A good hotel, but not quite up to the standards of a 5-star hotel. New and renovated room. Nice dining room and breakfast. Nice and kind staff. Loved the bathroom products, it's an excellent greek brand - Apivita.

A very small and claustrophobic pool and in the basement. There is not really a spa. There is no balcony, it's a french balcony that you can only stand. There is a problem of a bad smell from the sewage in the whole area outside, and it goes into the hotel and the rooms as well, we had to change room because of that.

Of course. Here is a summary in three sentences: The hotel's breakfast was a delightful experience of careful abundance, featuring freshly prepared omelets, warm pastries, and high-quality details like individual pots of jam and exotic fruits. Waking early provided a moment of luxurious, unhurried peace in the sunlit dining room, feeling utterly pampered by the quiet efficiency and hospitality. It was the highlight of the stay, a perfect and peaceful start to each day that made me feel completely spoiled.

I've been to many five -star hotels, but this hotel is the most beautiful and favorite. The price of the hotel room, along with the tax, was cheaper than a room for rent in Siófok next to the Petőfi Promenade! This is a real luxury hotel! The bathroom has a TV built in the mirror, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom has organic shampoos and lotions. Breakfast, which is in the price is so delicious and diverse that it is amazing, wonderful. It's all about the hotel thessaloniki suburb, so I think it's worth renting a car, but bus transport is also good. The bus stop is 50 meters from the hotel. Choose this hotel and you don't mind!

The hotel is a bit far from downtown and the area where the hotel is not beautiful. I think it's worth renting a car for vacation because Thesaloniki is not expensive. But you can also travel by bus. The bus stop is about 50 meters from the hotel and you can go downtown from there. But these inconveniences are small. The hotel is amazing!

The hotel was nice and comfortable, the staff were polite and well trained. They had a small pool, fitness and sauna. They had free parking, making very convenient for car travelers.

Their afternoon shuttle service did not operate within reasonable time-span, the evening one was finishing at 21:20, which was not sufficient if u have a business dinner in the city. Same for the pool, fitness and spa. It worked till 15:00. If you came for business, there was no way you were able to utilize the facilities. The location was also not best, but still ok if you are traveling by car.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful — from the stylish rooms to the elegant common areas. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and cared for. The level of service is exceptionally high and left a lasting impression.

The spa area could use a bit of attention, as it felt somewhat damp and not as well-maintained as the rest of the hotel. When we first arrived at our room, the window had been left open, and quite a few bugs had gotten in. However, the front desk staff were very responsive and immediately moved us to a new room, which resolved the issue quickly and professionally.

Before booking, I had two options: a standard reservation or one that included spa access and parking. Since we were just passing through, I naturally chose the one with parking — even though it was €10 more expensive. Upon arrival, the parking attendant informed me that the underground parking costs €10. I explained that I had already selected the parking option, but he clarified that my booking only included the outdoor lot across the street. This left me wondering — if I had chosen the standard option with no parking included, would I still have had access to that same outdoor lot for free? It all felt a bit like a tourist trap. Since I had already discussed the issue with the attendant, I didn’t bring it up again at reception. We arrived just as the hotel restaurant was closing, and being tired, I ordered food online. I always respect hotel safety policies and understand that delivery people often wait at reception or even bring the order to the room. I’m not debating the rules, but in this case, I was called in my room, asked to come to reception, and then told to walk outside all the way to the entrance gate. It didn’t bother me too much, but I felt it was worth mentioning. The score I’m giving is only due to the parking situation. Other than that, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was excellent, and its location just off the highway was a big plus for us while in transit.

I did read the negative reviews for the hotel and was skeptical, but I really wanted the underground parking and there are not many options in Thessaloniki in that regard. The hotel turned out to be very nice, the negative reviews appeared to be just false. The room was modern, clean and spacious, the neighborhood is safe (in comparison with let's say Brussels city center), and etc. Yes this is arguably not a true 5 star, but it is worth the money for sure.

Someone from the personnel was ringing the doorbell in the morning despite the "do not disturb" notice.

Generally, this is a very nice hotel. The rooms, staff, restaurant, and even the elevators are very good. Everything was great except for a couple of things.

1) One couldn't turn the air conditioner on in mid-April. Apparently that is the norm in Europe, even for five-star hotels, but it was surprising for me as an American to find that out. It meant that it was a little too warm when I went to bed. I tried opening the window, but the distance the window opens is limited, and it makes it pretty noisy in the evening. 2) I was surprised how small the bathroom was for this level of hotel. To open / close the bathroom door, one had to backup against the wall and/or bathroom counter. If the bathroom had to have this footprint, a pocket door would be much better, but it's probably too late to put in pocket doors if all the bathrooms in the hotel are a similar size to mine.

A regal and well updated hotel with a great breakfast, good room size and lovely shared spaces. We appreciated the shuttle service into the town centre as it would have added up taxying in both ways.

The location is a bit jarring, but we felt secure and safe inside the property. The area around is definitely a bit mixed as far as comfort and safety. The pool was small, dark and in poor condition.

Great hotel with nice rooms,we got an upgrade and it was spacious, please note the hotel is far from city center.

They should upgrade the fitness and spa center to a larger space.
