On arrival we were greeted with welcome drinks and valet services. Our room was amazing and very comfortable with lovely views. Lunch was very nice

Only downfall is the dinner menu we found to be very posh, and no “comfortable” food .

We had breakfast booked at 10:15. We arrived at the dining room where breakfast is served on time only to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Our order was quickly taken however our breakfast order got lost in the kitchen and we waited 45 minutes to be served. It was an inconvenience as our breakfast had only been finished at 12 when checkout was. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly. It was a shame because everything else about the stay was great

A beautiful hotel, excellent stay. The staff are the best in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Very polite and so helpful and genuinely friendly. We got a room upgrade for our anniversary and the welcome staff were absolutely excellent.

Spa was booked out but that can’t be helped. Breakfast on the first morning wasn’t great, 2nd morning was better although our breakfast sides never arrived, it was busy.

Fabulous staff. Beautiful hotel. Delighted to have been upgraded to a suite which was gorgeous.

Disappointed that the weekend stay didn't include pool spa facilities. Didn't notice this when I booked so didn't use the facilities. As didn't want to pay anymore for the weekend.

The bakery basket at breakfast didn’t seem that fresh, particularly the croissants. While we loved the table service for the hot breakfast, It would be nice to be able to choose the pastries etc you would like.

Just parking if it your first time going to hotel the hotel could let customers know by phone or text to park at back of hotel in underground carpark it took us a we while to find right spot and entrance but know now for next time

Great location, value for money, facilities, friendly staff, nice room and bed was really comfortable. Hotel interior is quite old and due an update, seemed to be ongoing renovations but didn’t effect our stay.

This hotel is proper Lush! Gorgeous decor throughout and the staff were super helpful and cheery.. especially Joey at reception.. he was so lovely and looked after us with check in and even ordered us the courtesy car to our event too! The Spa is a destination in itself.. after the night out we LOVED it and left feeling relaxed and revived.. highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hotel is beautiful, location is perfect , not too close to the hustle and bustle, but a short enough walk away from the buzz of Eyre square/ Latin quarter. I got a complimentary upgrade to the atrium suite on arrival, a beautifully finished room, really spacious, gorgeous bathroom with huge shower and a bath to die for with a media screen. The view across the lake is so impressive 😍 The breakfast was delicious with a number of options for celiacs and other dietary requirements. The staff were so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you! They really made sure you had the best experience. The thermal suite and relaxation room were also the most perfect way to unwind during our stay. Treat yourself!!

The staff were very welcoming and caring throughout our visit. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and were made to feel special. The car parking facilities were excellent and convenient. Breakfast and the table service was perfect. Great place to relax.

The corridors were darkly lit, but i understand that this is done to accentuate the light pouring in through the large windows of the hotels and its rooms. The effect was achieved. The natural light in the room overlooking Lough Atalia was amazing. Certain areas of the hotel are also under refurbishment. However, this did not bother us as it was well explained and signed.
