We moved from another hotel just for the beds. Was great Value for money. They were so comfy. Best decision we ever made. Pool on the roof and the view was fabulous. Rooms were clean and modern . Smart TV was unbelievable for relaxing in the room in the evening. Reception staff very friendly and everything was great.

There was a slight smell of must from the shower drain but once we closed the sliding door over it was not an issue.

We liked the hotel itself, it was clean everywhere, the room was great, comfy bed aswell. The choice at breakfast was good, plenty of fresh fruit, nice coffee etc. The staff were all friendly too.

Having gone on holiday for rest & peace, we were looking for a quiet place especially as it's an adult only hotel. We were extremely disappointed that the hotel accepts stag groups. The first group was about 18 men who arrived to the pool area, being very loud, swearing & playing their own music, disrupting the whole ambience around the pool.

A beautiful, modern hotel in the perfect location in New Town Albufeira. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach. It is close enough to the nightlife but just far enough away from the main strip to combine convenience with relaxation. The bedroom and common areas were all really clean and well maintained by the staff. Our room featured a generous sized balcony, a nice sized bathroom, a large wardrobe, a mini fridge and a safe. The air conditioning was good. Free Wifi was also available. There are fantastic views from the rooftop pool: a spectacular sea view and plenty of comfortable loungers and parasols to relax and sunbathe. We would definitely return and would recommend to friends/ family.

This hotel is fabulous. Spotlessly clean staff are so polite and courteous rooms are erfect. Rooftop pool is amazing cannot fault this hotel i would give it 12 out of 10

Minor thing was the towel hooks aren't great and the towels constantly fell off. Not much bathroom privacy as the shower and toilet had a sliding door (same one so not possible to use at the same time) in the bedroom i.e. no separate bathroom. Woudn't suit those that need privacy.

good repair - hotel like new, swimming pool on the roof with a great view!!! the employee at the pool was very kind and always helped, I also liked the terrace in the room and the small set of drinks in the fridge that were already included in the price. the safe was convenient and you could store things

the breakfasts could be more varied because every day is the same, but the breakfasts were quite tasty sound insulation is not the best there was no separate bathroom and dressing room, all this was right next to the bed and without soundproofing either 😄 the hair conditioner was diluted with water and of very poor quality

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Room was stunning, clean, spacious with great facilities. The real highlight was the upstairs infinity pool with bar area and enough loungers for everyone. The view was absolutely beautiful, we stayed all day there. The breakfast was good but lack any vegan options. I think the hotel can help if you ask in advance thought. Location great and free parking around. 100% recommend!!!

Hotel was modern and a great location. Staff your friendly. Great value for money.

Room was cleaned each day and towels exchanged but the floor was not cleaned properly, there was always hair & grit on the floor. Breakfast was good but attention to detail could of been better, no napkins, running out of jam & honey and not being replaced the next day, Breakfast is from 8am to 11am and some of the food wasn't put out straight away so as we were leaving new products were being brought out, so we missed the full variety of food on offer. Minor details but just an honest feed back. This will not put us off staying here again. All in all good value for money.

The hotel itself is lovely and very modern. The staff were lovely and very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were a good size and had good facilities. Comfy bed. We had a shared terrace (ground floor room) with 2 other rooms which was very big and outdoor furniture for sitting in the sun or drying wet stuff. Breakfast area was good and a good selection of food (cereal, pastries, fruit and cooked bits) and this was perfect for us. Amazing rooftop pool area with infinity pool. Not a huge area but given only a small hotel this is expected. We always managed to get a spot either beds or beanbag chairs. Gets great sun up there and a nice pool bar. Location is just a short walk to lovely beaches with restaurants and sun beds to hire. Very big selection of restaurants and bars nearby. Lots of free parking outside and around the hotel so we had no problems getting a space. Reception is 24 hour and we had an early 5am checkout which was easy.

Whilst it is in a slightly quieter area of Albufeira (not near the main strip) there are still quite a few bars opposite which are open until the early hours and our room was on that side of the hotel so it could be quite noisy with music, people and karaoke. But we did manage to mostly sleep through it. If we had been there for more of a partying trip wouldn’t have minded as much. So take that into account depending what kind of trip you are booking. The floor in our room was also not very clean even after our room was cleaned 2 of the 4 days of our stay, our feet were quite dirty every day after walking on it. There was also only a tiny bin in the bathroom and no other bin in the room - an extra bin would have been useful. None of these would stop me recommending this hotel.

The beds where not what we where used to normally when it is a twin room they put the beds together to make a double you could cuddle up, but on this occasion the beds were pushed together, but we’re still two single beds with duvet and sheets to meet the single beds if I really wanted to be really picky and proper coffee machine would be ideal. They had a lovely Smeg kettle but no milk or sugar added
