Room, breakfast and location is great and big value for the money. The staff is really great; super friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurants and at the receptions. Zainab and Koitaba were super friendly

The building is 'only' 15 years old, but the elevator seems even older. There were always one or two elevators under maintenance. So, in the peak hours it was a long wait. But now they are all running and it is fine. Swimming Pool is now under maintenance/renovation until end of September 2024.

Comfortable bed and rooms. Good kitchen for self-catering with full size fridge. Friendly and helpful staff. Special commendation to Suzanne at front desk To Raqeeb at concierge And Sita and Bilal for a fantastic job at cleaning and service

Rooms are a bit tired and need some modernizing

Its tidy and the staffs specially nisha is very accomodating.

The lifts. It will take too much time going up and down. Maybe they can assign floors for each lift and make sure to signage.

Gym, pool

The check in took abit longer than expected , there is no cutlery in the room. Overcrowded foe breakfast time you have to wait in line. The breakfast time finished at 11 but at 10.30 they already cleaning the place so you have to watch your time.

1-Comfort and room size. 2-The location was very convenient. 3-Overall value for money. 4- Car Parking.

1-The online check-in process was not effective, as I had to repeat the entire check-in at the reception upon arrival. 2-Room service needs improvement — essential items like water, towels, and shampoo were not delivered on time. 3-The squash courts should be complimentary for hotel guests. With two courts available, it would be fair to reserve at least one for guest use without extra charges. 4-The breakfast offering could be enhanced in terms of quality and variety. 5-TV was disconnected most the time

The Egyptian night-shift receptionist failed to understand our needs. Instead of providing the best available rooms as requested, he attempted to sell us older, unrenovated apartments.

Excellent value for money. Booked 1 bed suite with my family. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Sofa convertible to bed in lounge so no need for additional bed. Housekeeping right on time and helpful. Washroom are spacious with good quality toiletries. Convenient location as 50 steps from metro station. Coffee shop is very good. Small mart and pharmacy within the hotel. This is the second time i stayed here and it is highly recommended

Check in process can be expedited, specially in high season. Only dissatisfaction is the long queue at the elevators in peak season. It can easily take 25-30 mins to come down for breakfast. I saw many guests missing the breakfast including us.

I stayed in the Prestigious 2 bedroom Skyline view suite, it was very comfortable , large and clean.The hotel had it's own parking which was very convenient for us to park. Breakfast was very nice but try to come early. We stayed at the 39th floor with magnificent views on Sheikh Zayed road. My gratitude goes to the wonderfull helping duty manager Kristel who was always kind and helpfu, also my thanks goes to Joyce,Silvia and the kind waiter Rabin they were all great and welcoming and most of the other staff were welcoming. All the thanks to the beautiful stay at the Mercure Dubai barsha heights hotel. Will come again in the future. Thankyou.

The lifts can take some time to arrive especially in the rush hours need more and very fast lifts.
