The location was perfect! Staff friendly,bed was very comfortable

The noise outside. The car wash at the garage next door seems like it runs all night. Very noisey! I know on the sheet of rules we received on arrival, it stated only after seven days of stay the cleaning gets done. We had to wait until four o' clock for check-in as the room was being cleaned. I think your cleaners need training. The suite floors should be swept and washed and the washroom should be cleaned each day! I pulled the bed out from the wall to make the bed, and the dust on the floor was disgusting, which seemed to be there for some time along with a hair brush which was also very dusty! No face cloths Also, while waiting for four o'clock check-in, we were told they could store our luggage. They sure did in a so-called broken washroom??? So not happy!

Swuite Galways had the best amenities of any accommodation I stayed at on my two week trip to Ireland. It was fantastic having a laundry onsite, as well as a heated towel rack in the bathroom. It was really handy having a little kitchen in which to prep breakfast and dinner. I found the bed comfortable and I slept well throughout my stay. While Swuite wasn't in the most central location, walking to the town centre only took about 15-20 minutes, and there was a huge supermarket not even ten minutes away. The few interactions I had with the staff were positive. Overall really good value for money!

The room had no ventilation, and someone who had stayed there before me had clearly cooked something quite pungent because I could still smell it. The room also got warm and stuffy very easily, so I had to keep the window open. Doing so let a lot of noise into the room due to where Swuite is located. I was only given one roll of toilet paper for the room, and having to go downstairs for more was inconvenient.

It is a student accommodation that hosts tourists during holidays, a nice and quiet place to visit in Galway. It takes less than 10 min to reach the city centre by public bus, or you can walk for 15-20 min, alternatively. The accommodation has all the facilities, including a small kitchen, and you can ask the reception for additional things that you might need (e.g., hairdryer). The reception is open h24 and the staff is kindly ready to help you for any inconvenience. Recommended!

The accommodation was clean and excellently kept. When I understood it was student accommodation I was apprehensive but it felt like a decent hotel room with a decent en-suite with the bonus of a kitchenette with everything you’d need to cook, if you wished. Even included iron and mini ironing board.

Hard to think of anything I didn’t like. The only thing I would have liked was a hairdryer. You do only get one toilet roll and have to ask at reception if you want another, but luckily wasn’t caught short.

Lovely place to stay for a few nights. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Very quiet couldn’t hear the other rooms and safe. The accommodation provided Wi-Fi, towels, washing up liquid, toiletries, tea, coffee etc which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery etc. Plenty of storage to put clothes & luggage away. There was also laundry facilities with washer & dryer to use. The location is good & not to far from town or shops with a bus stop right outside.

Kitchen was quite small with only two hobs to cook on but was manageable for a few nights. As it was student accommodation there were only two desks to sit at which meant two out of four had to sit on the bed to eat or sit on high bar stools. Again not a big issue.

The room was clean and I really enjoyed the little kitchenette extension to the room, which is brilliant for more extended stays. The beds were super comfy and I loved the pillows, honestly the highlight of my stay. The room was spacious and well-kept. Overall it was lovely and warm and you can always open the window in case it gets too stuffy (which some hotels surprisingly don't have)-overall i would come again.

I suppose there were a lil bit of noisy people slamming doors at night but It didn't define the entire experience. I also had a problem connecting my phone to the tv screen. we had no problem connecting the screen but once we tried to watch a movie, there was just no sound and we gave up.

New mattress was excellent. My one concern re staying at Swuite was re the beds due to some poor reviews, but the response was that they were replacing these. And at least in my room that was the case and the bed was very comfortable. The little kitchen was a great with a food fridge and microwave and being able to do laundry was a bonus.

Room could have been cooler. I opened window but it was still warm overnight.

it wasn’t noisy and it was 10 minute walk from Galway city. Plenty of parking. Kitchen area was OK.

Location. It was hard to find. Characterless. There was nowhere to sit comfortably. The shower wasn’t great, and there was a shower curtain that didn’t fit very well. It felt like what it was, student accommodation, and if I were a student I’d be happy with it, but as a hotel, for the price, I felt we could have done better.

A really central location, only a 10 minute walk from galway city centre. Free car park, couldnt reserve a space but there was plenty of spaces anytime we came in or out. The room was fairly big, very clean. The kitchen area was great with a kettle, hob, fridge and cooking utensils. There was good wardrobe space. The bed was so comfortable. Nice bathroom. The staff were lovely and it was quiet during our stay.

The only thing i can think of is the lift closest to our room didnt go down to the car park level. Not a big issue though, the other lift was also very close to the room

Great instructions , lovely staff. Walk into Galway and easy walk to supermarkets . Unit was clean and good size bathroom. We had a separate kitchen which was fine but lacked some basic utensils . Lots of parking

Very little. The kitchen needs a few basic utensils and for two people there was much space , eat on the bed.But we weren’t in the unit ,u h and it was clean and friendly and a good location
