1. New rules to access hotel Wi-Fi. It takes forever. Looks like nobody tested usability. They ask you a bunch of questions, but, when you choose country, everything disappears and you start to reply once more; 2. Looks like they source 3rd party to prepare breakfast. It lasts from 7 till 10. Sharp at 10:00 they close everything. Also, the quality of the breakfast is not stable (warm dishes). However, not a big deal - love this hotel anyway.

This is our second stay at this hotel. Everything meets our expectations, and the dinner that can be ordered until 21:30 even exceeds them. The rooms are nice and clean, the staff is friendly, and there is an excellent underground parking garage (available for an extra fee). I would also like to highlight the good breakfasts included in the room rate and the 24-hour front desk. During our first visit, a funny incident happened - I booked the rooms for the wrong dates, and we arrived a day earlier than planned. The staff solved the problem within 10 minutes: fortunately, there were available rooms. They promptly and free of charge canceled the old booking and immediately checked us into rooms of the same class. Overall, this hotel offers great service, comfort, and value for money. I highly recommend it and will be happy to stay here again.

This hotel has many advantages, but one thing to note is its location. For our group this was not critical, but if you want quick access to the city center, you should consider another option. The hotel is located at some distance from the center, and it usually takes around 20 minutes by taxi to get there.

Great location near the railway from Wroclaw to Brest and near the Airport. Convenient underground parking. Spacious room. Tasty breakfast.

Not that I didn't like something, but I'd love to see fresh orange juice for breakfast some day:)

Family, 3 nights. Very good accommodation for those who don't want to be central. Compliant services. Cleaning every day. Rich breakfast served. Every day there was something else on the hot side. Although at the time of booking I knew that the parking was paid 60 PLN/day, upon departure I did not pay anything. Either due to an error or the parking information is not updated. Regardless of the reason, we were happy 😁

Our son, 16 years old, slept in the living room on the sofa bed. I couldn't find any ready-made bedding. There was a storage box with quilts, but they showed no signs of sanitation. I didn't expect a made bed, but I think I should have found clean sheets in sight, ready to use them. A minibar in the room would be wonderfu

Overall the hotel is super comfortable - the room, the lobby, the parking. Amazing for this price.

They close their restaurant quite fast. So, if you arrive late you will have to look for the dinner outside.

If you are coming for business reasons, this hotel is very well located, just a few minutes by taxi from the airport. The reception is really easy and the receptionists are friendly. The room is good, the lights are nice and the bed is really comfortable. Four pillows were provided, so you can setup your bed the way you prefer. There is a television, but I didn't neither tried it. There was also a small desk in the event you might need to work in the room. Internet connection excellent, in every place of the structure. The breakfast is excellent, you fill find a good alternative both for continental and Mediterranean. During the days the menu is different, so in consecutive days you will not find the same exact menu. There is a machine providing natural juices, all really tasty. There is a free gym, but only with 5 machines (one to run, one to cycle, etc). Meaning that if you are looking for something specific, you should or stay in a queue or go in alternative hours as early in the morning or late in the evening. If you might need to have a long stay for business reasons, this place would be ideal.

In the room the toilet and the shower don't have a real door. If in the room you are not with a person with a really good confidence you won't find comfortable. Good to stay alone or in a couple, but not to share with a business colleague. There are only two elevators, if you are using them in key moments you might face some delays. In the room was missing a mini bar, just in case you might took something from outside that you wish to keep cool, as a beer or a cheese. If you take the shower at 8 AM, you might find some difficulties to get hot water.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and everything was perfect. The room is clean, the shower is clean, there is hot water. I really liked that in the shower there are reusable dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The room was very quiet and we were able to sleep before the flight. The bed is very comfortable We were worried that we would have nothing to eat at breakfast because we are vegetarians. But the breakfast was lovely, lots of options, vegetables, fruits, hot meals. There was plant-based milk in the coffee machine. The breakfasts were amazing.

Absolutley the best breakfast. Great combination of American Continental dishes and local Polish specialties. Room was very comfortable and the street noise was completly blocked out. Very friendly staff all thoroughout the hotel. Short walk to the train station only one stop away from the airport.

For the hotel of this caliber, I would expect not to see little things not functioning. For example, the reading light in my room was broken. Also, in the bathroom, the grout between the tiles was heavily discolored from inproperly removed soap scum and limescale.

Hampton by Hilton Warsaw Mokotów is a modern, clean, and comfortable hotel located near Warsaw Chopin Airport—ideal for business travelers and short stays. While the hotel is a bit far from the city center and the dining options are limited, it's great for airport access and business trips. Cozy and quiet suite, very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the towels were clean. My suite was very quiet and I had a good sleep. Breakfast is awesome, you definitely will find something for your taste. Good thing that breakfast starts at 6 am, so you can have it before the morning flight. The location of the airport is close and convenient, I successfully reached the airport by bus at 6:30. You have free water in the suite and they refill it next day, that's great

I haven't found a toothbrush and paste, maybe it can be provided upon request.
