First off, the communication with the hosts was great. When sending a message, they replied right away and were very accommodating. I had a bit of a medical issue and may have required a longer stay, and they worked with my wife to provide options and accommodate our request. The apartment was very big, very bright and very clean! We were lucky to be on the top floor and we loved the skylights which we were able to open at night to let fresh air in during our sleep. Would definitely come back next time we are in Galway. The location was great as well!!

The parking situation could have been better. There was a lot just around the corner but it was a bit pricey. There were cheaper options available, but a bit longer walk which we didn't want to do with all our luggage in tow.

Location was so central, 3 minute walk from Eyre Square. Room didn’t look like the photo but it was lovely, bright, clean, looked like it was newly decorated. Beds very comfy. Black out blinds that were excellent. Contact with the owner was excellent. They answered any question I had very quickly. They even accommodated an earlier check in.

It didn’t bother us but as you are so central you can hear all the music playing nearby. There were earplugs in the room! It’s definitely a going out location! We were on the top floor. The lift went up 2 flights so we had to walk up the last flight which was fine for us but if you had big suitcases it would be a workout.

Brilliant location. Ideal for group bookings. Location could not be better. Right beside the square and shops close by. Apartments are spacious and well equipped. The bigger studio is ideal for big groups with the patio and kitchen area. Would definitely recommend to groups of friends looking to travel to Galway. The interaction with the staff via messages were excellent, super friendly and very helpful. Cormac always made sure to reply to us promptly and couldn't be more helpful.

It's loud because it's right next door to the bars but that's expected when you get such a close location. The noise from the bars and people outside didn't really bother us.

The location was amazing!! Perfectly situated in town, next to food and sightseeing. It was very clean, with a kettle and some tea and instant coffee.

The room was VERY tight, and we didn’t have much room to put our luggage. The mattresses were not super comfortable, and the room gets very warm. We closed the window from outside noise, so it got pretty warm in there. A fan would be great! Also, there was no bathroom fan, and the bathroom door closes automatically so letting it stay open would be helpful to air it out.

Honestly lovely perfect location self check in and check out went perfect requested cot and it was there even after asking for it the little one was delighted with her bunk bed everything overall was perfect

Small bit of noise but we expected that but overall was still quite and only complaint really was the bathroom was freezing cold and one or 2 tiles missing on the floor where the pipe let's the toilet waist go and it's like that's where the cold or draft was possibly coming from but like still as I said that's minor it was lovely and perfect for anyone or any family would stay again in a heartbeat thanks Guys

Breakfast from Scon was lovely / the room was clean / room decor although tight was lovely / and the bed was extremely comfortable

more towels should have been left, myself and my daughter stayed and there were 2 large towels and 1 hand towel. We had to share the hand towel for our hair (we both have long hair) and then use the body towels to dry our hands, there was plenty of space for more towels? / fan in the bathroom wasn't the best as we couldn't use the mirror after a shower and the floor was soaked / a door stop for the bathroom would have been nice to let the steam out but the door was so heavy that there was nothing that would hold it

2 minute walk from coach station, self service access which was great when getting in at 2am. Only stayed for 1 night but was perfect for my needs. Great if you just need somewhere in town, secure comfortable room for the night.

I wouldn't be inclined to stay there for more than one night. You can hear the people outside on the street and next door. Luckily everyone else was pretty quiet on the sunday night. But i could hear their alarms going off in the morning. Building is very new, still smells like plaster. Everything was clean, but i could see how, if you were staying there for more than 1 night, you would start noticing issues. Shower door didnt completely close, black out blind on window had gaps around the edges. Small things.

Fantastic location, very clean throughout and tasteful decor. We were on top floor, so half the space under the low roof was not usable. Staff immediately responsive when I phoned asking for a foldout bed. My husband had just tested positive for Covid and we were trying to keep some distance between us. Beautiful bathroom!!!

I was fine with no onsite staff, but the lockbox for the key had very small numbers, black on a silver background. Very hard to read. I got box open to get key, but was unable to open it to replace key when we were leaving. Fortunately an owner? was talking with some repair person so he took my key.

The location was super. It was close to the train/bus station and the middle of Galway. The room was small, but as advertised. Air conditioning would have been preferred, but a fan was provided. Decent price for location.

I never saw anyone who worked there. It would have been nice to know that we could have someone on site to contact with any questions that we may have had. It felt a little uninviting in that way.

Value for money + location in city centre + near both the bus and train stations. Convenient store & café nearby,so lots of food options.

Absence of a person to ask for assistance. Disconcerting to be told just leave your room key on the room table when leaving by 11.00- but yet no one there to confirm that our room was indeed vacated by the required time. The fine print in the booking form states that the management reserve the right to charge for another days stay if rooms are not vacated by 11....but no one was there to give us a receipt for checking out on time. Most troubling.
