Great location, warm, comfortable, clean & quiet hotel with all the creature comforts. Friendly staff who are welcoming and treat each guest with care.

We love A by Adina at Canberra but do think some of the rooms need a little bit of an update/odd job freshen up. This most recent stay the coffee machine was missing parts and the sliding doors (that turn the room into a one bedroom apartment) had a loose bracket which could be dangerous when closing. Whilst not monumental some small checks like this ensure the hotel continues to live up to it's brilliant & well deserved reputation. Outside of this, check in was a little slow which is understandable in a busy period but perhaps an additional staff member on front desk during busy times may help alleviate these pressures for the team.

Beautiful room quiet and comfy bed. The studio king room had everything including a washing ma vibe and a dryer. Wish we could have stayed longer

Finding the car park was challenging, and once I reached the correct Adina lift, I saw many spaces were reserved for employees and theatregoers, not hotel guests. With a knee issue and managing luggage, closer parking would have been helpful, as I had to walk a distance. Clearer signage or designated parking for hotel guests could improve the experience for future visitors.

Location is very good. The property is modern and has a luxury feel. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The gym facilities were very good, and we enjoyed trying the Peleton bikes.

I was charged a $20 surcharge at front desk when making payment by card. Do people usually pay for hotels using cash? The chromecast function on the TVs didn't work for me, and the staff at the front desk were not able to get it working. The TVs had no inbuilt smart TV functions such as YouTube or Netflix, although they have a selection of their own movies to watch.

The quietest hotel room I have EVER been in. (And I have been in a LOT of hotel rooms.) Add: Spacious, stylish, modern, and in a great location. First choice upon subsequent returns to Canberra. :) The cafe on the corner is great for breakfast too (but I get the impression it doesn't hurt to book).

ZERO complaints. The one thing that could be addressed - and I emphasise this is *not* a complaint; more of an 'observation' - is the lettering on the sheer, all-black light switches has for the most part worn off, making entertaining/perplexing guesswork out of finding the right switch. But when "it may take a few goes to arrive at the lighting you're after" (in an utterly lovely, peaceful room) is the *only* "issue" (remotely) worth mentioning, you're clearly in a very good place.

Great location if you're going to be mostly at the convention centre. Very modern inside. Some decent eating options in the alley around the corner, and a couple of good cafes in the vicinity too. Quite reasonably priced compared to other options in the area.

There's a lot of construction going on in the area right now so don't plan on sleeping during the week. The view out my windows was big dirt pit where a development is going up next door. The omnipresent "hotel hum" that only becomes obvious at night sounds like a lawnmower in the distance which i found a bit off putting. It's a bit out of the way if you want to head to the CBD/city walk/canberra centre. Only a short walk, but there are more convenient options in that area if that's where you want to be.

The location was absolutely perfect, offering easy access to all the best spots in the city. It’s an ideal choice for young travelers who want to explore Canberra’s vibrant nightlife, with plenty of bars, clubs, and entertainment just around the corner. Whether you're looking for a fun night out or a place to relax and unwind after a busy day, this is definitely the place to be. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Canberra who wants to make the most of the city’s exciting night scene!

The only real challenge during our stay was the parking situation. The parking area can be a bit confusing to navigate, particularly when arriving after dark, as it’s not very well-lit. It took us a little while to figure out the best spots, but once we got the hang of it, it wasn't as much of an issue. Just be prepared to take a moment to find your way around, especially if you're arriving in the evening.

The room was very clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. The room was usually quiet (though noise from the next room definitely carried when there was any). We ate at The Meat and Wine Co the first night (which is, more or less, attached to the hotel, and was exceptional) and had coffees at The Redbrick caffe downstairs - also excellent. The minibar also had some good choices.

It's strangely difficult to find "The" location in Canberra - it's only my second trip there after a hiatus of MANY years, but I've yet to identify that central place where everything feels right on your doorstep. Definitely getting closer with A by Adina - not sure if I'm quite there yet. Overall, I think we'll probably give it another go next time we're in town and explore more by foot.

hotel very convenient to restaurants , shopping, & theatre, & Uber. Very nice to have separate washer & dryer, early check in, modern industrial decor-concrete ceilings with black, gray, & brown color scheme

The location of our unit was quiet with no construction noise but the windows looked right into the neighboring office building tenants. It was on side of the building that didn't get much direct sunlight so rooms were very dark especially with dark decor of unit. Could have used a standing floor lamp in living room.

Had a wonderful stay at A by Adina Canberra. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t have been better, with an abundance of restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, and the city shopping centre just a short stroll away. Major attractions like Parliament House and the War Memorial were also close by, making it the perfect base for exploring Canberra. Convenient and easy paid parking was available, and I’ll most certainly be returning in the future.

It was too good, we almost booked another night that would have spoilt our other plans :)
