We arrived quite late a night but there was a staff member to check us in. The staff was all very friendly and kind. The breakfast was great as well, they offered waffles which my children loved and a variety of breads, yogurts, etc. My favorite things about this hotel were the bed and pillows. After a late flight we were tired and the beds were so soft and comfortable as were the pillows. The hotel was easy to get to by car, just off the main road and far enough away (but not too far) from the city center so it wasn't noisy. We really enjoyed our stay.
There was a bit of a strange smell in the room, maybe the cleaning products used, but we quickly got used to it so it didn't bother us too much.

Handy location, about 2/3 the way between KEF and downtown Reykjavik; near Costco, IKEA; Bonus store nearby, plus a bakery and a Thai restaurant. Sports bar with good food and beer on site; all staff both hotel and sports bar very friendly. We rented the four bed room (four single beds) which worked well for our family. Room was spacious, really nice waterfall shower. Overall a basic but very nice place to stay. Good breakfast too!
Small windows that were difficult to leave open when it was windy; concerned they might get broken by the wind. Only one thin pillow per bed; staff were happy to provide additional, but would like thicker or multiple pillows. Realistically, we have very few issues with this hotel, just minor annoyances; nothing that would stop us from staying there again.

It is a good place to stay, arriving or leaving for Keflavik airport. It was quick and easy to drive to the airport early in the morning. Spacious rooms, the beds were super comfortable, the shower perfect, and the service excellent. I asked for a quiet room, and it was pretty quiet all night! We didn't have breakfast, but the take-away they prepared for us was quite good.
I can see how people might feel it is a city hotel with not much else to do, but with a reasonable price it is a perfect base for the start and end of the journey.

Was easy to find, big car park. Very welcoming staff. Could use the gym free if we had wanted to. Good sized triple room with sofa and table. Big bathroom with walk-in shower. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast included. I left my kindle behind & messaged the hotel & they found it the next day & messaged me to tell me they had it, so we picked it up a couple of days later when we were back in the area.
Breakfast choice was quite limited for my daughter who is very gluten intolerant, no GF bread available, nothing was ingredient labelled, so she dare not even risk the yoghurt.

Very easy to find (It has a brightly lit sign a top the building that was visible from quite some distance away), this hotel was excellent for our stopover too Iceland. We arrived early but for a small fee the staff were able to put our room together which was greatly appreciated as the wife and I were exhausted. The room had a massive expanse of windows which was great as we were on the top floor so could see for some distance. The Breakfast was a buffet style with a reasonable choice of continental options. As we were checking out early they provided us with breakfast bags to go which I thought was a nice touch. The room was clean and well presented, the shower had a choice of regular or raindrop style shower heads and the bed was very comfy. Though not immediately obvious there was a sports bar at the back of the hotel which was most welcome for some evening bar food.
As with most dining experiences in Iceland , purchasing food is a little dearer than we were used too, and the sports bar menu is relatively limited. There also didn't appear to be a cooked breakfast option (such as eggs and bacon) apart from a waffle iron (which I'm not a great fan of), though there were traditionally Icelandic breakfast foods (the blueberry Skyr was very nice).

Location between airport and Reykjavik and close to start Golden Circle. Easy access when flying in late with quick access off highway. Quiet rooms. Comfortable bed. Clean!! Breakfast included - love the waffle machine. Hot coffee (surprisingly, a lot of hotels only have warm coffee). Was nice to have access to gym and hot tub next door but didn’t have time to use them. Nice and friendly staff!!
Room was pretty tight. No hangers. Bathroom floor (wet room type shower) was !!super!! slippery. Nearly fell. No night stand or lamp on one side. No tissues or washcloths (I think it is an Icelandic and Norwegian thing, not just this hotel).

Very clean, great modern rooms, comfortable beds, lovely bathroom and shower with alot of water pressure, friendly staff, free parking, convenient distance to downtown Reykavik, and alot of restaurants within a short 4minute drive.
I would have liked if they had sausage, bacon, baked beans & scrambled eggs on the breakfast menu. All other Hotels in Iceland that I stayed at during my 11 day trip had these items on the menu as standard. Besides that breakfast was good.

Warm welcome from receptionist, who advised us that the food in the bar was about to close and enabled us to order food before finishing the check-in process. Much appreciated after a long day travelling and delays at the airport. Food in the bar was also very prompt. Good range of food options for breakfast. We also stayed on our last day in Iceland before returning to the airport and it was just as good. Excellent location, just off the main road from the airport.

We had a rental car and stayed here at the end of our trip for two nights to unwind and for a location close to both Reykjavik for last minute shopping and the airport. The room was spacious and very clean. It was also quiet. The included breakfast was quite good and there is a bar with a simple food and drink menu. We loved exploring the town the hotel is located in. We especially enjoyed the Viking village restaurant nearby as well as a vegan restaurant and a local ice cream place. The gym next door, which is included, is very large with a sauna and outdoor hot tub.
Everything was good!

We chose this location to be near the airport and it worked great. They have a large parking lot right in front of hotel. We had a nice, comfortable, spacious and very clean room. The bathroom was large with great hot water and good water pressure. I needed an extra pillow and the front desk employee gladly retrieved an extra one when my husband went to ask for one. Their dining room is spacious and well organized. They had a delicious breakfast and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.
Needed extra pillows in the rooms.
