Apart from the obvious, such as the friendly staff, good food, good location, ect. The A/C worked well and there was good air circulation through the bathroom. This detail is often an issue in many hotels. I was given extra pillows and towels as requested.

A couple of minor things: storage space. What served as a night table was VERY small - just a shelf. Same in the shower/bathroom. A LITTLE more shelf space would be nice. Some power outlets are a bit worn. The one in the bathroom (room 852) would pop out of it's fitting. I think one did not work next on the side of the bed closest to the window. Also one of the two window latches had loose screws so the window would not close completely and let in a lot of noise. I tightened the screws myself and the reduced outside noise a lot. I chose to fix that latch myself, I am sure they would have fixed it at my request. Again, these were really minor things. Overall experience was great.

Location, location, location. You will be right in Paulista Avenue, the heart of São Paulo with everything you need around you, stores, restaurants, cafes, malls, transport and everything else. The hotel is quite, good, the room as all Ibis hotels are small but very functional, you will have everything you need including a small fridge. Shower was excellent, pillows and mattress were very comfortable as well. Everything was very clean and well kept. I really enjoyed my stay there and I will definitely stay there again in my next visit to São Paulo.

They need to invest more in their staff. Staff at the reception could be friendlier and more interested in the customers. Forget the bar and restaurant inside the hotel, service was always very slow and the food is not surprising either, try the options outside the hotel. It's not the hotel's fault but you need to be careful using your mobile phone outside, you are in São Paulo and unfortunately the city has a problem with theft, specially people in bikes.

The location was fantastic - 100 metres from Consolacao metro station on Av Paulista. It is mostly a business area, but there are enough restaurants, convenience stores etc within walking distance. I stayed for two periods about one month apart (total ten nights). Since both rooms were very similar, this review is a combined review of both periods that I stayed in this hotel. Check-in was smooth and there were elevators to rooms. The rooms were clean on arrival. They were functional but, as with the Ibis brand, a bit short on consumables and towels. There were a few power points in the rooms near the desk but none near the bed. The beds in both rooms were comfortable. On cold nights (when temperatures outside dropped to 13 degrees) , there was no heating but the duvet was warm enough. Wife was strong and stable. Each room had a fridge and a mini-safe, but no kettle or cups. Lighting was good. No complimentary drinking water. There was a good desk in each room. The fixtures in the bathroom were in good working order (with one exception). Water pressure was good, hot water came through quickly, Drainage was good. Towels seemed rather old and worn. Time to replace them. Breakfast buffet had a good spread, with strong emphasis on sweet pastries (very common in Brazil) and generally only scrambled eggs and sausages as hot items.

In both rooms I stayed, the hotel fitted "water-saving" taps to the wash basin. This meant a high-pressure but thin spray, which causes a lot of splashing, and yet creates an unsatisfactory hand-washing or face-washing experience. It's pointless when a customer can still waste water by running the shower. In both rooms, the windows only had blackout curtains. No voile curtains. So, the guest only had a choice of of bright sun streaming in (sometimes too bright) or too dark (blackout). The bathroom had an overhead shower, which I dislike. I prefer a hand-held shower.

The location of the hotel is very conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful, especially Ezequiel who went out of his way to assist us. The restaurant serves a buffet lunch which is good quality and reasonably priced.

There is no kettle in the room, and even worse, not even drinking glasses or cups. The room is a little on the small side but still comfortable enough.

Great location, excellent value for what it offers. Good breakfast, spacious room, nice and clean. Excellent budget hotel for those with a busy schedule.

They don't let you bring a mug of coffee to the room and force you to use a paper cup. Apparently we are all children.

Very good experience. Excellent value for money. Near main touristic places and safe to walk around with attention. Breakfast is good, but expencive for what was offered.

Smal bedroom. Difficult to range the clothes and things. Small for a family. A little noisy because of the location, but near main attractions. Breakfastf could be better

Breakfast was terrific, full of good options and tasteful Brazilian bites. The 24h bar in the lobby area is a great help for a quick snack, refreshment, or even to relax/socialize for a bit. I would recommend this hotel if you'd like to stay for a short stay ;)

I would suggest tagging in Portuguese and English food at the breakfast and lunch catering. As I speak Portuguese and English, I helped to translate for some foreign visitors what the dishes were, so having some tags would help them a lot!

All information are only in Portuguese so I didn't understand anything. At least at the reception she was able to speak to me somehow. I know that everywhere you can't flush toilet paper so I would rather put some stickers about it or is it allowed in your hotel?

Great location. The staff were incredible helpful and kind throughout my stay. Clean and nice decorated rooms.

The breakfast room cleanliness and the professional level of the staff doesn’t meet the IBIS standards.

Bed quality and good air conditioning! The shower was also really good! Lounge area is super easy to use, I worked from there and received a friend to chat while a samba show was playing!

Quality of towels was not so good as they were all very hard. Good part is that they were very clean.
