We absolutely loved the SPA area, Bar and our suite. very good value and overall great hotel.

Spa was very loud as there was a big group at the hotel, breakfast was very limited and the reception staff both days and during the night looked like they didnt want to be there. no smiles and just doing the BARE minimum which I did not enjoy

We had a wonderful stay here. Upon arrival they gave us an upgrade to 2 rooms instead of the one family we had reserved. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great view of the mountains and water. very clean and renovated. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

we ate at the onsite restaurant and thought the menu was limited. i’m not sure it is owned by the property though. I had the salmon and it was good, but the grilled chicken was not good. stick with the pizza and beer if you go there.

it was modern and in a central location within the town. thankfully it had a restaurant since all the restaurants in town were closed.

I got the feeling it was very understaffed. the housekeeper had definitely missed some things in the first room we were given, which had hair on the sheets. We requested to be moved to another room, and found a sock in the top bunk bed. The family rooms also sleep 6, but literally only have two drawers for clothing. The spa in the lower level had what looked like sand or dirt in a large area of the cold pool. The very sweet server at the restaurant was also the only person managing the entire restaurant. at one point she had to turn away people entering the restaurant.

It's right there in the city, so that's a plus after a long day's driving. Shopping nearby is also convenient. The hotel has spa, sauna, and steam room that provide fun activities for family.

The room layout of the hotel, at least the two rooms that we had access to, is totally unexpected, especially for a supposedly high-end hotel at around $300.00. It is more like a camp room with bunk beds, not a typical hotel room. The first room that we were given had 4 bunk beds and a queen, so there was barely space for us to open our luggage. The front desk was, however, extremely kind and understanding and offered us a larger room. We were surprised to see this larger room with 14 bunk beds and a queen. However, we found only one outlet and there was no closet to hang coats. Just a very unusual room setup that seems to be designed for campers.

Check in was easy. Room was nice. Pretty standard amenities (tray with kettle, tea and instant coffee). Television Clothing cabin and fridge, safe and hairdryer where all in one compact furniture size(we really liked that) Breakfast was good, good continental and egg´s and bacon. Dinner was good, we got a beef carpaccio for starter and I got lamb chops which where awesome and my wife got an steak sandwich which was really out of this world(we where really surprised how good the sandwich was).

Loved our room and the view! Very nice hotel.

Getting the door to lock behind us was challenging. In all my travels in many countries, I had never experienced having to use your keycard to be able to turn the handle to be able to properly close and secure the door. Because we weren’t told about this, the first time we left the room, we didn’t realize the door didn’t properly close behind us. In the evening the floor in the hot tub area was soaked and very slippery and there were no clean towels to use.

This hotel is a gem! Centrally located and easy in and out access to the peninsula as well as other attractions. The rooms are HUGE and the staff was amazing! It has a lovely bar for an afternoon drink. An in house pizza place and a wonderful breakfast. Fresh bakery bed and pastries as well as anything else you could want. I would highly recommend this place!

There is not one thing I can say that I did not like.

We loved our corner room on the 4th floor. We loved the very kind young man who checked us in and who offered some recommendations. So helpful! Thank you!! Room was lovely. Bed comfy!

Breakfast was horrible. We came down before 9am. Hours said 7-10. Most of the food was finished and when I would ask if they’re making more I was told no. There were a couple bagels with hardened egg and cheese. Really bad! The only saving grace was the coffee americano and the nicely ripe melon. Oh and I ate the last hard boiled egg.

Very nice, modern feel hotel in good location. Great facilities and amenities. Dining room and food were good and offered variety.

Bug infestation - gnats or small black flies ... we got lots of bites overnight. In warm summer days, there is no way to keep temperatures cool enough other than opening the tiny windows. Maybe a screen on these windows, or another way of cooling down -- probably not a problem for most of the year.

Clean, new hotel with very good amenities in the spacious and comfortable room. Check-in / check-out took just a few seconds. Breakfast was good, although there could have been a wider selection (more types of cheese and bread, several warm options like bacon, etc.) for a hotel of this size and price range.

Drunk people screaming and shouting all night. They were still drunk and disgusting even as they were having breakfast. They should have been kicked out early in the night so that other guests could sleep. There was no sign outside the hotel, so it took some turns to find the entrance.
