This is a beautiful hotel located in a super convenient part of Turin. It is right opposite the train station, which made it easy for our arrival and departure from Turin. At the same time, it is an easy walk to many key tourist sights, such as the Royal Palace or the Egyptian Museum. The main reason that walk may take a little while longer than you expect is that there are so many shops and restaurants to peruse along the way. We enjoyed dinner one night in the hotel's restaurant - service and food were lovely. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with very comfy beds. A beautiful breakfast too.

Well, let's start from the location. It seems to be ideal. It is great from all points of view - a short and very enjoyable walk to all the museums we wanted to visit; to all historical places and just beautiful squares and streets; and to major connecting points like Porta Nuova train station and bus stoppings. The room was perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable. The douche was just fantastic - the hot water from the first half-second.

Well... Wouldn't like to spoil the impression, but just some notes. First of all, there was no kettle in the room - which looked very strange for the 4-star hotel. And it would be re4ally nice to have a cup of tea in the late evening. Secondly - some noise from the street, sometimes really disturbing. The toiletries were very basic - and so was the breakfast. But those drawbacks didn't spoil our stay, I have to say.

The location of the hotel is excellent – it’s very easy to reach all the main sights in Torino on foot, so we didn’t need public transport tickets. The bus stop to the airport is also just a few minutes’ walk away, which was very convenient. The room was spacious and the bathroom very nice. We ate out in the city, so I can’t comment on the breakfast. We loved this hotel and hopefully will stay here again. It was also extremely quiet at night, which made it perfect for a good rest.

It would be great if the walls in the corridor were repainted. As they are now, with large scuff marks, they don’t create a pleasant impression. If the goal is to give a ‘luxurious feeling,’ fresh walls would make a big difference.

We had a very pleasant stay at Starshotels Majestic. The service was excellent, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned regularly, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was varied and satisfying — a great way to start the day. We also felt that the price-to-quality ratio matched our expectations very well. One of the hotel's strongest advantages is its location. It’s extremely convenient, especially for those visiting the city for the first time. Many key attractions and public transport options are within easy reach. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

It was overall a very good experience - hotel just as in the description and pictures, all facilities also as described. Location is good (except the fact that it is just in front of the train station, but it is convenient for the transport connections), almost central, all necessary facilities around (restaurants, shops, etc.). The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and comfortable.

There are no serious issues to be pintpointed. The only minor thing which can be improved - water in the bath goes down very slow (so one also stands in a soapy water all the time). This is also the reason why there were some hair in the shower even after the cleaning personnel came (I suppose they try to clean but with water going down so slow, hair just get stuck and it is complicated to flush them).

Loved the old style Art Deco style of the hotel. Extremely central, staff super courteous and helpful, very comfortable and spacious room, bed exceptionally comfortable. Happy to find slippers and gown available and 3 towels per person. A small problem with the shower drain was seen to immediately. 🙏🏻

A couple of rumbles from incoming trains in the night. Was aware of proximity to porta nova train station when I booked. All the positives outweigh this small inconvenience.

The rooms are very big and clean, and the fact that a pillow menu is available is amazing!

When we arrived we needed some help with the parking. We knew that the hotel was not offering parking, but we just asked for some recommendations and advice on where we could search for parking places. The person who was at the reception at the time was very dismissive and did not want to put any effort into helping us. I am not saying it was the end of the world, but being our first interaction with the hotel, it left an unpleasant impact.

At the moment of paying the bill the receptionist said there was a 10% solidarity cost that we could add to the bill. Gratuity should be left to the initiative of the client. Facing them with such a request (using the term solidarity) is, especially when there are other people around a kind of moral blackmail that does not look good for such a nice hotel. Really a downer for an otherwise great experience. Without this, I would surely rank the experience as exceptional. And btw, yes, I paid the 10%!

Easy to find, spacious lobby, very friendly staff, most important they are so kind when arriving late night super tired. Very helpful with all questions. All rooms are excellently equipped, with all small details. Always very clean. Comfortable beds, quiet sleep without noises from outside ( its in front of the main street, but the windows are double ). Full night blinds gives more time to rest in the morning. Highly reccomend this place!

Came with a lot of supplies and toiletries such as sensitive washes, slippers and creams, beds were very comfortable and clean, hotel reception was kept very cool and clean and had a lovely sophisticated style, the location was excellent as it was super close to the centre, the ONLY exception to a perfect review was the air conditioning, it was barely noticeable and very hot and stuffy, especially coming from the36 degree heat outside we would’ve appreciated a nice cool room, that would be the only thing that stops this hotel from being the perfect 10 !,
