I loved my stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is unbeatable – just around the corner from the train station, close to bus stops, and right next to several great pubs. There are also plenty of breakfast options nearby: you can grab a pastry and coffee to go, or sit down for a full breakfast or brunch. My room was both beautiful and functional. It had the biggest and most convenient bathroom I’ve ever had in a hotel or residence within this price range. The bed was exceptionally comfortable too, and the room was spotless, which made it feel even more inviting. I realise I had a regular double room for a single person, but I did get a glimpse of the smaller rooms while they were being serviced – and they looked cosy as well! An enchanting touch: dog visits at reception! I couldn’t have chosen a better place for my first stay in Galway. Thank you to the wonderful team for making my stay so memorable. I’m already looking forward to returning!

The biggest plus for this hotel is its location. It is a stone's throw away from Eyre Square and the main bus and train stations. The receptionist that greeted us was really lovely and very helpful. Check in and check out were completely painless. The room itself was absolutely fine and I loved the touch of the Nespresso coffee maker. Everything we needed was in the room and while it was small, it was absolutely fine for one night.

I wouldn't like to be staying much more than one night due to the lack of storage and no wardrobe. We had no where to put our suitcases and the hanging space was very basic. The room was described as a deluxe room and from what I can see the difference between the deluxe double and a a basic double is that the room is bigger in the deluxe but even at that, the room was small. I appreciate it was a Friday night in Galway which is always a busy city, but the room was verging on expensive for what we got.

I've stayed here twice now in the last 4 weeks and both times I've really liked it. It's in a really good location, the staff on reception are so lovely and helpful, the room is nice and the beds are comfortable. The shower is strong too which is nice, because some hotel showers are awful! I feel safe there as a solo traveller also. The cleaning staff are lovely and made sure I didn't need for any extra water, towels, etc. I really recommend this place if you're coming to Galway!

I would say that the cleaning could be a little better. The first stay the toilet didn't seem like it had been cleaned, with deposits still in the toilet, which was kind of off-putting. This time around I noticed a bottle under the bedside table that had been missed when cleaning. Really small things but might just be room for improvement.I will definitely be staying here again though and would highly recommend it!!

Absolutely lovely place, very central in Galway and very reasonable rate. They upgraded the room when we booked for a double, at no extra charge. The staff are lovely and so helpful. Highly recommended for nice clean, comfortable room that is right in the centre of Galway, we also managed to get parking close by, which can be very difficult in Galway but they are just so helpful. For the price, it's excellent. They don't do breakfast, but this was totally fine for us, there are so many cafes nearby Highly recommended for the friendly staff, location and rooms

The location is excellent, just off Eyre Square, beautiful boutique hotel, lovely finish to the bedrooms, it looks very well. Fridge in the bedroom too was a great touch. It is possible to book a parking space, right round the corner from the hotel for €10 but it needs to be booked in advance…this was very handy having that parking space.

As with most hotels now, there was no breakfast option available. But there are plenty of places very close by to get breakfasts. And there is a fridge in the room which you could store something, there is a kettle & coffee machine in the room also.

Superb location right beside everything! Train station, Eyre square, the shopping streets, restos and pubs. The room smells clean and has a gorgeous interior. I've read some of the comments that it's small, but the room that we were in was big enough, love the big bright bathroom, big window and 2 shower heads! etc. There is a Nespresso coffee maker with plenty of coffee capsules. The receptionist was lovely and sweet so that's a bonus. Will definitely stay again if ever we're in Galway in the future. The Galway Christmas Market was fabulous!

The location was so central, and yet so quiet, no street noise was heard at all. Close to both the bus station and train station. The staff were a pleasure to deal with and so welcoming. The rooms were spotless and looked newly painted (or just very well maintained) and the beds were super comfy. Really good value too. The Lane is now my go-to when i stay in Galway!

The car park was narrow enough (shared with another hotel) but the designated parking spaces were easily visible and the staff advised me where to go beforehand. No breakfast but many great options on the doorstep!

After a missed flight the hotel and staff were so helpful in rearranging our room til the next night, staff also stayed late to make sure we found the hotel parking and checked in okay, bed was really comfy and the shower was great!

We did get a smaller room due to us missing the flight which was totally acceptable and really good of them to honor the original booking, however the small room was tiny, barely any room for unpacking anything, okay for 1 night stay but maybe not for more, I would stay again but make sure I booked the bigger room size!

It's is right beside Eyre square and shop street. You couldn't ask for a better location. Also, the staff member at reception was absolutely lovely and even looked after our bags so we could see the city again before leaving.

The rooms are smaller than the pictures but I actually found it cozy and the exact amount of space that you need. Air conditioner was a slight bit noisy but that was only when we turned it on and it went after 5/10 minutes

The service at the reception was very friendly and helpful, the location top and in a more quiet area. The standard rooms are smaller (no wardrobe or much space for luggage) but still quite cozy. The guests next door could only be heard from the bathroom, otherwise the noise was ok. Overall a very good experience.

It would be great if a few more amenities were added in the bathroom - there was no hook or rail to hang the towels and no space to place your personal items, but that's complaining on a high level. Considering that breakfast was only served in some nice locations next door, the value for money was slightly overpriced in my opinion
