Lovely area in Dosoduro - we will definitely be back, and it was lovely to have a view of the canal. The room was spacious and the bathroom was really modern and clean. The hairdryer is quite powerful for one of the on wall ones. Aircon worked really well. Some nights we were too cold. There was extra pillows and a thicker duvet in the room.

The beds were quite hard and they were two singles pushed together. Missing a full length mirror. On the first day the receptionist said it was a requirement to leave our room key with the hotel which we thought was odd. This did not happen on our second day.

The hotel was decorated very nicely and it was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was a great value and had some nice options to choose from. It was in a very quiet area outside the busy tourist center of Venice. This does mean a bit of extra walking, but in my opinion it made for a nice, restful escape.

The hotel requires guests to leave their room keys when they leave the property and you need to buzz in to enter the building. I had to wait at the door for sometime before someone arrived to let me in. This isn't convenient after a long day of exploring or if you are carrying luggage.

The location was perfect for us - far from the crowds, still walkable to key sights of Venice. The place was cool and clean with gorgeous, well maintained marble details. Beautiful modern bathroom. Classic old building with tall ceilings, decorated in that OTT Venice style! Oh, and close to La Vacaria - AMAZING food and service. Stay here just for that :D

Booking gave me an option to choose "1 extra-large double bed" instead of two singles and what we got was a tiny double. Old springy thing too so we kept bouncing each other awake with any small movement. Limited bedding too, just one very thin pillow each and no spares in the storage chest in the room. And another hotel room full of lights! The AC and wall sensor lights were so bright I had to prop/hang clothes over them to get a dark room to sleep in.

Tucked away in a quieter, more authentic corner of Venice, this boutique hotel was an absolute gem. Every detail, from the vintage decor to the comfortable furnishings, made it feel both unique and inviting. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always happy to offer recommendations or help with anything we needed. Their kindness and attentiveness made our stay feel genuinely personal. We loved starting our mornings with a quiet stroll along the canals, grabbing coffee at a nearby café, and returning to this stylish hideaway that felt like home. It’s a place we’d return to in a heartbeat — a true hidden treasure in Venice.

Large bed, bathroom excellent.Everything is very clean. The plumbing is new. Excellent hygiene kit in the bathroom. Be sure to order breakfast. Everything is according to the rules of healthy eating. The price and quality for Venice are excellent.

Good clean hotel and exceptional customer service. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nice and quiet area away from busy tourist spot. Great breakfast buffet! Good value for the price.

Its a wee walk and water bus away from main area, be prepared to drag the luggage if not doing a private water taxi. Some rooms can have termites on wooden ceiling or we were just unlucky but was quickly moved to another room and they mentioned they have called someone to fix the issue.

Well, a difficult one to review, as I'd booked a room and was given an apartment. It was a lovely apartment though, very spacious, with a big living room, kitchen, big bedroom, and a bath. Everything was immaculate, and the bed very comfortable. It just came as a surprise. Wonderful location, tucked away, very quiet. It's a very short walk to a boat stop, and actually we walked all over Venice from the hotel. Lovely coffee shop/restaurant just round the corner. Smart, organised hotel reception.

Bedroom a bit cold without a duvet or a blanket, but it was a peculiarly cool, wet spell in Venice.

Room was clean - A/C worked well once we figured it out.

It was a family room" meant to accommodate 3 people. However because it was an attic room there were a lot of low beams and low ceilings to deal with, making it difficult to move around easily and making it impossible to shower except sitting in the tub. Also there is no elevator so we had to carry our bags up three flights of stairs. The standard double rooms looked to be a better deal, and will work for most people If I were to return as three people I would probably book two rooms, even if that is more expensive

Did not try the breakfast, 15 min walk to Santa Lucia train station iwater taxi access point. St basilica(If taking water taxi from Venice airport to this hotel ) Also, the vaporetto water bus stop is close by( short walk ) versus 80 euros for private water transportation

Reception is wonderful very accommodating. Let us leave our luggage while we explored before check in , It was a little weird that the receptionist did not ask for us to validate our identification before handing us our room key but overall great stay good neighbourhood safe, secure, easy access to everything

About ten minutes walk from bus and train station in a non touristy quiet area. Professionally staffed and helpful reception. Large room with all the usual amenities. Great shower with a spacious cubicle . Decor is an older classical style which is fine for Venice - adds atmosphere. We found rooms a bit hot but easily solved by opening a window. Nearby restaurants and bars full of locals and for Venice reasonably priced.

Unfortunately we had bad weather but Venice still an amazing place even in the rain.
