Staff was very friendly and the room was beautiful. Everything was spotless and the hotel was well located.

The hotel was very difficult to find. No one in the area knew where it was and there was no signage and gps kept dropping out.

Location is great, very close to la Piaza, staff very helpfull, very good breakfast and the free spuntino and coffee in the afternoon. As adviced by the staff I downloaded App CHEBATEO (free) and bought a 48 h pass, is the best way to move in Venice

You have to carry your bags one flight up the stairs. The price quite steep (as everything in Venice), specially due to very central location and comparatively to similar places in Puglia. I did not like Venice that much but for a 2 days visit is OK

Lovely room, and large for the price in Venice. The bathroom was good, and the shower had plentiful hot water. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection of items, and god coffee. The location was also very convenient, just a few minutes walk from a Vaporretto stop, and from St Marks Square, with several nearby restaurants and cafes.

The bed was too hard for me, and there was nowhere confortable to sit.

The hotel was within 5 minutes walk to St Marks Square. We arrived by waterbus direct from the airport which was a lovey route and took about 1 hour 20 minutes. The hotel was clean and there was a great selection for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and gave us a city map and pointed out some of the best things to see. Very central with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel location is in the middle of the old town, very close to San Marco sq., very close to all city parts by boat or walking, The staff is very friendly, their tips are priceless. The room was big, clean, cozy. The bathroom was clean and practical. We liked our stay very much and we will sure get back again! Recommended!

We would like to have vegetables in breakfast (tomato, avocado). but it is a minor request :)

Perfect Location, next to St Marks square (2-3 min walk) . close to all the shopping streets, and 3-4 min from San Marco (Vallaresso) vaparetto stop. very handy if we coming on the train and not want to hire private taxi. Breakfast Great, Great Staff, Great restaurant recommendations. Also helped with restaurant reservation as we didn't have local cell phone to call, and also helped with reserving Gondola in the evening. We will stay at Dimora Marciana again when we visit Venice in future.

There is nothing to not like about Dimora Marciana. ITs an EXCELLENT PLACE !! one thing of to take into account for - like many other accomodations in Venice, this place has no elevators. so someone who has issues with going up or down 15-20 stairs can take this into account. However, the staff is very helpful in helping with the luggage up and down the room (as they helped us too)

Such a lovely hotel in the middle of central Venice. Our room was adorable with an old-fashioned and traditional style, wich was exactly what we looked for. There was even a smart-TV. The staff was really kind and helpful with information and tips for our vacation. They gave great recomendations on restaurants, sightseeings and cultural experiences. We got to keep our room a few hours longer on our check-out day, with a small fee.

The staff was very responsive and attentive, I was very pleased with the way we were treated. The breakfast was very fulfilling the day we get to enjoy it. Since our flight was early in the morning after our second night, they brought breakfast boxes to our room the night before. The location is perfect, I highly recommend anyone to stay here. We also loved the decoration inside our room.

All good, the sleeping sofa bed could more comfortable, but it was ok.

Very friendly staff that wrote us out a whole list of recommendations for restaurants. Beautifully decorated, traditional bedrooms. Breakfast was very tasty egg station and fresh cakes. Coffee and snacks available throughout the day. Very quiet despite the central location.

The pillows were quite flat but more were available in the cupboards.

Good breakfast, staff was great although there was confusion over our water taxi pickup spot. Thankfully Mateo, the breakfast host, called and sorted it out for us.

Charged an extra 20 dollars above the quoted a rate , for last minute arrangements for a taxi. This was done 24 hours in advance, which we didn’t feel was “last minute”. This extra money was given directly to the hotel in cash.
