I had, was that I didn't have a car, and the last bus to the hotel left Chania at 8 pm, but this is nothing to do with the hotel. The hotel was perfect!

Very good accommodation near Chania, the room is clean, and beds are confortable. The pool is clean and water is hot. Very good breakfast with fresh orznge juices, vegetables, Nutella, bread Greek yogurt, honey, everything you need! They gave us all the instructions for a self check in because we arrived late. Staff is perfect.

It's a very good, cosy and silent place to be. Breakfast is simple and enough for morning. Loved the yoghurt + honey combo! The pool and rooms are clean. Room service every day.

It's reachable by bus 16 from Ktel Chania Kentriko. It leaves you 300 m away from the place. The program for this bus is until 21:30, so the last bus leaves the station at that hour. Therefore, you cannot stay until late in town, unless you opt-in for a taxi. Should you choose to use a taxi, the ladies at reception help out a lot :)

The facilities, host and our room were exceptional. Our room was clean, with a nice balcony with a couple of chairs, a table and a drying rack. There was a variety of breakfast options.

The bottom of the swimming pool wasn't properly cleaned, plus (I felt like) we had to buy something from the bar if we wanted to use the sunbeds.

Parking lot fills up during the day, not too much around walking wise but it was a little too hot to walk the mile or so to reach Chania port area. Driving to the port is a quick and easy one.

It was very pleasant, spacious rooms, daily cleaning, towels changed daily and beautiful pool. The breakfast was ok. Children enjoyed this hotel the most.

Far away from the beach, but with rented car was ok.

Great location to visit Chania and travel to some of the best beaches. Nice pool to cool down after a day at the beach. Big clean room and a nice breakfast.

No kitchen and utensils (as seen in the photos)
