Loved the size of the room for a family of four, my daughters were pleased to not be on pull out beds but get a proper one each. Loved the swimming pool, not so keen on the changing area, but most swimming pool changing areas are like that. The breakfast was great, my girls loved the pancakes in the morning. We had our evening meal there both nights we stayed, nice choice available and very tasty. Felt expensive but then having to keep reminding myself it was in Euros not Pounds.

We did find a half eaten biscuit next to the bin under the dressing table where the tea and coffee was made, right at the back, it would have been hard to see if not lying on the bed or floor. The kids spotted it. Everything else was clean and tidy.

Could not recommend this hotel more, from check-in to check out. Everything was exceptional with our two night stay, staff, room, and pool. Special shout out to Robert, who looks after breakfast service. He is one of a kind. You couldn't meet a nicer person he is so friendly and accommodating that nothing is too much. My 2 little girls loved seeing him each morning. Then we had dinner on our 2nd night in Bia & Co. restaurant, which was amazing. The food was delicious, and the service again was top tier. Our waiter (unfortunately didn't get his name) was so friendly and brilliant at his job that we just wished we'd had our dinner there on our first night also. It was so good that our 6 year old said that when she's older, she will be taking her kids back, and she thinks the hotel should be 5 stars 🌟. In which we couldn't agree more. We most definitely will be back soon.

Key cards kept needing reset- locked out several times. Lack of shampoo, conditioner. Only had all in 1 in bathroom for shower. Pool, jacuzzi ok Absolutely appalling changing room facilities, shower areas + toilets. Only 3 lockers had keys with working doors. Badly needs updated! Floors all very dirty, hairs etc.! Wanted to leave as soon as i seen it. Very poor. No apparent cleaning schedule. Staff at pool reception very unfriendly + unhelpful. Nil customer service. Unapproachable. Guests not following rules- some without hats even though we had 2 to buy same, diving observed. Carpets in bed of replacement or cleaned- better impression for guests.

The Presidential Suite was absolutely fabulous! So much space, very clean and fresh bottles of water and chocolates were waiting for us on our arrival. We had everything we needed in the room, lovely ladies in reception were super helpful. We also had an access to the leisure centre, which was nice as well. Breakfast was delicious. If we ever come back here that is where we will want to stay again.

We had dinner in the hotel's restaurant, and we both had steaks and unfortunately we weren't impressed. Mine was okay, but my husband's steak had no taste at all. Although the live music fixed our disappointment.

This was my second time staying at the hotel. The service is good and the staff were lovely. Shantha was especially nice, very friendly, welcoming and appeared genuinely concerned that we were enjoying our stay. He wanted to ensure the standards of the hotel were maintained. The room was spacious and clean. The gym and pool were an added bonus.

The floor in the changing area for the pool appears to be hard to maintain, some non slip mats are needed. I forgot my shampoo, wall mounted shampoo dispenser in the shower would be welcome. There was a malfunction with the late warmer so the cooked breakfast cooled too quickly.

From the moment we entered the hotel staff couldn't have been nicer. Rachel at reception was just wonderful and the proprietor Nora was exceptional, a real example of how to make your guests feel. They made us feel at home. We were a family of 7 and a party of 28 for dinner in the restuarant that evening. The food was amazing all brought out perfectly hot and promptly. The service was amazing with staff seeming to be happy to serve.

The hotel was lovely but with any lovely building there were a few parts that we undergoing slight renovations which were needed.

The hotel is modern, clean, with helpful staff, good parking, and excellent facilities on site - the restaurant is very good - where the staff were very helpful in the evenings. A short drive away from Galway, so I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to explore the city.

Music in the restaurant was too loud, even at breakfast time which was wildly inappropriate - it would be nice to have some gentle irish instrumental music instead of what was being played. The 'orders' for breakfast (ie porridge, poached eggs) took too long to come out, the scambled eggs in the buffet were warm instead of hot, even the pot of tea went cold very quickly which made breakfast not so enjoyable.

The room and the leisure facilities.

I rarely eat in hotel restaurants. On this occasion, I had arrived late and arranged to meet a colleague for dinner. We both ordered the fish of the day. It arrived much too quickly. My colleague and I were catching up when a member of staff asked was everything OK. At this point we said yes but we had not started to eat the meal. The fish was inedible. It had an odd texture as if it had been cooked earlier in the day and reheated in a microwave. Both plates went back to the kitchen uneaten. When paying we expressed our disappointment with the meal. We were informed that we should said this when we were asked if everything was OK. He charged us full price. I raised it again when checking out but no reduction was made to the bill. On a plus side, the breakfast was very good.

On arrival and check in the lady Rachael I think she said her name was explained everything in detail . Her friendliness and personality was excellent. This lady is definitely in the correct job position in the hotel. From the moment we steps in her friendly smile and greeting made me feel I picked the correct place to stay. Her professionalism was outstanding. Our stay was great thank you again.id

If honest I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family to stay.

We travelled as a family of 4 with 2 kids (6&9). we had a family room which was perfect - spacious and clean. food was excellent and staff were super friendly. we used the pool every day but important to note there are external swimming lessons from 3-6pm most days. also kids can't go in the sauna, steam, jacuzzi.

We found the pool and changing rooms very busy when the swimming lessons were on. the water in the changing rooms was either cold or burning hot. but we still loved our time in the pool!
