Room was very good and renovated, also the view was very good the sea is good also the swimming pool amazing cost more good and suitable for the stay security available all the time

food need to be with more items and suitable for all nationalities

Loved it last year and even more impressed on our return. Why? 1. We requested an upper floor room at seaward end of southern array of rooms - On arrival we had been allocated not just that but stunning double balcony room closest to the sea/beach (2459) Immense wow factor with fabulous views of the entire sea frontage- probably the best of all in the whole bay. Spectacular sunrises. Super king bed with very comfortable mattress, super-hot water and lovely big shower 2. Sea and pools - Mini bay within the bay 30m from our room was good to swim at ALL tides with no need to use a pier or walk across rough shallows to deeper water. Pools large and various depths and 27 C comfy temperature well serviced by good sunbeds and bars. Nice Gym in an airy structure located right on the beach. 3. Food and Restaurants - For breakfast and lunch by the beach, light and airy with sun or shade options. Dinner main restaurant indoor and outdoor options. Range and quality a wow for every taste with super fresh salads and fruits and reliable meat and fish dishes daily as well as the daily themed variants. The dessert display was a work of art plus themed strawberry and chocolate days - exceptional food hygiene too. 4. Location - Best in the bay with safe walks off site in all directions and no problems with insects or bites. The gardens are a delight of flowers, shrubs and palms - fragrant and tranquil. 5. MOST IMPORTANT Staff. Welcoming, friendly, attentive but never pushy. True stars were Osama (restaurant manager) Mohammed and Romany, two of the waiter staff and young Yousef, ever smiling whilst sweeping. Ahmed serviced our room intelligently to the highest standard and did amazing towel creations, whilst Yousef and Ayman in the lobby bar were great, ever present and always remembered just how we liked our drinks. Khamis, one of the barrier security staff was also particularly kind, helpful and charming. Such staff are a credit to Labranda and key to A+ guest experience.

The pool/reception Wi-Fi could become very slow at very busy times.

Location , sandy beach and nice pool.the rooms were clean and comfortable...nice stuff very cooperative thanks to Mr Amer who welcomed us nicely at the beginning of our stay house keeping Mohamed from section A thank you so much ...the food and restaurants were perfect specially the on on the beach ...the beach ,pool and looby bar were active all the time and nice ...only one thing we knew about the night shows by ourselves no one announced for it the animation teams do not cover all the guests I think they talk to some gusts only neglecting others which I would rate it for one star they should be more professional...overall we have much fun ...thanks labranda club

Great location, very nice hotel. Actually you use all the amenities of both hotels - Labranda Club and Labranda Royal (for example, all the restaurants were located in Royal Hotel, which is a minute walk, same joint territory). Good room, clean, comfy beds, nice green territory of the hotel, several big heated pools, bay type of beaches with sand smooth entrance to the sea, amazingly clean water. Food was fine, can feel the economical crisis but still big variety, some dishes were very good! Wide choice of vegetables, fruit, local and international cuisine. Different drinks were available. Funny animation team, a lot of options how to spend your time. In hotel disco for adults in the evening, mini disco and kids club activities for children. Spa and salon on territory, some shops, pharmacy. Great internet but only in the lobby. Recommend, especially for stay with kids.

Would be great if food variety is wider. The restaurants that you are given voucher to change your dinner to are very so so, way better to eat at the main restaurant. Also would be nice to have some more toiletries in the bathroom (not everything needed was available). Some parts of the hotel are under reconstruction, but it is quiet and clean. Not a lot of people - that was an advantage for me. Liked the hotel - recommend!

The location is very good 😃, All the activities is near of you, and the free upgrade.

The staff was very good .. The room very clean Specially thanks to mr mahmoud in reception and mr osama in the restaurant and mohamed bar-man and mokhles bar-man .. they was very friendely

It's the second year for us in the same hotel and we remain fully satisfied with our stay, thanks to all the staff especially Mr Sherif . The hotel is highly recommended, very family friendly, the food is always perfect matching all ages , the beach is amazing and the entertainment staff makes it really special.

The room was cozy and it was clean every single day....the food was very good especially the bakery at breakfast and the grills at dinner.. family friendly hotel❤️❤️

We got a room after renovation and it was perfect with very comfortable and big bed. Food was good and they change theme for every dinner. We stayed for 4 nights and caught Asian, German and Bedouin nights and even Food Festival :) Very good reef with beautiful fishes, skates and turtles, so you definitely will have something to do if you like snorkeling.

Loved everything. The animation academy made our stay so fun. We danced every night. Food was good and abundant

Although food was plentiful. I feel like they couldve had more Egyptian food and desserts for us to try. Fruits and savory snacks should be available throughout the day instead of just the pastries. They did not have slippers in the room. Wifi was terrible, only available in the lobby and connection was often poor
