I was upgraded to an apartment nearby the actual hotel. I did not request the upgrade and I was blown away with the quality. Large apartment with living room, bathroom, full kitchen (fully equipped with stovetop, oven, cookware and dishes), large bedroom, and balcony with view of the canals. Included adjustable A/C in the living room and bedroom. The staff was very professional, pleasant, and spoke English very well, which was an unexpected treat. Only about 20 minutes' walk from the train station, about 45-60 minutes' walk from Piazza San Marco.

Bed was fairly firm, bathroom/shower was fairly small, location is somewhat far from main attractions of the city.

Lovely area in Dosoduro - we will definitely be back, and it was lovely to have a view of the canal. The room was spacious and the bathroom was really modern and clean. The hairdryer is quite powerful for one of the on wall ones. Aircon worked really well. Some nights we were too cold. There was extra pillows and a thicker duvet in the room.

The beds were quite hard and they were two singles pushed together. Missing a full length mirror. On the first day the receptionist said it was a requirement to leave our room key with the hotel which we thought was odd. This did not happen on our second day.

The room and location were perfect. Clean comfy and easy to walk around Venice. As 2 women we felt super safe and we found a cute bar just around the corner. Everything in Venice was half the price we thought it was going to be for drinks and food. Very good value

The water taxi that was arranged by the hotel was late and the driver was very grumpy as I had to ring him to get him to the airport. The hotel reception was not very sympathetic when I asked for a partial refund due to us standing outside in the rain for 40mins at the pier waiting for him.

The breakfast selection was delicious, thank you! I loved the location - away from the hustle and bustle, but still within walking distance of the main attractions. The size of the rooms and the decor was amazing - It felt indulgent and beautiful for our first time in Venice. My only query is that the aircon didn't work and it was BOILING at night time, impossible to sleep and when the windows were left open to let in cool air, we were attacked by mozzies. Overall great experience and fabulous memories, thank you!

The hotel was decorated very nicely and it was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a great value and had some nice options to choose from. It was in a very quiet area outside the busy tourist center of Venice. This does mean a bit of extra walking, but in my opinion it made for a nice, restful escape.

The hotel requires guests to leave their room keys when they leave the property and you need to buzz in to enter the building. I had to wait at the door for sometime before someone arrived to let me in. This isn't convenient after a long day of exploring or if you are carrying luggage.

The location was perfect for us - far from the crowds, still walkable to key sights of Venice. The place was cool and clean with gorgeous, well maintained marble details. Beautiful modern bathroom. Classic old building with tall ceilings, decorated in that OTT Venice style! Oh, and close to La Vacaria - AMAZING food and service. Stay here just for that :D

Booking gave me an option to choose "1 extra-large double bed" instead of two singles and what we got was a tiny double. Old springy thing too so we kept bouncing each other awake with any small movement. Limited bedding too, just one very thin pillow each and no spares in the storage chest in the room. And another hotel room full of lights! The AC and wall sensor lights were so bright I had to prop/hang clothes over them to get a dark room to sleep in.

We loved starting our mornings with a quiet stroll along the canals, grabbing coffee at a nearby café, and returning to this stylish hideaway that felt like home. It’s a place we’d return to in a heartbeat — a true hidden treasure in Venice.

The room was very nice and spacious. It was quiet and looked out over a canal. The hotel was in a pretty and quiet area about 8 mins from the water busses. The breakfast was simple but nice

There wasn't a kettle or any tea/coffee facilities in the room When we inquired at reception about water bus tickets, they did not inform us that there was a national strike that day.This would have stopped us ,buying a 2 day pass, saved us a lot of walking, waiting and wondering what was happening

Рекомендую ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good hotel. 5-10 minutes walk from the bus station. Quiet place, friendly staff. Everything is very beautiful inside. The room was surprising, spacious and clean. Large bed, bathroom excellent.Everything is very clean. The plumbing is new. Excellent hygiene kit in the bathroom. Be sure to order breakfast. Everything is according to the rules of healthy eating. The price and quality for Venice are excellent.

Location was awesome. Right on one of the smaller canals in the University area; away from the tourist crowds, but plenty of restaurants. An easy walk and an even easier vaporetto ride to San Marcos, shopping, and other attractions. Staff was very helpful in all respects. Nice breakfast. A very romantic Venetian holiday!!

The upside of being on the canal was the whole Romantic Venice Experience vibe. The downside was mosquitos -- a minor inconvenience.
