The apartment was very comfortable with all the amenities for an extended stay. The area had two mini marts, a bakery and a restraint across the street. The resteraunt is excellent. Friendly with authentic Greek food. Aye there multiple times in the 12 day stay. The info book was really informative. Overall a great stay

Very clean and modern apartments. The host and the housekeeping lady were very friendly and thoughtful. Our family felt very welcomed and taken care of. There's a book in every apartment that provides information about your stay but ALSO a list of places to visit and restaurant recommendations. The location is great, it's just a 8 minute car ride to the Old Town and 10-15 minutes to several beaches. Sun umbrellas and even beach towels are provided. Thanks again for everything. We recommend 100%!

Everything I required was there both on arrival and throughout my stay. The property was A1, rooms spotless and kept very clean constantly day aftar day by the house cleaning lady (lovely person) and meeting the owner to give a personal touch for myself was tyhe sign of a great host.

The place was exceptional and more pretty in person than we expected and the lady taking care of us was lovely and so helpful. The location is a 6 minute drive to Chania Old Town and there was lots of parking available on site, there is also mini market that supplies all needs opposite the residence . If you want a nice place thats even family friendly its the place to book.🩷 Awesome stay!

The apartment was very spacious and clean and was equipped with everything we needed. There was a large balcony where we had our breakfast every morning and sat outside in the evening with a glass of wine. Aggeliki the owner was brilliant and very helpful at all times. There were also things like beach shades and inflatables that we could borrow at no extra charge.

We really liked this place! It is a very convenient and well equipped apartment. We had there everything that was needed. The apartment is located a bit outside of the center- thanks to this it is easy to access the place and there is no problem with parking. In the middle of our stay the apartment was cleaned, it was really nice and needed in fact (sand was everywhere 😅) but anyway from the start the place was extremely clean and smelled nice.

The apartment we got did not look like on the pictures, it's not a problem because anyway it was nice - but just to mention.

This apartement exceeded all of our expectations. Location near the center (15 min walk), comfort, facilities, cleanliness, information, very fast and stable internet and the best care from the two nice ladies Angeliki and Argyro which are making this place so perfect. If you have difficulty climbing steps, do not choose the Penthouse apartment but book a ground floor unit or the cottage as there is no lift. All apartments are excellent. Whenever I will return to Chania - the Urnan Living would be my first choice.

Chania Urban Living is just stunning, we arrived in Crete for the first time and found this gem of a place! The apartment is extremely clean, modern and in a peaceful location. Beautiful decor and the outside balcony space is so nice. The hosts are lovely, very clear with communication and helpful with any questions. We would highly recommend and hope to be able to return and stay here again.

Newly renovated apartments with all the amenities you can ask for including washing machine, cooking utensils and hair dryers etc. The host was very friendly, always reachable and provided great tips for what to do. In the apartment are beautiful books that provide guidance on the area including restaurants and day trips.

Nothing was bad about the property.

Very friendly and helpful host. Everytime we needed something or were looking for advice they had an immediate response for us. The accomodation was beautiful and very clean. On the terrace you could sunbathe wonderfully and cool off with a fresh shower.

Only the comfortability inside left a little to be desired. For example a real couch would have been appreciated. However since you don‘t go to crete to stay in house, it‘s not that important.
