I liked how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Downtown Toronto was beautiful as well as The views. valet parking with the apps was cool, how you can request your ride and know the exact time who’s picking it up and what time your car will be ready. I love how everything was a walking distance. You could just google if you want something to eat and just explore. Driving your car everywhere is a waste. Walk or get a Uber.

I would say the room service menu is a little misleading. It doesn’t have pictures so when you order you’re expecting a image in your head but when you get it, it’s completely different or if the item you ordered is written the same you’ll end up getting less of what you’re supposed to get. For instance, I asked for a burger with no onions. It comes with everything else, but I only received cheese on it even though I asked for no onions, that’s it. Besides that, everything was perfect. I just wish I would’ve explored more of the hotel.

We had the best experience at the Sheraton Centre Toronto! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a super deluxe room with a breathtaking CN Tower view, which made our stay even more special. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown, and the reception staff are truly outstanding. Housekeeping was also very attentive and kind, ensuring everything was perfect throughout our stay. I also want to highlight the hotel’s restaurant, Dual Citizen—one of the best dining spots in the city, with great food and atmosphere. Overall, this is a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Toronto. I’ll definitely be booking here again every time I’m in the city!

We were able to check in two hours before check-in time. Thank you very much for that! It was excellent and very accommodating. The room was a good size and clean. There were two chairs in the room. There was enough storage space for clothes. Very good à la carte breakfast/no buffet. The shower heated up very quickly. All toiletries were provided. The refrigerator was clean and worked well. The coffee bar, hair dryer, and TV all worked well. The air conditioning was pleasantly quiet and efficient. The elevator was very fast, quiet, and there was hardly any waiting time. There are two different elevator variants that travel to different heights (highraiser/lowraiser), which is very effective. The staff at the front desk, concierge, and car shuttle were extremely friendly and helpful. All family members were given room cards. Wi-Fi was free of charge. The indoor garden with waterfall is a great place to relax. The outdoor swimming pool on the small rooftop is very well maintained with reservable sun loungers. Food/drinks can be ordered directly at the swimming pool. The hotel is very centrally located with many shopping opportunities (Eaton Center a 5-minute walk across the intersection) and restaurants nearby. There is a direct indoor connection to the Path from the hotel lobby.

The carpet in the room was a little stained. It seemed as though something had been spilled on it from time to time. It would be nice to replace the carpet with hardwood floors. Unfortunately, there were no bathrobes or slippers for the swimming pool and sauna area in the room. The bathroom could use more storage space and an additional towel rack to hang up the shower towels. An air vent in the bathroom would be very helpful. The coffee at breakfast is mediocre. Unfortunately, breakfast only included one drink and there was no option to get a refill for the juice. The rooms are not soundproof. You could hear any noises from the rooms very clearly from the hallway.

Beautiful hotel, centrally located. Really nice lobby and room. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast - probably the best breakfast of our entire vacation. Excellent guest support: Nearly all charging units (for USB) were broken when we arrived; We called for help, and they installed alternatives for us within 30 minutes.

There is a kids' gaming room, but this turned out to be rather simple. Just a couple of pre-2000 arcade games and cheap toys. There was an explicit sign that a parent had to stay with them in the room. The hotel arranged a taxi for us to the airport and said it would be a fixed price (60 CAD). When we had to pay on arrival at the airport, he driver said the 60 CAD didn't include GST and a credit card fee. I'm not sure exactly, but I think we ended up paying around 75 CAD. This didn't feel correct, but I didn't want to fight over it. Next time, we'll rely on Uber.

Really friendly staff who never rushed you. One gentleman, Steven, who checked me in, recommended I upgrade to get access to the club lounge, explaining that it really was 'something special'. So I did, and he was correct! The Club Lounge on the 43rd floor is spectacular. A huge space, plenty of refreshments and snacks, breakfast and a light early dinner, and plenty of working space too if you need it. I highly recommend you upgrade.

The rooms were a little dated and there was no slippers or robe in the upgraded room. But these things are minor and next time I will just bring a robe and slippers

First walking in and seeing the hotel, it is beautiful and clean. I immediately noticed it smelt amazing, even the restrooms smelt good! It was very busy which was nice to see people enjoying themselves. The facilities were great too. The fitness centre had a good variety of machines and equipment, loved the sauna on the change rooms too. The kids play area was a great touch, we had fun before winding down for the night. The pool area was good but there were a lot of chairs that had reserved on them that no one was sitting at, they were at the best location too. I would have liked to be closer while my children were swimming. The pool itself was disgusting though, lots of black spots floating around, I don't know when the last time it was cleaned/vacuumed. I did not want to go in further. Check out could be more efficient with the option of leaving your keys in a box somewhere. There were a lot of people standing in line only to have someone come out to grab our keys for check out. Other than that the hotel was great and clean, we will definitely be back!

Great location close to City Hall, CF Toronto Eaton Shopping Centre and TTC transport. Union Station was only a short walk as well as the Scotia Bank Arena, Harbour, CN Tower and Rogers Centre. I used the gym facility a couple of times, a large variety of machines and equipment. Order one rooms service meal - delicious burger!

Was so busy, always a lot of activity in the foyer. Didn't eat and any of the restaurants at the hotel as they always seemed busy.

no proper breakfast buffet...I think is a new tendency in hotels, but for the price having to go out for breakfast is not something I expect for a hotel of this name and level.

I really loved the room! The view was amazing, and I loved the bed and the room itself. The layout was simple yet elegant, everything was clean and very comfortable.

I didn’t enjoy the breakfast experience at all. On the first day, I waited about 30 minutes before anyone brought the menu or took my order, and even then, the food took a long time to arrive. The service was very poor during busy hours, so on the following days, I went earlier in the morning (6h30) to get better service.

The gym , pool and lobby area are great. The room was quiet , spacious and comfortable too. And the location was perfect for me. The staff are great too.

The shower water pressure is low and the electrical wiring arrangements in the room is not in keeping with the Sheraton brand. Oh and the price seems high for what it is but also is in keeping with other downtown Toronto hotels.
