Super central, clean, great facilities and showers. Comfy beds and kind check in staff (Australian girl at the hotel check in)
No parking on premises, have to use near by public parkings, no access to terrace (door locked). They should make it clearer that the apartment is part of the Western Hotel in Galway and thus you check in at their reception.

The apartment is spacious enough for 3-4 people (it has 2 bedrooms) and is strategically located near the center of Galway. The kitchen has all necessary facilities, including a washing machine. The location is quiet and you can get a good sleep.
- Bathroom was not that easy to use and could have been made in a cleverer way. - Apartment is not easy to find the first time, even with instructions from the hotel where you need to go first to check in. - Its is expensive for what it is. But, well, everything in Galway is expensive...

Wonderful central location - walkable to many Galway sights & great restaurants / pubs. Loved the tankless hot water for the shower. Friendly staff at the Western Hotel check-in / check-out.
Navigating the stairs while carrying luggage may be difficult for some, but was fine for us. It would be good to have an outlet (or long extension cord & surge protector) and reading lamp for both sides of the bed instead of only on one side.

Great location, very clean, provides towels, body wash, soap and shampoo. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and provided tea and coffee, alongside a coffee machine. Staff at the Western Hotel reception were very pleasant, efficient and made check in and check out very smooth and easy. Good value for money.
It advertised free parking however once my partner arrived back later that evening there was no spaces left in the car park even though we had given the car reg upon check in, he had to then park elsewhere.

Excellent service from the young girl who was the manager on the afternoon of the 21st.the male in the private unit next to unit 12 was obviously drugged, drunk and anything else you could think of.shouting out obscenities, banging the wall with something solid.also heard breaking glass.i must say none of this was directed at me,its just what he was doing. She immediately moved me to suite 1 which was great.also organised complimentary breakfast for me the next morning.she deserves a raise!
No dislikes.

No parking nearby and multiple stairs to get to the apartment

The apartment was a lot bigger than I expected, very comfortable and the location is fantastic. Staff were very helpful particularly when it came to parking and they were so lovely. The place was super clean and all round I would recommend.
The lack of mirrors in the bedrooms in particular, we were in a girls trip and we're all going out so only having mirrors in the bathroom isn't really sufficient. The spare blankets are old, dusty and very scratchy, do not recommend using these. The place was also very very tight with toilet paper and when we asked for more they weren't too happy about having to provide it and begrudgingly gave one roll, only fault I can mention about staff.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly. The location of the apartment is excellent.
There was a back patio but it was locked and required a key that we weren't given. The shower was the worst I experienced in all of Ireland. The water pressure was non-existent and the temperature kept cycling between too hot and too cold. We had a lot of stuff and it was quite difficult to load and unload because the apartment is on a busy road with no street parking.

Our apartment provided lots of space for our party of four - two couples. The bedrooms were clean, bright and modern and the kitchenette although small was functional. The washrooms were modern and exceptionally spacious.
Because of construction on the street, the check-in desk was difficult to find. Although parking was included in our rate, this was not understood at the front desk until we were able to show our voucher. Once we did this, the staff quickly assisted us with parking our vehicle.

Wonderful spot for groups so everyone has their own space. Apartment was exactly as pictured. You check in at a hotel a few doors down. Parking is down the hill at the end of the street and roughly $6.50/day which is great! Location is superb. Quick walk to the shops and bars of Galway without being directly in the hustle and bustle.
Nothing. For those less capable, there is a flight of stairs to get into the apartment and another flight inside to get to the second bedroom.
