Hotel is very nice, very clean and staff were very welcoming.

Medellín is a place known for good eats and low prices. The hotel restaurant prices are in my opinion ridiculous. I had breakfast one day at the hotel and it cost more than what I paid for lunch with beers for three people in a restaurant elsewhere. One night we got in and I was considering room service until I saw that a chicken sandwich cost over 12 dollars. I ended up ordering delivery for 16 dollars with gratuity included (for 2). I know it's a nice hotel and hotel food is usually costly but in a city with so many options why would I overpay?

The hotel is grand. We had a huge, 66 square meters suit. We enjoyed having a living and dining area. The staff were amazing - very attentive and always going out of their way. I struggled with Spanish as mainly reception spoke English, but the hotel has excellent wifi throughout, and my translator app worked very well. The swimming pool was wonderful - the water temperature is perfect to cool down on the hot day. The bar downstairs serves great cocktails, and the food from the restaurant is good. Room service had good food. The spa is worth a visit - nice with great treatments. The location is great. The area is beautiful and nice to walk. The awesome Santa Fe Mall is 200 meters away, and it has everything you would need. There is also a big, very nice supermarket down the hill. We enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Room service can be a bit slow.

This is my third time at this hotel, and I really do enjoy it there a lot. The hotel staff are exceptional, very attentive, and caring. I always feel welcome there and very safe. It is worth the price you are paying. The location is also great. Even in the busy streets nearby you can still relax really well at this hotel because in the rooms you can not hear any outside noise. I will surely return in the future. Thank you for everything!

I really liked everything about this hotel. The pick-up from the airport was arranged by the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, with buffet and egg station. The location was great and I had a wonderful view from my room. Hotel staff was nice and friendly. I would go back anytime.

I was not able use the pool as planned. Either too full or not the right time. The gym was good, but could be tight, if too many users showed up. However, i really liked that it was open.

Facilities and location

Staff is courteous but cold. One gets a corporate vibe from the staff.

Close to a big multi-story mall where you can find anything from currency exchange to restaurants. I liked the hotels restaurant and and bar. My room was very quiet as I asked for and had good view

If you have a friend visiting you have to meet in the bar. If they come to your room hotel charges you . I think this is the same for all hotels in Medellin

NH Collection was a wonderful, business-grade hotel with all the amenities. The room was fantastic - quite large with a super comfortable bed and very nice shower/bathroom area. The pool area and grounds were lovely as well, and the restaurant was great (breakfast buffet was amazing!). The best part of the hotel though was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly (genuinely so) and very helpful at all times. I would stay here again anytime!

The lighting in the bathroom area could be better. It was hard to really see yourself to put on makeup, etc.

The property was in an excellent location El Poblado, the staff were very attentive, friendly and informative. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing. It is walking distance to Santa Fe Mall, restaurants and near Provenza the nightlife area.

Only negative we were two in the room and although they provided two bath towels, they only provided one hand towel and one wash towel. We had to call front desk on several occasions for towels.

The bed was very comfortable, and the location is perfect.

The only thing I hate about these hotels is how they use so much black and gray. It’s so completely boring. Nobody wants to look at black and gray anymore. People want natural colors and things of beauty.

The hotel is in a perfect location in El Poblado, close to malls and great restaurants! Excellent service by hotel staff, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good enough to jump start you day while dinner menu & taste did not disappoint.
