Rooms are nice and clean, bar and reception is nice and open, bar area is nice with comfortable seating, the open plan was a bit strange but worked. The decor in the hotel from reception to rooms really hits the high standard, looks and feels upper class. The staff were very friendly with plenty of them running around.

Lovely new modern crisp Hotel feeling, Decor and layout . Food was excellent .

Not many people stayed, so lacked some atmosphere. I would have liked a biscuit or sweet treat with a cup of tea when I arrived in my room

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were very stylish with more than you could want. Great big TV and coffee machine. The room service also changes shampoos and shower gels each day! Bus was right outside the hotel and took you straight into the city centre. Lastly the staff at the hotel checking in were great and let us check in at 2pm. Also at check out we just used the self check out which was very easy and quick to use.

I would say possibly keeping the upstairs/rooftop bar opened for longer during the summer months as after a long day in Galway City its nice to come back to a lovely cocktail.

There was nothing that I can say I didn't like, however I would like to provide a little feedback regarding staff in the restaurant. They could be a bit more helpful and friendly maybe even a small smile when interacting with customers. They didn't do anything wrong, they did there job but they were just very serious and walking around the restaurant without acknowledging customers unless you interacted with them first. Stayed in many holidays abroad and here and usually staff are a bit more friendly and chatty. Again, not faulting anyone anything as their job was done, but I think it would make customers feel a bit more welcome if they would interact a bit more with them instead of just cleaning the tables when people finish their breakfast. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Our experience was the perfect example of what I expect from a higher end chain hotel. The check-in went smoothly and our room was excellent. The bathroom was very nice and all the necessary toiletries were provided. The room itself was spacious and had a fantastic view of the city. The bed linens were perfect and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything was spotless and clean. And the provided bathrobes were amazing!

No real complaints to make! It would be nice if there was some sort of shuttle into the city centre, but the bus system is nearby, easy to use, and semi-frequent.

Breakfast was on point, for those not in the know, a buffet breakfast is served at the weekends then on weekdays it's a menu selection option (no extra cost if & when booked with breakfast included). The check in crew were fresh & cheerful, very informative & took an interest in our overall wellbeing. The room itself was very clean & anything used was fully replaced. Complimentary water in the mini bar! The views are city/residential views so, not exactly exciting but the location of the hotel makes up for that. Free Parking is available which can be found beneath the hotel itself with a very short walk (depending on where you park) to the hotel entrance.

Keep an eye on the self check out as you'll be asked to pay for you're stay, but like myself, I had already paid in advance & I would have been charged again. I did mention this to the check in staff & it was confirmed that it is unfortunately just one of those IT glitches as the hotel is still very new.

Hotel was very clean and new. Room was spacious. Restaurant on site was spacious and modern, we had dinner but not breakfast. Food was very good and staff were friendly. Parking below hotel and lifts gave access to reception on floor zero. Parking was included and there was a lot of free spaces on the day we attended. Short drive to Galway and the coast.

Only a minor comment but there was no indication on how to get to reception in the lifts. Reception was actually on floor zero.

It was very spacious in the hotel itself, the ground floor area that has the bar and breakfast facilities.

The second bed in the room was a pull-out sofa, which significantly reduced the available floor space. The sofa bed stretched out to the table you would usually sit at. Throughout the night, the room felt very stuffy, and despite efforts to regulate the temperature, it made little difference. Unfortunately, there was no window to open, making it impossible to let in fresh air. To improve the experience, the hotel could consider optimizing room layouts to ensure better use of space. Adding a fan or an improved ventilation system would help with air circulation, especially in rooms without windows. Providing guests with clearer temperature control options or portable air-conditioning units could also make a difference.

Very friendly staff. Good location and lunch menu was reasonably priced. Lunch combo of soup, sandwich and coffee for only 13 euros. Very tasty. Waitress was very attentive, helpful and polite. I was able to cast my Netflix to the hotel television which was great! Hotel room had complimentary tea/coffee and water. Room also had extra touches such as shoe shine and a sowing kit just in case!! Lovely receptionist contacted a taxi for us. Bartender accommodated and made off menu cocktails for us. Free on site parking and good atmosphere in the hotel. Will visit again.
