Away from the busy areas which suited us, we were able to walk OK from the bus stop with luggage. Good size apartment and very clean. Gianluca was very responsive to communication. We would happily stay here again.

Minor issue, google maps didn't quite take us to the right spot, but we did manage to find it - so note that the door is directly to the left of Osteria Bakan restaurant. There was another issue with the access code, but again Gianluca resolved this quickly.

Inlaguna was a great base for us during our trip to Venice. We really appreciated that the room was cleaned every day, even though it's not a typical hotel. The room was comfortable, and it was great to have air conditioning. The location was super convenient for both the bus station and ferries. It was nice to be in a quieter area.

These were not necessarily issues for us specifically - but just so folks are aware, as I'm not sure if it comes through in the listing - there are a decent number of stairs up to the room, and the shower stall is very narrow, so consider these if you have accessibility needs.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable room, which has everything you need. Thanks to the owner for the detailed instructions when checking in and the opportunity to leave luggage on the day of departure. We will be happy to stay at this hotel when visiting Venice.

Situated on the quieter part of Venice within walking distance to train station and water transport points, turned out great for me.. couple of great nearby restaurants.

thin wall separates the two apartment units- if the neighbor TV is loud - can be quite disturbing.. perhaps guests could be reminded to be considerate and keep noise down

A very clean and convenient room with a little kitchenette in a cabinet and a good bathroom in a great quiet neighbourhood. The bus station, Piazzale Roma, is only a 10 minute walk away. The location was great and it was very easy to reach points of interests frome there. It has restaurants and bars downstairs. Mr Gianluca made the check-in process very easy via Whatsapp. He was always availabe for immediate response, anything I wanted to. Great value for money accomodation!

Very clean, stocked up with clean towels, a kettle and some tea and coffee, and had a mini fridge! and the guest was so kind and gave us very clear instructions on how to get into the property

We couldn’t find an actual bin but the host did leave us bin bags so we still had somewhere for all our rubbish,

Great location - easy to walk where we wanted to go (we like walking) and to both the bus and train stations. Great neighborhood with many options for eating.

Shower is slow to drain - have to turn it off while shampooing, etc.

Great contact with the landlord. Quiet area of the apartment in comparison to the city Center.

Difficult check-in into apartment - keys impossible to get from little lock-box, worn in exploitation by other guests, which led to 20-30 min awaiting on the street for the service staff who gave another kit of keys

We enjoyed feeling like we live in our own apartment in Venice. It's located in a quite place in a lovely neighborhood Dorsoduro, outside of the touristic hassle. It has a small kitchen, though the pans are old.

The host contacted me several times to ask for my arrival time and flight information, even though I gave him the estimated time each time, and other information I didn't want to provide. It felt a bit intrusive. He was nice when I met him at check-in though. There was no soap, and not enough body wash / shampoo. We had some troubles turning the AC on or off sometimes.

It’s bigger than expected, we didn’t know it came with a self-cleaning kitchen. We love the air conditioner as it was very hot in Venice when we were there. Very clean and very close proximity to restaurants! It was also so close to the train station (15-20minute walk)

We wish there was more pillows and thicker duvet but other than that it was lovely!
