I absolutely loved every single second of my stay here. Afternoon tea was fantastic.. Staff is very friendly and fast service food is excellent. Lucia is a very friendly and warm host. She welcomed me very nicely. I immediately felt at home. Such a pleasant personality. Valet service is excellent. Nacho and Victor are very professional and efficient. They made my stay extra special by making sure I am looked after properly. Very happy guest.. Definitely recommend it😊And thanks to everyone who made our stay extra special😊

What really stood out was Dovydas’s attitude and professionalism. He took the housekeeping issue seriously and was genuinely helpful in resolving it quickly and with care. His support made a big difference and helped ease the frustration I initially felt. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety to choose from. The restaurant served fresh, delicious meals, and overall, the staff were friendly and attentive, which added a positive feeling to the stay. I also loved the view from my room—it added a really peaceful and special touch to the experience

housekeeping didn’t change the bedsheets. Another thing that bothered me was the spa’s limited opening hours—it closed at 6 PM

LOCATION The hotel is 30 minutes walking distance from the center. The walk is nice along the river so it is nice. It is close to the shopping center so there is plenty of parking space. STAFF. Staff is nice and welcoming. We had a very nice introduction tour of the hotel facilities before getting to our room. ROOM. The room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was big as well. We had free wifi with good speed. We had breakfast in the hotel, that was very good. All dishes are very well prepared. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay in the hotel

We had our room close to some renovation works in the hotel, and once we were woken up by the workers drilling walls at 8 in the morning.

Air conditioning was not cool enough

On arrival we were greeted with welcome drinks and valet services. Our room was amazing and very comfortable with lovely views. Lunch was very nice

Only downfall is the dinner menu we found to be very posh, and no “comfortable” food .

The property was fantastically decorated it’s a beautiful hotel, so clean and not a thing out of place. The hotel is so welcoming the food and drinks on the menus are amazing there is something for everyone. The staff from the moment you walk in the main door to the second you leave are so helpful in so many ways. Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be returning in the future.

I don’t have a bad thing to say about this fantastic hotel

Lovely spacious room. Very clean and friendly staff

We had breakfast booked at 10:15. We arrived at the dining room where breakfast is served on time only to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Our order was quickly taken however our breakfast order got lost in the kitchen and we waited 45 minutes to be served. It was an inconvenience as our breakfast had only been finished at 12 when checkout was. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly. It was a shame because everything else about the stay was great

The hotel itself was amazing but the staff made my trip. A special mention to a worker called Jack, he went above and beyond making sure everyone was happy. I booked the trip as my mother received bad news but she had the best time due to the friendliness of the staff which made her forget about things for the time she was there. So I thank you all.

The room was enormous and well appointed. The hotel itself is great and the staff amazingly efficient and helpful, and friendly. A lovely location and a modern, clean hotel.

The spa has to be booked for use and is shut by 6pm which doesn’t work for after a day of touring as only open 10-6.

A beautiful hotel, excellent stay. The staff are the best in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Very polite and so helpful and genuinely friendly. We got a room upgrade for our anniversary and the welcome staff were absolutely excellent.

Spa was booked out but that can’t be helped. Breakfast on the first morning wasn’t great, 2nd morning was better although our breakfast sides never arrived, it was busy.
